Rain Pros are fantastic. Josh came out and took a look at what was going on, came up with a resolution and gave me a quote the same day. I called him that evening and Josh had his crew out the next day. They installed a dry well for the gutter run off on one side of the house and installed a different system of drainage for the other. The crew that did the work were terrific. They were thorough, efficient and swept up and cleaned after the job was completed.

They snaked and jetted the catch basins and storm drain as requested. Work was completed and the line was cleared.

If you are looking for a company that provides good customer service this is not it. Often takes the owner a week or more to return a call. If you try to reach him when the job is in progress, he calls the site supervisor, but does not return your call. He had me pay is workers in place of being present at time of completion. t

Great! They worked very hard removing all the moss by thatching and then reseeded the lawn, then put down peat moss on top. They hauled away a huge amount of thatch and moss. It was labor intensive, and I was happy with the results and the cost.

Extended to street. Came per agreed time. H not been done since house built in 1969. Major blockage. Runs freely now. Tested with last big rain storm.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for six hours of labor (two people for 3 hours) to open the drains for $269. Rain Pros contacted shortly after I made the purchased, scheduled the work, and showed up on time. They got all of the drains working, and did it within the allotted 3 hours. (There was no attempt to up-sell me.) They were efficient, courteous, and competent.

Re-routed roof drainage to new drain pipe.

We had a cracked pipe that a root had grown into. Rain Pros did not have the piping material needed to repair on the first visit, so they set an appointment to return the following week. They came back and performed all the work necessary in the time frame they estimated at the beginning. They also offered suggestions on how to keep the drain working in the future at it's optimum. Very happy with their service.

The guys were prompt and efficient. They cleaned out the drains on three buildings on site (house, shop and garage) and made sure the drains were clear and free of roots. They showed me how the drainage systems on our new property were laid out and we also discovered that many of them were installed incorrectly (which explained why our lawn was nothing but a swamp for several months). They patiently answered all my questions and I was confident enough to ask the company for a bid for future work to correct the drainage issues we are having.

At the time of service I thought they did a good job because they said the sprinkler heads covering my front lawn were not the best for my lawn and their technician insisted on replacing them with "better ones" according to him. I took his advice and then within a few weeks my front lawn that has been lush and green for many years turned brown and died. Almost half of my front lawn has been dead for about 5 months now. I called Rain Pros to come back and they put new sprinkler heads on (for the 2nd time) but it was too little too late. It took them weeks to return my many calls and finally come to my house. They sprinkled some grass seed on my lawn but it didn't help. My advice - If you have a nice lawn and want to keep it that way, hire someone else!

Some drains were cleared. Some were not. I asked for a call back on a bid to correct or install new drains - never heard back. On one drain, screws were left in the driveway that could have caused a flat tire.

Showed up on time, went the extra mile, stayed longer than hired for to finish the job. Great team.

They first tried to clean up the old drain system, but it was clear that the old system would not work. They then dug out a new drain system and works fine. Good guys and good job.

Overall outstanding service by Rain Pros coming from a particularly picky customer. Josh Dessenko with Rain Pros was the first company I could get a timely response from. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job selling me on their system. I didn't feel the need to look at further companies. The other 5 members of their team I have met have been equally impressive as well. The installation took 1.5 days. Initially I was scared by the amount of destruction on the yard, but what can you expect from a buried system. I couldn't handle the heat, so I left them to do the job they set out to do without interference from me. They cleaned up great and one week later, it was impossible to tell that they were even there. Josh did the estimate and was there the morning of the installation to lay out the sprinkler head locations. His team then took over from there. From my research, they use the absolute top of the line Rachio Wifi system controller and Hunter Pro Spray heads which was another selling point for me. I can't even begin to tell you all the pros of this system and the ease of use. I can't imagine switching to something else. I've had some trouble getting them on the phone. However, Josh or Jason were always very quick to return calls or emails within a day. I do not hold that against them as I'm sure they were busy. The results were...My lawn looked like a golf course for about 3 months. After the 3rd month, I noticed 3 spots that were dying and then finally died completely. I measured the water fall in those areas and it turns out that they were only receiving 1/4 of the water the other areas were receiving. In less than 5 days after I sent them an email they had a cancellation and the Rain Pros team came to take a look. They agreed there was a problem and in 1 hour they installed 2 additional heads and replaced two other nozzles with more powerful ones. I fully expected to pay for this service, but the additional work completed 5 months after the initial installation was under warranty. I didn't pay a cent. Needless to say I was even more impressed. They will continue to get any follow on services. Great Job!

The crew worked hard and while the sprinkler repair became more difficult than expected they worked hard to make it work right.

It went well. Rain Pros responded the day after I bought the deal and were available so I picked my day. Sean and John arrived within the first 45 minutes of the 4 hour window. They introduced themselves and got started. The worked was completed as described above. They patched the holes, replaced the dirt, and spread the barking. It looks better now than it did before. They also cleaned out the catch basin. Sean was even clipped a few blackberry vines in my rose bushes. Both Sean and John were pleasant and professional.

They were very friendly. They did what I needed, but they said that the deal I bought was not what needed to be done. They only took about an hour and left a bill for less than the deal was anyway! They told me to get a refund from Angie's list, which I did.

I was very happy with the crew that was sent out. While they were able to fix some of the drains, there were some that they were not able to fix (drain collapsed under driveway) with simple cleaning. I am working with them now to solve the problem (will require a new drain line to be installed).

They couldn't unclog one. Had the give me an estimate to rerun one. Seemed high. Checking with other companies.

Excellent, they were professional, friendly, and eager to do extra work without additional cost. They spent a lot of time on two of the downspouts coming down from the roof gutters, digging out the french drains and opening them up. They went around and cleaned and inspected the rest of the downspouts. Then they offered for no additional cost to clean the gutters, which was nice of them. But, I had a guy coming the following Monday to clean the windows and gutters, so I was good.

It was fast, easy, and inexpensive.

Wonderful. The crew was very professional. Went over the yard with me asking what areas needed to be watered. Plants had grown, been added, and moved. Made sure all sprinkler heads were working, all zones were getting water. Extremely pleased with the service.

Jason sent Sean and John out to assess the situation and see what they could do. They conducted a test of the system to see what was working and what wasn't. They then got to work fixing everything. the hard part was the leaking line which was completely ensnarled in roots and just had to be capped off upstream. After 3 hours, all was functional once again. I did have one zone fault after they left, so they will return next week to check on that.
