Rain Pros, particularly Aaron, are SO GOOD! Really one of the best contractors I've worked with in terms of communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism. I would definitely use them again for any future work.

Brandon and Sean arrived right on time for the job. After explaining to them that the pipe needed to be dug up and replaced, they got right down to it. When I checked in after about 30 minutes, they had already exposed all of the pipe and found a major crack on top of the old pipe. They thought about just repairing the pipe, but with the leakage history, I asked them if they could just replace the whole thing. They did without objection and they subsequently found that the remainder of the old pipe did indeed have several large cracks at the bottom. They were extremely courteous and explained that there are also footing pipes that could likewise be causing an issue, but agreed that the old pipe would certainly be leaking lot of water. This was NOT an attempt to upsell more services, but simply to inform me on how the drainage system is supposed to work. I was grateful for the education. They tested the water flow through the drainage pipes to ensure that my major problem of water NOT flowing through the old pipe was solved. After testing the water flow thoroughly - including testing the flow on the other side of the house - they reburied the new pipe and restored the area to its original condition (there were some stepping stones along the edge of part of the area). It looked as if they were never there! They were in and out in just a bit over 2 hours and I may finally be done with my crawlspace leakage! I am grateful that Rain Pros offered the Angie's List special, because it made me aware of their business and they provided exactly the service that I needed at a fraction of the price of a plumber. My previous experience with having a plumbing company replace some other drainage pipes was dreadful and made me hesitant to contact other plumbers even though I had a serious issue that needed attention. I highly recommend Rain Pros for any drainage issues that you might have. They have the expertise that a plumber might not have and they were very friendly and professional. I am pleased as punch that I finally got around to calling Rain Pros on the last day of the special. I will use Rain Pros in the future for our irrigation system and certainly will consult them for any other drainage issues.

Great experience. The guys that came out knew what they were doing. The went above and beyond to resolve my issue and gave good advice for potential issues that might arise in the future. They also kept me up to date during the work.

I contacted Aaron and he promptly returned my call. A date was set up for him to come out and evaluate what might need to be done. Aaron was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain to me, lay person, exactly what was involved in his recommendation and why he was making the recommendation he made. He also went over the cost and how long it would take his crew to complete the job. Once the job commenced, unforeseen problems were encountered. Aaron addressed the problems quickly and made any needed adjustments. His crew was outstanding. They worked diligently and were very respectfull of my home and property. Each day they arrived on time or contacted me to let me know of any delays, and why. They cleaned up after themselves each day and never left my yard in disarray. I would definitely use them again and highly, highly recommend they.

Aaron was great to work with. He took the time to give a detailed estimate and did a great job with scheduling and follow-up of minor details. They ran about 110' of drainage with overflow at the curb. Took their guys about 5-6 hours. Would definitely work with them again.

Rainpros's crew is friendly and hard working, they did a great job fixing my leaking window well which is caused by standing water in the yard and lack of window well drainage.

My tenant met with him and reported that he was on time and was very professional. He has some ideas for fixing the problem, but wants to wait. This may save me money which I appreciate.

Aaron and his team were professional and on time. They helped my think through my assumptions. We were very happy with the work and the way they cleaned up after the job was finished.

These guys were great from the beginning. Came out when they said they would and got everything working properly, then returned in the Fall to winterize the system. Brandon and Conrad who turned everything on, and Sean who came back and turned everything off, were most professional, friendly, and thorough. The Service Coordinator Jason was also great to work with. This is a pretty extensive 12 zone system that we had no idea how to operate as it was installed by the previous owner. The people at Rain Pros helped us figure out how to operate the system and helped us enjoy the first summer in our new home. We will definitely have them back out to provide the same fabulous service they provided this year!

Very courteous and professional service person explained the process and tested all sprinklers then did winterizing for the system. This is a new home to us and we didn't even know how to work the system- he explained and showed how to operate and then performed the job. accidentally blew out a sprinkler head but company will repair and replace any damage, no problem! They will be out in the spring to get us started up again.

They were quick and thorough and returned my call promptly when I had a question after the service was performed. I would hire them again.

The initial inspection in August 2015 was for drainage consult. We were having water slowly compromise the footer of the northwest to southwest basement walls; not flooding, but consistent seepage after heavy rains. The exterior drain options from other service providers were cost prohibitive. After initial review and preliminary planning, Aaron came up with an idea to include the existing sump pump area in the crawl space. The interior footer drain started in the middle of the north wall, continued to the NW corner, continued along the west footer, and through the east wall into the crawl space. The interior french/footer drain then continued from west to east within the crawl space to the sump pit, which was increased in size and utilized the pre existing drainage lines. Within 90 days of installation, we have had several large rain storms, and the footer drain system has held up nicely. On one particularly hard rain, I forgot to plug the sump pump in (my fault completely). The drain did it's job. Only the clean out valves overflowed, the perimeter of the drain held firm, there was just too much water with no sump pump (again, my fault completely). When I plugged the pump back in, the water was flushed out without incident, and everything has been great since. My recommendation, never unplug your sump pump and strongly consider hiring Aaron and Rain Pros. Aaron and his crew prepped and cleaned up the work area very well. No issues there. I plan to use Aaron and Rain Pros again for future exterior/downspout drain projects, and will also consider thatch/aeration. Thanks Aaron and Rain Pros!

Talked to 3 or 4 different companies, all similarly priced for what we wanted to do. All companies were quite busy this year, so while it did take a while to get a quote and actually perform the install, Rain Pros was in line with other companies or slightly quicker. Aaron from Rain Pros went over all the details during the estimate, taking quite a bit of time to figure out our specific situations and design a proper system for what we wanted. One zone for the yard with "back-and-forth" sprayers, one zone for our primary garden areas with fan sprayers (installed in locations that allowed for moving plants around), and two more zones for other planter beds where we only wanted a spigot rather than sprinkler heads (to hook up our own soaker hoses and sprinklers, but have them controlled by the main system). Only one other company was this detailed at the estimate time to go over all the options and really lay out the plan, which I really appreciated because this is our first sprinkler system. Install took 3 days to fully complete, they had originally said 2. That was fine with me, and they let me know early on day 2 that it might run over. They trenched out our yard and it really looked horrible for those 3 days, but they put everything back into place when it was done and I was pretty impressed the end result looked as good as it did. You could still tell where the trenches had been, but not bad. After a couple months of watering, it's not noticeable at all except for a couple small spots which I'm sure will be invisible next spring. During the install I realized that the box for the check-valve was MUCH larger than I anticipated, and I didn't like where it was located. They had already dug out the spot for it, but were willing to discuss other options and work with me to re-locate the box to a more convenient location. This caused them an hour or two of additional work for both digging, refilling, and re-routing a couple pipes, but they did it without question and didn't charge me extra even though I said I'd be willing to pay for the change. We are planning to extend our sprinkler system to the back yard next year, and because of this they hooked up several more wires from the controller that terminate in the valve box. They located the valve box on the side yard to make it easy to extend later to the back yard, and they gave me all the information in case I end up choosing a different company at that time (which I thought was a nice touch, although I'm planning to use Rain Pros again). After we used the system for a couple weeks they came out to re-adjust some of the sprinkler heads, and replace two garden "fan" heads with taller ones, all for free. A few weeks later we were trying to make a couple more adjustments, and called them for advice. They came out quickly to show us how to make adjustments (for free), and showed us what we could do on our own versus what they prefer to do themselves. Some sprinkler heads are easy to break when adjusting, so they'd rather we didn't adjust them ourselves, and they promised to do a couple adjustments for free each year if we give them a call. All in all we're very pleased. They did a good install job, system works great, and we're planning to hire them again next summer to extend the system to the back yard as well. The only thing I would have done differently is to specify exactly where to tie into the mainline. After seeing how everything laid out throughout the yard, I would have suggested tying into that line in a different location closer to the house, but this is very minor. I would recommend being around when the install is happening, so that you can answer or correct anything on the spot. I also recommend taking several pictures of the process, so that you have a reference on where the pipes are routed for future reference.

The front and back lawn received fertilizer and was aeriated. They also gave me suggestions for maintaining the health of my lawn. I can't comment about punctuality as we were away from the house all day. But when we got home, the front and back lawn had definitely been aeriated. Good timely service and promptness in returning my email. No complaints at all!!!

They came out yesterday. My yard was in bad shape (the hot summer, moss problems and dead grass). I could see they did a great job of thatching since I mostly have dirt and spots of grass. I should be able to see in about 3-4 weeks the new grass. They said if there is bare spots they will correct them so apparently they stand by their work which is what a consumer wants to hear.

Rain Pros were very easy to communicate with and responsive to my calls immediately. This was a "Big Deal" and our first experience with Angie's List. Within 24hrs of clicking on the deal, Aaron from Rain Pros contacted me to set up a day for the renovation. On the day we agreed on the work crew was running over on the previous job. Aaron assured me that they were coming and sent a second crew to make sure the work was done in the one day. These guys went to work at lightening speed and worked without a break until they were done. They did in a few hours time what would have taken us a month at least. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Sean, the crew manager stayed long enough to explain how we should take care of the lawn and what to expect, then Aaron called a couple of days later to make sure we knew what to do and to tell us to call if we had any concerns. We would definitely call Rain Pros again. It was a good start for our first Angie's List experience.

Provider completed the project within the time frame agreed to and on budget. Aaron was very professional, quick to respond to our initial inquiry and addressed our concerns as the project progressed. The workers were polite and arrived each day at the agreed to time.

After learning of the problems Aaron, the Rain Pro's GM, called us to apologize and determine what went wrong. He came to our home the next day to see the issues, discuss possible alternatives and made excellent suggestions for solving the problems. The next day he returned with a crew to re-landscape the area that had been damaged. The work was done quickly, and it was done well - the final result looks great. We have a few drainage and rain collection projects of our own that need attention and we will look to Rain Pro's for help.

The job went very well. They were very professional, on time, and their price was very reasonable. We actually didn't even sign a contract, he gave me a price, and honored it! They did everything they said they would. I would highly recommend them to others.

Aaron and his team did a superb job. They were on time, on budget with no surprises. The workers were polite and friendly. We're thrilled.

Aaron, the manager, was very knowledgeable and experienced. He told me the limitations about working with my legacy sprinkler system and predicted that the shortcut I elected to proceed with might not do the job. We have been doing some tweaks to the system since then. The crew who did the install in June 2014 were amazingly quick, finishing a day ahead of schedule. They tore up our newly sodded lawn (much to my wife's dismay) putting in the backyard sprinkler system, but I'm not sure what else to expect when you have a bunch of guys digging trenches in your yard and walking in heavy boots. I was not surprised by this and the lawn has recovered nicely. I had to call them out to replace the Hunter rain sensor which they did quite promptly and for free. Apparently Hunter recognized a problem with that model and was offering free replacements. We have been doing tweaks to the system since the original install to adjust for the inadequately sized legacy pipes that feed the system. I just got a bill for $500 for the adjustments that were made and Aaron knocked it down to $250, which was nice. All in all, Aaron and his crew have been great to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can honestly say this is the best Company I have worked with. They were responsive in providing an estimate and in carrying out the work. The men were punctual and hardworking and did what they said they would do. They have returned three times to make sure everything is working correctly and efficiently. They left the garden looking better than the moment they arrived and were very careful with the plants they had to remove to dig the trenches for the pipes. All were replaced, and I did not lose any. The Company and the men were very pleasant to have around, and I would strongly recommend Rain Pros. Aaron runs a very businesslike and efficient Company.

I had posted a less than satisfied review based on an earlier call where the techs seemed baffled by my admittedly very old sprinkler system. I just met with Aaron and Jason today as a follow up on that earlier call, and want to update my review. I have never had a company work so hard to win back my business. I was out of town for a while and unable to follow up after I left the earlier review, but they continued to call me to follow up and to reschedule. Rather than just reschedule the original service call with the techs, the managers came out themselves, and spent a good hour discussing options for my aged system and my neglected yard. I was really impressed, and now see why RainPros has such outstanding client ratings; these guys really, really care about getting things right and being thorough. I really appreciated their attention to my concerns, and they went above and beyond to get things right. I'll update this review one last time once the work is performed, but I wanted to be sure that other review came down right away. These guys are knowledgeable, professional, and they clearly really care about their clients and their integrity. Final edit: I LOVE my new state-of-the-art controller. It's great and easy to use, and makes me feel better about being able to water more responsibly (it reads the weather forecasts and skips days when watering is not necessary). These guys know their stuff!
