Contacted Servpro of Federal Way the day my septic backed up, they were there within 24 hours and cleared out the mess in the basement. They removed the affected walls, cabinets, toilets, carpet, flooring and cleaned the area. When they first arrived the assessed the damage and gave me a bid for the work - this was to be covered by the insurance company. They showed up on time, did exceptional work and communicated with us during each phase of the tear down and rebuild. We had some extra large exercise equipment in one room that needed to be moved when the carpet was going to be replaced. They showed up on schedule to move the equipment and once the carpet was installed they were there to move it back. Although, this was a stressful process dealing with contractors, insurance companies and such Servpro of Federal Way did an outstanding job throughout the whole process.
