Wes was amazing to work with. His products are top quality at a reasonable price. No wonder there are many home owners these days are working with him. He made it even better for us when he called me to let me know he can install the patio cover 2+ weeks ahead of our initial schedule. These made our weekend and the weeks that followed...Overall I would highly recommend working with Wes if anyone is thinking about putting a cover in their patio.

From my initial inquiry, Seattle Patio Covers has been responsive and professional. The onsite quote was performed quickly with answers to all my questions. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. The end product exceeded my expectations and the crew left the site spotless. I highly recommend them!

The entire process went very well. The communication with Wes was very open (text & phone calls). The crew had all materials and procedures down, making for a very easy installation. We are very happy with the final results.

Spoke with Wes about potential project, and our special interest in retractable walls. He was very straight-forward and clear about things that go into overall cost of sunroom (size, height, type of glass, doors, windows, glass to floor or pony wall, all walls plus roof of glass, or part traditional materials) plus 2-3'footers under all walls of the structure, and addition by HVAC for heat and dehumidification. Their sunrooms are efficient enough to take down an exterior wall of the house, and have the sunroom serve as the exterior wall. Others that have low energy efficiency by WA laws must maintain a door between house and sunroom. Ballpark estimate was provided and noted that a crane may be required to life beams in place. Global Solariums in Vancouver, WA manufactures the sunrooms, and Wes speaks highly of the engineer that reviews the design plans. I was very impressed with his clarity and concern that I have a good understanding of likely cost and why. We agreed that I would contact him if and when we are ready for a site visit, which we will do if we decide to proceed. At this point, the cost is too high for us to proceed. (ballpark est. $100K-with 76K for sunroom at past year's average cost per square foot of roughly 170/sf ($120/sf and higher than $170/sf which again varies by the list provided), plus 24K for HVAC and concrete. I love when information is provided without high pressure or manipulation, It shows respect for the customer, and it speaks to the integrity and honesty you can expect when the job is getting done.

The provider had a new installer that was not familiar with the installation of the awning. The provider supervised and was there most of the time. I would not use the installer again and the provider apologized for their clumsiness. The provider did not use them again. The provider took care of us for the inconvenience and provided free accessories to make amends. We were very Happy with professionalism.

We currently are waiting for the King County permit. I expect the project to go GREAT because of the professionalism displayed up to this point.

I've worked with Wesley to add a douglas fir beam sunroom to my house. He was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout the process, going out of his way to meet me where and when it was convenient. He gave me a great deal and worked closely with me to meet my aggressive budget, make design tweaks and get permits. I contacted several local and national sunroom manufacturers and Wesley has provided the best service. His installer was a true craftsman. It took a couple of return trips to get some minor leaks fixed, but Wesley kept following up and made sure that everything was addressed. I couldn't be happier with the beautiful result.

They did a great job! Totally will hire them again to do a few more on our 2nd floor.

Old awning repair exceeded 50% of new. Replaced old awning with new awning. Provided details of modern awnings (e.g. led lighting and wind sensors, and motorized retract/extend). Nice addition to our back deck. The install crew were professional, prompt, and courteous. Great Job - Highly recommend these guys.

First of all Seattle Patio Covers makes nor re-sells nothing; it's solely a marketing operation for other people's stuff. They (he?) markets stuff and writes up orders which are then handed to people that actually make and install stuff. This isn't a business model that I usually frown on, but in this case I actually want to talk to someone that would be making and installing the patio cover, not a salesman. He was also late, with no phone call saying that he was delayed.
