Technician was super! I only purchased my home this summer and so wasn't very knowledgeable about the sprinkler system. The technician was happy to show me and explain to me every step he took to winterize the system. We discussed what would be involved in a spring tune-up and when it would be needed. I'm looking forward to having Rain Pros back to get my system back on line this coming spring. The only minor deduction in my rating is based on the 4 hour window I was given for their arrival. Four hours is a very large window. They met it (barely) but because of the size of my system they couldn't finish the job in one visit before it became too dark to work so they had to come back a second time to complete the job.

Jason was responsive, proactive and on top of things as far as scheduling. Sean was part of both crews on site. He and his partners were professional, effective, efficient, and did both jobs well. I recommend this company and would hire them again.

They found a leak where another contractor had broken the line and prusumadly fixed it.

Aaron and Josh were great to work with, quick response and after a consultation they came up with a solution at a great price. The quote was received, work scheduled and completed all within a week. They even waited for me to finish some travel before coming back for a walkthrough and billing. Great guys and quality work at very fair prices

Great. Company contacted us right away, worked within our schedule, prompt service, on time, on budget. They were able to peel back our lawn, trench the drainage, and replace the lawn. You can't even tell work was done. They cleaned everything up nicely. I recommend. amt. paid was after the Angie's list promo price.

Everyting went great. The yard looked better after they were done! The only complaint was that they were hard to get a hold of after it was done. They did have problems with their computer systems, so I chalked it up to that. The installation was very fast. They did have to come back to fix a problem with the system. I would have liked literature about the type and ability of the sprinker heads and a map of the piping system.

very efficient, effective, thorough

Purchased a deal from Angie's list. Scheduling was quick and easy via email. They showed up on the designated day and completed the work to a high standard. My gripe is that they changed a couple of sprinkler heads without asking first. Since this was an additional cost, they should have asked if I was willing to bear it. While I would have said yes anyway, there may be others who are not in a position to pay. Having said that, I am very pleased with the quality and speed of work. Highly recommended and I will call them again to winterize my sprinkler system.

So far I've left 4 phone messages at 2 different numbers and have written an email - no response. Not even a message that they're too busy to help me, just no response at all! I am requesting a refund and will find another company to work with.

Communication from the company was good. Brandon, the service tech, did an excellent job. He was thorough, informative and professional.

Wow.... Brandon and John arrived early and we spent the first few moments walking around the yard getting an idea of the sprinkler system in the yard. They then turned on the system and started to checkout the functionality of each of the 11 zones and marked the troubled areas with flags. Some sprinkler heads could be adjusted, which they did and the ones iquestionable were marked with the flags. Brandon explained in detail each issue and the corrective action required to resolve. At no time were we pressured. At the end of checking g all 11 zones, Brandon and John provided an action plan required for corrective action and a rough cost, time and materials needed. These two guys are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Looking at moving forward with there recommendations and a time that fits our schedules.

It went very well, they looked it all over then went to work and in about a half day had it all done plus covered with a coating of peatmoss to protect the seed. All we needed to do was keep the lawn watered until the new grass got a good start. Looks wonderful and green with no blank spots or heavy moss growth.

They arrived promptly, did a complete and thorough job, gave me excellent instructions as to how to maintain the new grass they seeded as well as information on the seed used in case I needed to seed again, and the type and timing of my next fertilizer application. I am very pleased with their work.

Sean and Joaquin were awesome, very professional, and thorough in the short time they were there. Sean made sure my irrigation system was efficient and not wasting water and money. I look forward to giving these guys more business in the future.

Worth every penny! They went through the whole system, did a few needed repairs and patiently taught me about the whole system and how to operate the digital control panel. I will use them again, and I will recommend them to my friends.

It was great, Shawn and Joaquin did a great job, they are very professional. Not only did it quick, but pricing was really fair. Shawn went to the point (unsolicited) of adding new grass seed to an area that hasn't been well watered, very generous. I'm a loyal customer already :-)

It was terrific. Very friendly and very thorough. Fixed a bad solenoid and tuned the rest of the system cutting my water use back by 50%. Went the extra mile and applied fertilizer to the lawn that was dried because the sprinkler zone wasn't working. I didn't expect that at all. I am very pleased with the service and the professional and friendly attitude.

The guys were responsive to my initial phones calls -- something tough to find when calling about lawn irrigation in the middle of June. They quickly came out (within a week) to take a look at things, created a plan for the repair work & then executed to that plan as it was exactly explained to me. Because of this our costs came in as expected which all-in-all makes me a happy camper.

I was having problems with crawlspace water intrusion. The 2 possible solutions were a downspout drainage system or interior drain. Eventually I decided to go with the downspout drainage (also thanks to Aaron for the advice!) and so far it seems that it solved the problem. I got several estimates, the Rain Pros estimate was slightly better and more comprehensive than the others. I also got a French drain on one side, to capture some of the water that may be coming from the neighbors. And, it also captures the water that comes from the shed's roof. Work took about 1 day and a half. In the first day, they had 2 crews working, and they pretty much did all the work. The second day it was mainly cleanup work. The crew carefully removed the grass layer and put it back after the work was done. After a few months, you can't even tell that there were trenches all over the place. One of the downspouts was surrounded by the deck. The initial plan was to try to disconnect one of the 3 decks and put it back. If that didn't work, the backup plan was to remove some of the wood and put it back. Well, I was extremely surprised that the workers managed to dig underneath the deck! Wow, that left the deck completely untouched. I was impressed with the responsiveness and the quality of the work. I would definitely hire Rain Pros again.

Showed up right when they said they would, did everything they could to make sure it was done right and done well the first time. They were courteous, friendly, and helpful! They also were the only ones out of 20 requests I put into Angie's List that would install a pump I had purchased. All the other installers insisted on buying the pump for me so they could mark it up by approx $300 - $400. THANK YOU!
