Angi recomended this company. They called right away. That's when the good service ended. I have called leaving voicemails, emailed and even filled out their new customer form online. It will soon be two weeks and no call back to set up appointment. They obviously don't need or want any new customers. If you can get them to respond maybe they do good work but that is the catch getting them to even give a courtesy of reply to my many requests.

Over a 2 week period I sent two requests through Angie, then a text using Rain Pros own website, I then called and left them a message, and I also filled out their “general service agreement” on line, which it appears they want you to do before they bother contacting you (their voice mail when you call them said someone will contact you in a couple days after you complete the form, but if you have not heard from them in “2weeks” to call them!). I received no communications. I called them again today and finally was able to talk to a live person who told me they are too busy to take on new customers but if I still want to use them in 3-4 weeks to give them a call to see how busy they are. I lost 2 weeks hoping I could schedule something with them. I suspect this company does decent work since they specialize in irrigation systems but their up front customer service sucks, which may or may not be a reflection of their actual work. It’s great they have so much work, but a simple change in their voice mail answering service and/or something on their website that states they are not taking on new customers would have sufficed. I will never bother trying to use them in the future and will advise others not to either.

The work has been excellent. Good communication and service. Problem solved unexpected issues and stayed within promised budget.

Went great! Two service techs fixed the elbow joint that kept blowing off and reburied it under the sand and decorative rock that I had pulled out ahead of time. They also went above and beyond (without being asked) to tighten three drip heads that were coming loose and also fixed a sprinkler head pattern to get rid of a dry spot in my landscaping. It was nice that they checked to make sure the whole system was running correctly before they left.

Very well, they went beyond what I expected.

They cracked a fitting when tightening three times. Multiple people were there working on it. It took at lease twice as long to finish than expected. It appeared to me that they were very inexperienced. May 2020 I turned the water valve back on after the system was winterized and unused for 8 months.The repair failed as water gushed out, flooding the underground box and running down the street. The box is over 18" underground and we had a very mild winter. We had never had a problem with leaks in 30 years. After calling Rain Pros last Thursday to see if they would fix their bad repair, they said they only guarantee their work for 30 days. I asked to talk to the owner and they said they would have him call me. It's been 6 days now and they have not called me back and will not even answer the phone.

They did everything I needed them to do and very quick.

It went great! They set up my sprinkler system using the Rachio app and also installed a water fountain, built up a retaining wall, installed smart lighting and planted schrubs around it. It looks great and we are very happy with the outcome of the work done. During the process Aaron had great ideas and suggestions. Would recommend them to anybody.

Appt scheduled 2 weeks out from initial contact with a 10am-2pm window. They didn’t arrive until 2:20 and looked around and then said I needed two new valves. I asked if they had them with them and he said “Yes, but we’re running behind so we can’t do it today.” I was told someone would call and reschedule. It’s been two weeks and I have not received a call. One of the nozzles has been adjusted so they wouldn’t get wet when looking in the irrigation box. It was not returned to its original setting so it now only waters the sidewalk and not the corner of the grass that it watered prior to this. I left a voice message this morning asking them to cancel my request. Now I don’t trust the job will be done right. Also, they charge by the hour and after these shenanigans I don’t trust them to be honest with their time if I’m not watching them.

Rain Pros were extremely punctual, efficient and professional. They fixed the problem in about an hour or less and addressed any minor problems that could've become major problems later on. Their punctuality and thoroughness was especially appreciated. Highly recommend.

They showed up when they said they would and were available for any questions that I had. If I saw a problem, they came out and fixed it in a timely manner

Responded to my initial project request within 24 hours - we discussed the potential scope of project and set a date and time for a site visit. They arrived promptly, were friendly and knowledgeable, and appeared interested in our project. However, they have not followed up with a quote, despite my prompting with a phone message a couple of weeks ago. We had hoped to have our project completed by now, but unfortunately have to start over. Since my initial review, the provider made contact and was very apologetic about the delay. They quickly arranged to come and view the property again, take additional measurements, and provided a bid within hours of their visit. Their bid was significantly higher than the others we obtained, but our project is fairly complex so the comparisons might not be accurate. Although we chose another contractor, I very much appreciate their efforts to reach out and correct the situation. Rain Pros customer service and professionalism is to be commended.

Excellent! These guys were very professional. They showed up on time, they were friendly, super efficient, and they did a great job! Rain Pros Inc is definitely going on my list as the go-to for sprinkler problems. I highly recommend them!

Scheduled an appointment. Professional arrived and had equipment capable of hooking up an air compressor with my system. (Usually, the person arriving doesn't have the correct air compressor part and needs to go to Ace Hardware or Home Depot to get the right connection part needed.) One of my zone controllers recently failed, and wouldn't stop working. The professional told me it just needed to be cleaned in the spring, and that might solve the problem. Then he carefully winterized all the zones for several minutes to remove as my water as possible. Price for winterizing was very reasonable, person was very professional and knew what he was doing. Very good customer service skills, and very polite.

They went over the system with us … prepared it for winter and we had them come back in the spring. We also purchased Rachio through them.

They were fast, knowlegeable, courteous and reasonably priced.

These guys did a great job on the drain cleaning and explaining to me how the drains were connected beneath and outside my home. I felt like the price was quite fair. I had gotten an estimate to re-do a french drain outside my basement after that experience, and I told them I would get back to them in a few months due to cost. It was a good price, but repairs are repairs, and most of them are expensive. I tried getting these guys out again a few months later, but I had a really hard time getting in touch with anyone. I was happy with the work from before, for sure.

Excellent! Showed up as promised and finished all of the work in less than an hour. All disturbed flower beds were put back in order, as if nothing had happened. I'm very happy with the new sprinkler coverage.

Awesome, great guys with great prices!

My husband and I bought a house a few months ago, and we couldn't figure out how to get the irrigation system to turn on. I called a couple of different irrigation companies, but Rain Pros was the only company that called me back. Sean and John were fantastic! They were professional, courteous, and they answered all of my questions. They suggested future upgrades to the system, but weren't pushy about it. If we decide to upgrade our system, Rain Pros is the company we'll be calling.

They were knowledgeable and worked quickly. They made good suggestions and responded to my questions/suggestions. My only "issue" is that the crew did not call me when they arrived on site, like I had asked of the manager. I happened to see them outside after they had assessed the system. After I connected with them, I stayed with them as they worked, answered questions they encountered, asked for their input on several issues, and we all ended up happy with the work.

Rain pros ROCKS! On time, called 30 minutes before arriving. Professional, courteous and all around NICE people! Explained issues and their suggested resolution. Made sure to close the gates, ( dog) can’t recommend enough! We also had them put in a French drain last year, no more swamp in the front yard. I won’t deal with any other company. Also over the years we dealt with the same workers which tells me they treat their employees well. That goes a long way in my book!
