It went better than expected, no leak and any other coverage issues as well as a few accumulated questions I had developed on the system were answered or resolved. I will refer them to our neighbors and plan on using them in the future.

The two-man team was clean, thorough and very professional. Work was done quickly with great care taken on the house. Sean was excellent! I really appreciate how good this company is.

The owner (Aaron) and the Service Manager (Brett) stopped by to evaluate the problem and provide an estimate for their services. In addition, they scheduled a date and time that met with our needs. Initially two technicians, the Lead (Brandon) and his colleague, (David), came by to perform the work. Additional problems were detected that required more equipment. They enlisted the assistance of another tech (James) to work on the problem. An additional day was required to finish the task. Brandon and Sean arrived early Saturday morning and dug up the blocked piping, replaced what was necessary and completely tested the system. They used a pressure washer where necessary, totally replaced any sod that had been removed, and planted high quality J&B seed in other exposed areas. All impacted areas were swept and raked and the entire lawn looks beautiful. (Two weeks later the grass seed has sprouted and new grass is visible). The RainPro's employees are focused, personable, hard working, and totally professional. It is an outstanding company with which to work.

Quick and responsive. Clean work. Honest. Cleaned up after the work (BIG ++). Pulled up the pavers, shovel and hand dug mud to find the leak! Endured a swarm of bees! Did not complain. It was July 15th 2014 about 90 degrees. Hot and muggy and they just worked with a smile and got the job done. The line repair did not hold the first time they repaired it. They told me that and took the time off the bill. They could have easily hid that and charged me and I would have happily paid but they were honest. I would not have known otherwise. These guys are on the top of my top shelf list of preferred vendors for me personally and my real estate brokerage in which I constantly give out referrals. Great job guys! I could not be more pleased. Yes, they are professional, prompt, qualified, efficient and all those important factors but more importantly they are invested and care about what they do. I've used Rain Pros several times over the past few years and they have always done an outstanding job. The most recent project was replacing a break in the main PVC feed and repairing some smaller 1/4" drip lines. The main line was very close to a large rhododendron and it required careful digging to find the break without damaging the surrounding plants. Brandon was very careful to ensure that no plants were damaged during the excavation and made sure to keep the soil well contained. All lines were tested before backfilling and the crew cleans up well after the job. Highly recommended.

Everything went fine. He was courteous and nice. We have not had a chance to double check if everything is working, but they said it was.

Rain Pro's inc originally installed our complete sprinkler system back in 2010. We were extremely please at the finished product. Since then, we've been using Rain Pro's to perform our Winterization service along with our Spring Start-up service. Their rates are reasonable with their early bird specials and the work is done professionally. We look to continue using Rain Pro's for all of our law care services.

They did a good job on it. Three people came in. They were professional, very friendly, prompt and easy to work with. The job was done in less than one day. They got the problem fixed and recovered my landscape. Special thanks to Joel and Lucyo.

These guys are the best! We found them on Angie's list a couple years ago and have used them minimally twice a year (sprinkler winterization and spring start-up). They have also cleaned our french drains and replaced components of our sprinkler system. They are prompt, friendly, reasonably priced and a true pleasure to work with. I actually look forward to calling them and know that they will provide great value.

It was quite a bit of work. They did a good job.

I used them for two years. They are very nice and are prompt in coming out, their prices are reasonable as well. The first time I used them, they forgot to close the valve when they turned it on for the spring. I was only aware of it, because the water company called me and informed me that I was using an excessive amount of water. They did agree to give some extra work to make up for my $1,000 water bill, but it was not enough to cover the additional amount. I went ahead and gave them a second chance and let them come back out the following year, they did this same thing once again. I even mentioned it to the technician to make sure the valve was turned off and he said he did. I just decided to double check and noticed that it was not. When I brought it to his attention, he informed me he thought the faucet was the valve. I have just decided to use someone else since I tried to give them a second chance and the same situation occurred.

Aaron came out offered simple fix ideas and was able to redesign a stone path in yard to reseed yard. Work took a few days to complete and a few landscaping areas that needed a bit more attention to make it look finished. Quality work. Hard working staff. Aaron does a nice job with oversite and sets high expectations. my neighbors are using Rain Pros today, as it rains. Angie discount really helped on the cost

The technician checked all the sprinkler heads and cleared the water from the sprinkler lines. He also repaired one of the sprinkler hose connections.

Last year I had a difficulty with them, so I wrote them a letter. Then they got very attentive. This year I told them that I would give them one more try, so they came back and they were fine. This is my third year using them.

Great!! On time, totally professional!! And they clean up afterwards! Our yard looked even better after they were done laying down all the pipes then before! Answered all our questions and were very polite!

I installed a sprinkler system in my yard. I received several estimates and Rain Pro's was the best price for the type of installation I needed. The parts are quality and the service was excellent. I originally only wanted the front yard done, but got a quote for partial coverage on the back yard and since the price was within my budget I decided to do both front and back. The partial coverage in the back actually covered the entire area needed and it worked out great. After the initial installation I had some questions and a few things I wanted changed. They came out and changed the items I was concerned with and answered all of my questions so far the system has been working great. I also used their fall shutdown and spring start up is scheduled for today. I have been very happy with the service and product received.

The crawl space is large and in places access is limited. Hard rocky ground for digging. Job went well. The crew was always on time, friendly and polite. They were careful to cover all the surfaces from the door to the opening of the crawlspace. Careful of walls and flooring. It was not a pleasant job because we had a bad rodent problem, which was taken care of after the drain system was completed. The general manager, Aaron was always able to be reached by cell phone if we had questions. When the job was completed we inspected the system together and he answered any questions I had and said that we could reach him day or night if we had any problems. This winter has put it to the test. For the first time since moving in we haven't worried about the power going out and our furnace being under water as it was the first winter in our home. We just wish we had done it sooner.

They ended up dealing with the drain, and then took on the larger issues around drainage and basement water. They were super professional, gave me a range of options (and prices), and then explained the outcomes and drawbacks for each. I would use them again for sure, and can highly recommend them. Aaron and his crew definitely know what they're doing.

They reached me promptly the two men were very professional who fixed our irrigation timer and a head. They came back upon one phone call to fix the time second time. The gentleman who came out to work called me of my email for winter stop service which I provided but I never got an email from them to stop the service. But they did a good job for me.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rain Pros. First, I should start with how they handled my initial phone call. I called 6 businesses when water was pooling on the side of our house. It had been raining significantly for about a week, so I knew they would all be busy. Aaron was unable to come out to the house to give an estimate, so I did a short video on my phone to show them the problem and surrounding area. Aaron was right on it! He evaluated the situation, asked a few additional questions and we scheduled an appointment soon there after. He sent Joel and Scott on the job. These guys were great. They were professional, asked for feedback on a few ideas, and left the ground looking better than when they arrived. I liked how Joel put it, "we like to make sure the customer is pleased the first time we leave." I completely trusted these guys. They were thorough, honest, and stayed within the original budget.
