Rain Pros was worth every cent. Punctual, polite and professional. They gave an excellent bid, and did very professional work over 3 sweltering summer days. I highly recommend them.

I called Rain Pros to adjust my sprinklers and within 24 hours two very polite, professional service techs came out and took care of my sprinkler system. I wasn’t sure how to explain what I needed but they knew instantly and solved the problems. I’ve also had issues finding someone to come out and take care of the Backflow testing. Rain Pros instantly sent out an email and I have been assured the testing would be taken care of right away. I simply can not recommend this company more highly. They now have a customer for life. Thank you Rain Pros!

Excellent service, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and repair the two problems. Had the right tools and parts to quickly fix the problems.

Josh came out and looked at the backyard and told me that he would email me a quote by Friday evening (he was out on a Thursday morning. It is now 1 week later and I have emailed and called repeatedly and have yet to get the quote.

I don't understand why they have a deal posted on Angies list if they aren't taking new customers. They were very prompt and polite at getting back to me when I asked if they service our type of sprinkler system - with the reply that they aren't taking new customers. But I give them a D for having a deal posted that they wouldn't be able to honor because I'm not an existing customer of Rain Pro. But I've been an Angies List member for over 10 years!

We have used Rain Pros for over 9 years - we highly recommend them. They are on time, professional, great at listening to what we need and come back to tweak when something isn't working well. They are very busy so sometimes you have to wait to get on their schedule but it's worth it!

This company was very responsive to my questions and even offered advice and suggestions knowing I wasn't going to select their gutter guard product. Not because it is a bad product, quite the contrary, but because for my particular application, I needed more an angled mesh product for my house. I would highly recommend Rain Pros for these reasons - honest people!

We’ve hired Rain Pros to build 4 retaining walls in our sloped yard over the last few years. The most recent project included some built-in stairs. We are thrilled with the finished product! Aaron is responsive and collaborative in planning. Lucio is some kind of magician with landscape blocks! These guys do nice work, on time, as agreed.

They endoscoped the pipe and determined that roots had most likely entered drain system from a "Y" coupling that connected a perforated pipe behind a retaining wall. They tried to clear the blockage with a power snake but the cutting head they brought in truck was not satisfactory. They returned a few days later with another cutting head but eventually had to admit they couldn't clear the blockage. While they weren't successful, I was able to visually confirm via camera what I had suspected and still save a little money because they offered a promo. All in all, they seemed very professional though I was surprised that they didn't have a greater variety of cutting equipment and they said jetting wasn't appropriate for roots in this case.

Fantastic job.! The men were professional, the work was done on time and on budget. Despite the amount of digging that was done and lawn pulled up, everything was put back looking better than before. I would hire Rain pros again.

We have a friend who is a landscaper for a local golf course who was familiar with Rain Pros and recommended them to us. Josh was quick to return my initial call and come out to evaluate the project. We needed to irrigate 3000 Sq feet of lawn and beds in our terraced back yard. We had some unique challenges due to the rockery and buried utilities but his team worked carefully and hand-dug much of the required irrigation runs. We were very pleased with his team and how quickly they completed the installation. Clean up was done well and it is actually difficult to see where the sprinkler lines were run.

These guy's installed my sprinkler system year back, when I needed a French drain installed. They also reseeded my lawn that was water soaked, and installed automatic sprinkler system. They are my go to guys! Why? Because they are punctual, reliable, and professional. When ever I call for issues they are out the next day or with in a week.

The job was completed on schedule and with no change orders. The workers were respectfull and the clean up was perfect!

It is wonderful to have a good sprinkler system covering the lawns and flowerbeds. It is even more wonderful to have this company to maintain it, providing minor adjustments and repairs if necessary. Rain Pros are always easy and pleasant to work with. We are grateful for their excellence.

It went great. The 2-person team arrived on time, checked every zone and made adjustments and repairs as necessary. They even adjusted for an area where a raised bed vegetable garden is going to be placed (in a few weeks). I am very happy with their expertise and service.
