I called King County Window & Glass for an estimate to have 3 windows replaced in my bedroom. Mr. Ewton answered my call and I explained what I was looking for. Mr. Ewton was extremely irritated because he felt that I asked too many questions about the name brands and styles of windows... i.e. 2 in contour vs 1 in. He rudely accused me of reading from a prior bid and said it was impossible for me to have so much knowledge about windows. I found this to be insulting. I merely read Consumer Reports which has a section that gives you pointers on the main things to look for when purchasing windows. Is it not normal for customers to inquire about the windows that you install and sell? Is it inappropriate to explain the exact type of window that you are looking to purchase to? I thought potential customers were supposed to ask questions and that the business owners should be happy to answer? The fact that Mr. Ewton was so irritated by this process is a HUGE RED FLAG for me and they are no one whom I will ever do business with. He hung up in my face when I told him this was not going to be a good fit. Customer Service is everything to me and Mr. Ewton is certainly lacking in that area.

2 men were sent out. They showed up 15 min. early. Our home is a older home, so when the glass was replaced they took the frame out and replaced the glass only on two of the windows, and used the same frames so they would still match the windows to the rest of the house. The 3rd window was hugh, and took alittle more time. The workers were very professional, and we were very happy with the results. We would for sure use King Co. Window & Glass again, and refer them to family & friends. The owner, Dennis, called to make sure everything was done to our satifaction. Excellent company.

Great! We plan to hire them again to replace the windows in the basement. They were easy to schedule with and did a great job measuring for the new custom windows that were put in place. They helped us determine what windows to purchase and were helpful with all of our questions.

They were late and did not call at all - I had to call them. They then replaced the glass OK, but used trim that was obviously too small. I didn't want them to come back because I didn't want to wait two hours for them to show up an hour late.

I said "it's broke" They said "we can fix it" I said "great" They said "here it is" I said "great" They said "done" I said "thank you" They said "No, thank you"

It went well. They went out to take the measurements and give me an estimate. I did not have to be there. They did not have the screen but, they came back when it was ready. I paid for everything even though they did not have the screen yet. They did come out and install the screen. I would use them again.

It went very well. The installers were fast, efficient and answered all my questions. The work was done cleanly and painlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them or use them in the future.

They did a great job, stuck to the bid price, and the window looks great. Would hire them again, and will when we have the opportunity. Thanks guys!

They came out quickly to take measurements and give me a quote on price. |Arrived on time for install and carefully removed old mirror, installed and polished new mirror. The crew were polite, professional and efficient. Would use again.

They were very good to work with. Always professional and easy to communicate with. They came out and measured the window and then called within a few days to schedule the install. The whole process was quick and a fair price.

Our new shower walls are not square so the glass had to be cut to fit and they measured for this when we put in our order but when they showed up the next time to install they had the wrong glass and had to reorder. |But to their credit the next time they came out on a Saturday to install. |The shower looks and works excellent, so other then added delay they did a good Job.

This is the second time I've used this company and they are great to work with. Good quality & value, fast and professional. Will use them again for the next project!

Great. Other companies were not interested to quote on such a small job. They were eager and willing. Had the best price and we're fast and efficient.

The worked turned out beautiful. They were great and the guys were really fun to work with. We had to reorder a mirror that was delivered damaged and the shower door had to be remeasured a couple of times because of the supplier. It did seem their glass supplier was having some issues but they really did a great job aside from that.

While this provider did do the work well I would not use them again. I thought they were a touch exspensive and they were not very polite. Whomever I spoke to was very gruff and I felt that I was putting him out calling him. They did not call and tell me my glass was in to set up an install date I had to call them and then they were rude that I was calling. They said "did we call you?" "You're supposed to wait for our call we'll call when it's ready" Funny thing is about 10 minutes later they called and said your glass is ready when can we come out. When they came out to install they never told me they were there. They just started working on the project never said one word until they asked for payment. Never said thank you.

Dennis contacted me moments after I had put in my request thru Angie"s List. We set up a time and someone was out right on time to do the estimate. Dennis then emailed me the quote and we set up a day. They let me know when they would be coming and were here bright and early. Replacement only took about an hour or so. The installers noticed that one of my windows had been installed upside down so the drainage holes were at the top. They fixed it for my by drilling new holes. They were quick, neat and polite and I can now see out of my previously fogged windows.

Replace 15 aluminum windows with vinyl windows in my 1976 split level. The price was reasonable and the service was reliable and professional.

Professional, efficient, pleasant team replaced approx 26" x25" single pane glass in wooden frame window. Will definitely use again.

The project went very well. The guys were on time. Worked fast and completed the job in just a few hours. They cleaned up very well at the end of the project.

An effortless transaction. I contacted the company, told them what I wanted, and they made a recommendation, gave a price that was much better than I was expecting, and provided a website on which I could view the window. I accepted, and a couple of guys came out that week to verify measurements and size up the task. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. I paid one-half up front, and they ordered the window from the manufacturer; after it was delivered (about ten days later), they came out and installed it in a day. They did a great job integrating the window with my vinyl siding. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Dennis returned my first call promptly. He went out to see the window within a couple of days to complete the estimate. He then ordered the window and the window was installed the next week. He is very dependable and reliable. I would use this company again in the future.

Dennis was very accommodating. He came by to give me an estimate on Saturday and his guys installed the windows on the weekend so I didn't have to take a vacation day from work ( which I very much appreciated!). They showed up on time and went straight to work. They were very professional (even wearing booties inside); I would definitely recommend them to any neighbors on Vashon (or elsewhere) needing glass replacement.

The back door to a house I rent out was burglarized where they kicked in the glass of the door to get in. King County Window Co sent someone to measure the door the next day and ordered the glass. The glass was installed 1 week after the break-in and they cleaned everything up. When I checked the door the day they installed it, they had swept all the broken glass and removed it as well as cleaned off the finger print powder left by the police on the door frame. Nice job. Will recommend to others
