 + -1 moreThey are a busy company and they were able to fit our job into a small opening in their schedule, four days. It took three months to get that opening. They were knowledgable, polite and arrived on time, easy to deal with and reliable. They cleaned up after themselves and tried not to be invasive. I don't know how their price compares with other contractors since we could get no other contractor to come out and give us a bid. Unforseen complications will raise the cost of the job, because we will have to purchase and install two new sliding doors. But, that was no fault of theirs.
Description of Work: Dan and his crew completely removed existing rooftop deck over our garage, repaired dryrot, installed new plywood decking and then installed Duradek PVC membrane waterproofing system and flashing.
