Description of Work: They located where my underground drain pipe was damaged and repaired/replaced/rerouted so that water wasn't coming into my basement any more! Their 2 hours of work saved me from having to get a new drainage system!!

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List deal to have Rain Pros clear out our drainage pipes, fix some pipes and tune up the sump pump. From start to finish these guys were great. I think the service techs were Jason and Shawn (hope I got that right). They were super nice and good at their jobs. They fixed a nasty section of pipe that I had hacked when gardening and did a really nice job. They cleaned up everything beautifully. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Walked property with Aaron and i was very impressed with his ideas, suggestions, and bid. We have yet made a dicision, but Rain Pros has completed work for us in the past and they are consistantly excellant.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Rain Pros. Both times they were punctual, hard-working, and competent. On this occasion they cleaned the drains for my gutter downspouts. I am pleased with their work.

Description of Work: They winterized our sprinkler system. We also had them come out to do some sprinkler work in the late summer. They have always been courteous and helpful. I never feel like they try to upsell me on any new products or systems. I trust them completely to tell me what's working and not working with the sprinklers.

Description of Work: In-ground sprinkler system tune-up. Relocated a couple of heads and installed two new heads as needed.

Description of Work: I had Rain Pros install a french drain in the front of my home that went through the backyard and connected to a storm sewer drain. A gutter spout and catch basin were also tied into the drain. Clean-outs were also installed. I had excavated the channel for the french drain so Rain pros installed piping, filter fabric and river rock. They also excavated a 1 ft trench in the backyard for the corrugated pipe. In addition, they created a concrete curb to hold in the river rock and act as a hard surface for the asphalt to meet. They hired a subcontractor to do the asphalt work. | |The Good: | |The crew was great to work with and really tried hard to clean up after themselves and minimize damage to my lawn. They were also on time and very professional. RainPros was also very responsive to resolving any issues I encountered. | |The Bad: |The concrete curb was sloped the wrong way so water wasn't being channeled into the drain. RainPros had to cut slits (kerfs) every six inches to compensate for this as well as adding an extra catch basin at the bottom to catch the remaining water. This resolved the issue. | |Also, communication could have been better. Oftentimes I tried emailing or calling the company but couldn't get a hold of anyone until several days later. | |I wish I could give a B+ ranking. Rain Pros doesn't get an A because of the issues but they deserve more than a B. Unfortunately a B+ is not an option. | |
