Quality Custom Finish

My kitchen was almost finished being remodeled, I just needed the crown molding on the cabinets and the wrap and trim around the windows. They were already partly done from another carpenter who had started the jobs and then vanished. Neon from Custom Quality Finishes came out and took a look, he was in a terrible position of being asked to fix and finish someone else's work. Neon is very professional and a genius with trim (as well as a perfectionist), and managed to get both areas finished and looking great with the materials at hand. I just wish I would have had him do the job from the beginning, I would certainly hire him again for trim/fine carpentry work.

The service was good. The guy that owns the company Neon came out afterwards as some of the work needed to be re-done. They sub-contracted the work and they were cooperative in getting everything taken care of. The scheduling went very smooth. The comments below are an average of this company and the sub-contractor as Neon did a great job. I have re-referred friends to this company.

The service was good. They finished within the week that they said they would. They did an excellent job. I liked their attitude as they said they would do everything exactly how we wanted and they even re-did a couple of minor things to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We had some trellis that they modified under the deck and they made it look better than previous work that had been done. The quote was $1,500.00 less than what someone else quoted. They were very professional. Neon the owner called afterwards and he said is there anything at all that is not perfect with the deck. I mentioned one board that was cracking and I mentioned it was not a big deal and it was nothing they did but he said they would replace it anyways at no charge.
