I was very happy with the crew that was sent out. While they were able to fix some of the drains, there were some that they were not able to fix (drain collapsed under driveway) with simple cleaning. I am working with them now to solve the problem (will require a new drain line to be installed).

They couldn't unclog one. Had the give me an estimate to rerun one. Seemed high. Checking with other companies.

Excellent, they were professional, friendly, and eager to do extra work without additional cost. They spent a lot of time on two of the downspouts coming down from the roof gutters, digging out the french drains and opening them up. They went around and cleaned and inspected the rest of the downspouts. Then they offered for no additional cost to clean the gutters, which was nice of them. But, I had a guy coming the following Monday to clean the windows and gutters, so I was good.

It was fast, easy, and inexpensive.

Wonderful. The crew was very professional. Went over the yard with me asking what areas needed to be watered. Plants had grown, been added, and moved. Made sure all sprinkler heads were working, all zones were getting water. Extremely pleased with the service.

Jason sent Sean and John out to assess the situation and see what they could do. They conducted a test of the system to see what was working and what wasn't. They then got to work fixing everything. the hard part was the leaking line which was completely ensnarled in roots and just had to be capped off upstream. After 3 hours, all was functional once again. I did have one zone fault after they left, so they will return next week to check on that.

Each year after I would pay them for servicing the system. Sean is the main service technician and he is wonderful. If you are lucky to have him, he is the face of Rain Pros. However, Sean does not make the business decisions (costs and scheduling) and the sprinkler system was not working properly this year. In April I paid the invoice and Rain Pros ignored the concern I had for months. I was getting more an more frustrated with their inability to care properly for me, an existing client. I warned Rain Pros several times of their poor customer service when a problem occurred (every year there was a concern). I honestly could go on, but do not want to create a list of mis-steps by Rain Pros. They lost me as a customer due to very very poor attention to the customer.

Rain Pros did a great job. They were able to see me right away, they fixed the issue right away, and they were able to optimize our sprinkler disbursement. They even gave us a great discount since they were not there the complete hour. It's great to see a company that puts customers first and I will definitely use them again for my future irrigation needs!

We like Rain Pros a lot! They've done our spring sprinkler checks and start-ups for a few years now. Their people are always very nice, and they do excellent work. I feel confident that they'll let me know if something is amiss, and I will trust them to make the necessary adjustments or repairs. We actually learned that we could water less (and save on our water bill!) through their advice, so we appreciate that expertise, too.

My neighbor and I would have loved to have taken advantage of the coupon on their page for 25% off all sparkler system installations over $1500. We would have presented the coupon at the time of estimate; however, they never returned phone messages. Not sure how they got the Super Service Award!

A call to the General Manager after failed attempts to communicate with the area rep brought out Aaron who was professional, really knew his stuff, and got me a prompt bid. The work was completed in one day and it completely solved the problem.

Better than expected. Got the whole job done with two people in less than eight hours for replacement of gutters, filters and downspouts.

They addressed our concerns at the estimating stage and followed through on the install. It took a little longer than they thought but did not increase the cost. I stopped each day to see the progress and they welcomed my questions.

The workers showed up and immediately told me their snake had broken on the previous job so that would not be available. They used a pressure washer to clear the line. Their site said they would use cameras to see the problem. I did not notice any cameras used. Also told me roots were the problem but not sure how they new this and told me the work they did would only last 3 years. I think they should have come back with a snake to insure a better job done instead of telling me it broke on the last job. They also did not check all of the downspout lines, only the one I mentioned was slow.

Very knowledgeable and courteous service by two representatives. Detected broken pipes, changed out some sprinkler heads to a different style, and replaced a couple of broken heads.

They guys were pleasant, punctual, and professional. We paid for 6 hours, that was 2 guys for 3 hours which was fine.

Could not have been happier, the crew were very professional, hard working and honest. They completed the work with time to spare and rather than leave after the job was done, they went above and beyond an took on some additional items, cleaning out the sump pump and replacing some of the expandable downspout pipes. When did a contractor last ask you if there was anything else they could do to make sure you got the time you paid for?

They went the extra step and replaced the final piece of our drainage line - changing from perforated to non-perforated. Also brought in some clean drainage rock for where the dug up sections of the line to make sure the lines were not offset. Excellent job and very professional.

My hard looks good and they worked hard! They always answered when I called. The grass hasn't grown in yet, but they did leave me extra grass seeds.

Brandon and John arrived after the schedule time, but they had called to make sure that was ok, and I feel that even through they arrived late, they gave my service call full and professional care. Our system checked out ok, but with advice from Brandon about disablling a couple of unneeded sprinkler heads we were able to potentially boost the water pressure to get better coverage in the areas we need it. The guys were very friendly and they know their stuff. I may make some changes later this year, and I'll definitely call Rain Pros. Otherwise, I'll have them come out next spring for a check on the sytem and any small adjustments it needs.
