Aaron came out to provide bid and he provided some good information and suggestions. Joel and Scott came out on date promised and got right to work. Prior to contacting Rain Pros, I had a Civil Engineer assess the situation, as I had invested many thousands of dollars on drainage work (with another company), which was still failing when there was heavy rains. Joel and Scott came to do the work on the day promised. Joel assessed situation and he and Scott got to work in locating the particular pipe causing the trouble. Both Joel and Scott did great work and were truly interested in solving my drainage problem. After they finished working the main problem I had them out to resolve, I had them install another French drain on the other side of my house. All digging at my house needed to be done by hand due to existing plantings and the steep hillside. While I was very impressed with the work that they did (it is very hard work digging in the glacial soil here in the Northwest), I was more impressed with the extensive testing they did. They ran multiple hoses down all of the various drainage pipes to make sure they worked properly. This paid off because extensive digging was required and the first test showed there was a problem about midway down the hillside in the pipe they installed, so they fixed it. Also, on the second French drain system, extensive digging was required around 2 different sprinkler systems that are on my property, and a small pinhole occurred in the sprinkler system during their digging, which they also fixed. Seeing the test gave me a lot more confidence that their solution would work in heavy rains .. In addition, they did a nice job of cleaning up when they were all done with the work. Today we had about 1.5 " of rain, and while it was not the 2.33" in one day that caused my old system to fail, their system seemed to work well today and the water level in my drain did not rise. I am pleased with their work!

They were fast and efficient and in our opinion reasonable. We had them come back several times to turn on and winterize our system.

We love this company. Their quote was correct and they made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. Their demeanor was very good and their price was exactly what I expected.

Though the problem was not permanently resolved at the time of this service call, we all agreed the temporary solution was the best for the present time and we look forward to having them back in the spring to finish the job. They were prompt, courteous and customer friendly and we were pleased with their service.

Aaron provided me with a reasonable quote. The team showed up on time, did the work they needed to do, and did it in the window they said it would. There were a few hang ups, but the team still finished everything on time / schedule. I would hire them again.

1st job: Joel's crew came promptly at 800Am and started in. It rained but they all worked very hard. They did a great job and were very professional efficient. Explained how to use the automatic programmer and answered all our questions. They cleaned up the yard very nicely and one could hardly see that anything had been done. 2nd job: Jeff's crew came promptly and worked all day. They installed a complete new sprinkler system in our front yard and it works great. Covers all the grass and another zone waters all the bedding. Really did an excellent job. yard looked at good as new when they were done. Very, Very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

He did a fantastic job. He was on time and cleaned up very well. He also followed up very well. The price was also very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Rain Pros. They did an amazing job and completely transformed our backyard. We had several stumps and an erosion problem in our backyard and they turned an eyesore into a relaxing sanctuary. We could not have been more pleased.

Aaron came in on a Monday and talked with me and my wife. Measured the yard and sent us an estimate by Wed. We signed it Thur and they started work around 7AM the following Monday. They finished everything by Thursday evening. The crew, Joel,Curtis, Scott, Lucy, and Jeff were all extremely nice and personable. They were so nice my wife got a couple of pizzas for lunch on Tues for them. They always were checking with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. A couple of my neighbors commented to me that they were impressed with the way the crew worked. They said they were there bright and early in the morning and kept at it all day long. They didn't see anyone on the crew trying to skate. They all worked hard. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good landscaping team. And they came in right on their estimate.

Aaron was responsive to getting me an estimate and overall estimate was close to actual amount. Team had no problems putting French drains in but ran into a problem of tree roots next to my backyard downspout (to connect to the drain). This increased cost as team had to dig 30 more feet to another downspout. This took a few extra days to get completed but all in all good work overall.

Got a bill in the mail dated 7/17/13 charging us $40 late fee and $4.83 interest. I went back and checked my records and found no record of bill/invoice back in October. I called and left messages twice to request a copy of the original invoice, no return call. Since bill indicated "collective action" I paid the bill in full with the late fee and interest, only requesting that I be sent a copy of the original invoice. I have heard nothing back from the company and will not deal with them in the future. Promised refund and requested I update my review. I am happy to say I received my refund in the mail today and that I am very satisfied with resolution and have changed my ratings to reflect the resolution.

They were excellent! The two guys were very helpful, efficient and knew their stuff. They had all the tools and supplies they needed in their large travel trailer. I had allowed the area above my valve box to get overgrown and had been meaning to cut it back so while I chopped away they did their work and afterward helped me put all my branch clippings into my yard waste container. They were very willing to work within my existing system to find solutions for my watering coverage needs. Their pricing is very reasonable and I am looking forward to having them back to add a few more sprinkler heads so that I never have to water my back yard with a hose again!

Very well!! They arrived on time and were very polite, professional and informative. There were numerous problems with our sprinkler system. Having just moved into the home a few months ago, we turned it on for the first time to find that there were geysers and zones that didn't come on and zones that partially worked...it was a mess. Brandon and Brett also discovered a leak that they quickly repaired. Several replacement valves were also needed. After all repairs were made, we reset the programs to fit our needs. We will probably have them back out again to add to the system to cover our entire yard and put a rain sensor in. They were excellent!

scOur property includes a rather steep hillside, the upper half of which is covered with Ivy and various shrubs and trees. The less steep lower half has scattered shrubs and a few trees and s covered with beauty bark. The ivy was beginning to choke and kill trees and shrubs while weeds were beginning to pop up through the beauty bark. We contacted RainPros along with 2 other landscape people for a quote on cleanup. Sean was prompt in responding for our request for a quote and was quick to grasp what we needed done. He proactively gave us suggestions to help beautify the hillside. His quote was in the middle of the three that came to tender. We ended up going with him because he made the basis of his quote crystal clear by letting us know what he expected per hour for each type of operation. His quote seemed the most rational of the bunch. By contrast the others seemed vague and left one with the impression that they were not firm. As it turned out Sean came in exactly as quoted and went the extra distance to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction. He not only quoted and supervised the job but he also worked along side his crew. When they left we were quite pleased with the result. We will definitely use this company again for landscape work or, for that matter, anything within their area of endeavor.

9I contacted Aaron for an estimate. He was prompt and courteous, and we discussed the problems that I knew to exist. I'd already had a contractor "scope" the pipes, so I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong...but as Aaron rightly pointed out, you really can't know for sure until you expose all the pipe. He gave me an estimate that I thought was pretty low, which I accepted. But, since I had a feeling that there would be more to the job, I "pre-approved" any additional costs up to approximately double the original estimate. Work started on time and progressed well. As I had anticipated, additional problems were soon exposed, and work stopped. Turns out that there were more problems than anticipated, so the estimate was revised upward to reflect the additional work involved. The work was completed without further drama and they even returned the landscaping to near-new condition, which I doubted was possible. A week or so later we had our first major rainstorm since the work was completed. Bad news...something was wrong! We contacted Aaron and he responded promptly once again. It turns out that, for whatever reason, that the pipe connections were not done properly. Aaron was very apologetic, and sent a crew back out to correct the problem. Then the next big storm comes along...more problems! Long story short, the pipe was too small to handle the volume of water. Aaron stepped up to the plate, and had a crew return to dig up and replace the pipe and install a larger catch basin. The bottom line here is that although there were some problems along the way, Aaron was always responsive. Like most of us, I've dealt with some companies that would have either not responded at all, or would not have accepted responsibility...RainPros was refreshing in that regard. I would have no problem recommending Aaron and his company for any drainage or irrigation work you might need.

Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job. We worked with Aaron for a few months to see if we wanted the work performed. With the winter approaching we decided to make the call and he was there for us. It took the crew 4 long days to complete the task of installing a foundation drain and running it to daylight. These guys are fantastic. We couldn't ask for better guys working at our home. I waited to write the review until after the winter months to see if the job worked; I am happy to report that our crawlspace is dry and the drain working wonderfully. These guys are the best, hire them today!

Aaron with Rain Pros took the time to show me the Hunter equipment they use. He showed me what the controller looked like and described what each setting does. We did have a bit of a snag with a minor leak at the water connection to the house but Oli and I fixed it together which took a bit longer than planned. The bid was accurate and I grin every time the sprinklers come on and I don't have to drag hoses around!

I purchased a home this fall and wanted to get the sprinkler system up and running for the summer. I knew that the previous owners hadn't used it for a few years, and had no idea how to operate it or even how functional it was. Brandon scheduled me for service and I was able to get a date about week out, and was given an appointment window of 1-4pm. Oliver and Justin arrived around 2, and did a very efficient and professional job of starting up the system and going though it with me. They had to replace some heads and change the electrical connection for one of the zones, but the parts and their time were included in the start-up flat rate of $123. The whole process took about 2 hours. I would absolutely use this company again!

The service went very well. They came one day without any delay. They just did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and all the debris that came down to the ground, so none of that was left. We used the special offer for this service.

We have hired them for two different projects in the past two months. Our property needed an entirely new drainage system; it had none. We received a number of estimates, but Rain Pros' estimate was thousands of dollars cheaper than that of their competitors. Their manager, Aaron, personally came to the house twice, revising the previous estimate after another estimate provider discovered some new information. For both the estimates and the work, everyone arrived on schedule, and the projects took exactly as long as quoted. The crew was very professional. They were extremely competent with digging the trenches, replacing the grass exactly where it had been - totally invisible seams within two weeks after the work was completed. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and removing all debris. Our retaining wall and succeeds in its primary purpose: keeping water out of the basement. Unrelated to the first project, our sump pump broke, so we called them to replace it and they were able to come out immediately. All materials seem to be of high quality, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work. We've hired them twice and would hire them again!

It has gone great. The team is very responsive and I feel like they have my best interest in mind! One call and the crew is out shortly after, they get the job done quickly and everything has worked perfectly.

Reasonably priced and haven't had a problem with the system since they started a few years back.

We set an appt to open the sprinkler system for the season. They changed some heads, adjusted the spray and made sure the system worked. The submitted a bill and I paid it.

Excellent. They left the land in exactly the same condition as before digging the trench. They even changed the slope of the land on one side of the building to encourage run off, which was not part of the plan but will improve drainage overall and they added additional drainage at the end of the pipe to prevent erosion. This was also not part of the plan and was extra effort and materials for which I was not charged. They are really thorough and care about doing a great job for their clients.
