At first we had an issue trying to find a time that would work for the both of us but we powered through. The owner, who came to my house initially to measure, was super nice and down to earth. He took measurements of both windows and said he would order the glass. A few days later I got a call that two men would come out to install the windows. They were nice, did their jobs quickly, cleaned up, and were on their way. It was an easy and friendly experience.

The team at King County Window & Glass were extremely professional and friendly. When they arrived, we noticed that one of the windows didn't meet our expectations. I expected this to be a challenge. After we explained our concerns, the installers quickly agreed to make it right. They ordered a second window and replaced it free of charge. Due to both the high level of professionalism and the quality of the work, I would recommend this contractor without hesitation.

No problems. 1918 house wiith single pane double hung. Replaced with single hung. Completed on time at exact cost and no extra add-ons. Would purchase again.

King County Window & Glass were terrific throughout this whole process. Since I was unfamiliar with the whole window purchasing process, I asked a billion questions. Annette was terrific and very patient, explaining the process and having Jason bring windows out for me to look at. They had a great price and the whole process went seamless. They even came out and replaced the windows on a day when it was raining non stop! I just LOVE my new windows! They are beautiful and so quite. I am mad that I waited so long to do this. I would highly recommend getting windows through King County Window & Glass, you will be glad you did!

It's always hard for me to give a terrible review, but unfortunately, King County Window and Glass deserves it. I had hired them to replace a window last year, which went well, so I went to them again recently for two other windows. This time, it was a very different situation, and it wasn't good. Annette, the woman in the office, was difficult to deal with from start to finish. Whenever I asked a question, for example, she would say the same phrase in emails with terrible spelling and bad grammar. She offered no details. Their price was much higher than another Angie's List company, but I figured if they came close, I would go with KC Window & Glass because I had dealt with them before. But there was no talking to them. I had put half deposit down and asked them what the policy was on refunds. Annette went ahead and simply cancelled the transaction without asking me or speaking to me about it!! When I asked about it, they said they would not do the job, period. Wow. I have never had such bad treatment!! They are an old school company who doesn't value repeat customers. Nor are they good about customer service. It's their way or the highway. It was VERY bad service from the beginning, and I should have simply taken my business elsewhere from the start. It's what I will do from now on.

I researched many window glass replacement providers on Angie's list and was very impressed with the positive reviews for this company. King County Windows and Glass was very responsive to my phone call inquiry for an estimate. They provided an initial estimate based on my measurements and then later came out to do exact measurements. They ordered the windows we needed and communicated clearly about when the windows would be received. They called to schedule the installation soon after receiving the windows and came out to install within a week. The team came to install the windows on a Saturday. They arrived right on time in the morning and got right to work. They did a very professional job and worked hard throughout the day. They spent most of the day doing the installation. They kept the house very clean throughout the process. The initial invoice from them did not include the Angie's list discount, but soon after I emailed them asking about that discount, they sent a revised estimate with the discount included. I was very appreciative that they honored the discount when I emailed. I would highly recommend them.

They returned my email inquiries very quickly and gave me a price without needing to come to my location which I LOVED. In the end we chose another provider who offered us a better price but I was pleased by how quickly this company responded and how quickly they were willing to come and do the job!

Went smooth as glass. Considering how some other contractors have functioned during this remodel, KCWG was like a trip to Disneyland. Great people. Annette in the office is a ray of sunshine. Everything they said happened. Windows in two weeks. Boom, they were there at two weeks. Wood trim around the windows to finish them off instead of plastic snap in stuff (like my neighbor who paid more). Did that, looks great. The three man crew was happy and conversational and got right to work. They were concerned about things and got clarification from me as to how I wanted to proceed. This is a small company who delivers what they say they will at reasonable prices. The work is first rate. They won't show up in bright white uniforms with a huge shiny logo on the side of their truck. But they show up on time and do what they promise. And in today's world, for some reason, that is getting to be a tough thing to come by.

I called King County Window and Glass on August 26, 2015 to see if they replaced window glass. I had called a few other companies who only replaced whole windows and most only multiple windows at that. Not what I needed. King County Window and Glass said they did do this kind of work, so I ask them to change out the glass without getting any other estimates. I don't know if the price was reasonable or not, I just wanted it done. They arranged to measure the window in two days, showed up right at the beginning of their time window. They were courteous, and professional. The window was then ordered. It came in September 5, they called to schedule the install on the 6th. They came on time, removed the old panes, installed the new ones and even cleaned the window when they were done. Very impressive. These are some seriously nice guys.

Communication great! Service great! Very professional. Did a great job replacing glass in a window broken by a bad golfer.

Provider came by house to assess the damage, take measurements and make sure the glass ordered was correct. He then came back a second time to replace the glass. Both times he came just when he said he would and called beforehand. We had been quoted 3-4 thousand dollars by another company which said the entire window unit needed to be replaced because of the high-end glass it contained. King County Glass made an accurate assessment that they would be able to order the replacement pane and replace it without replacing the window itself. They charged about $100 for the service call (even though they made two trips to the house) and about about $250 for the approximately 2' X 6' glass pane (triple-paned with argon). They were professional, responsive and did a great job at a very reasonable price.

Dennis and his staff were very good at communicating with me by phone and email. Rod, who installed the glass, called 30 minutes before his arrival and quickly and efficiently installed the glass. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Sound glass replaced all of my single pane aluminum windows in 1997 with vinyl double pane low E windows. One of my picture windows developed condensation between the panes due to a bad seal. I called Sound Glass for a possible warranty repair. Their technician could not determine the window manufacturer and my original paperwork only showed prices, sizes, and install date by Sound Glass. A week later I received an estimate for almost $1300 to replace only the glass. I checked Angie's List and called King County Window and Glass for another estimate. Their technician Jason immediately identified the window manufacturer as Insulate Industries and informed me that another company had taken over Insulate. Jason thought I might have a warranty claim and he would check with his boss Dennis and let me know. Dennis called for more information and said he would investigate on my behalf. A week later Dennis called to inform me that indeed my window would be replaced under warranty at no cost to me. Today my new glass was installed by King County Window & Glass. No mess. No charge. Just a well done installation. Dennis and Jason saved me a lot of money and aggravation. WELL DONE.

Everyone was friendly and did a great job on our windows. We will be calling soon to get a quote on the rest of our windows in the house. We will definitely use them again and refer them to friends.

I loved the fact that Dennis did everything via text, including me sending pictures and him sending the quote. Once I had the quote and decided to go with them then their technician Supervisor Jason came out and measured. I then was asked to pay 50% down for the cost of the glass and the rest was paid once they did the work. They were on time and prepared with three men, as one window was very large. They laid cloths on all our floors and over our new off-white rug to protect them and also helped move furniture that was in the way. Oh, and helped put it back! The windows went in in about two hours and they cleaned up as well, so much so it didn't even look like they were there. They took all the glass with them too. Jason was also great in explaining the warranties to us on the glass and other aspects of the new glass. We will definitely be using them again when we need glass work.

Dennis came out quickly after my initial call. Very personable and friendly. He measured the window. Gave me a price on site. We set up a convenient time to replace window after the Holidays. The two installation fellows were punctual and worked quickly... great clean up and no mess even with having to saw the window frame. I would recommend King County Window and Glass to anyone, and I will be using them as soon as I am ready to replace my other windows.

King County Window and Glass were extremely helpful and quick to do the job. After they were contacted with my request, they gave an estimate over the computer and then when we chose them for the job, came out to measure my window and give the actual cost estimate - which was lower than the original estimate. Once the glass was ordered (took about 3 days to come in), they installed the window in about 45 minutes. Overall, from the time they came out to measure the window, to installation, it took less than one week. I would recommend them and will call in the future for any windows.

These guys were quick, efficient and hassle-free. There was one visit to measure the window panes, and a follow up visit a week later to replace the glass. Everything went smoothly.

Very pleased with measurements and installation. I didn't have to be home for the measurements (they were done from the outside). In just a week and a half the glass was installed and the installation took about an hour and a half. The price was very competitive and they beat out a local glass company that I got an estimate from. I am very pleased with my new windows! I will definitely call King County Window and Glass again for other window replacements.

Their communication was excellent, calling back promptly so they could schedule a quick in home visit to see what needed to be replaced, then they provided us a good quote, ordered the glass and scheduled the time to come in and fix the window. Very polite repairman, and really quality work (I think it is better quality than the original window) I recommend them for window repair in home.

Thanks so much to my lawn care OR landscapers for forcing this introduction - Peeps, don't allow weed wackers on your property or Dennis will become your best friend, too.... thanks yard teams - NOT! So I called around and received several estimates. First, I liked Dennis the best by far because he wasn't trying to upsell me with any BS. Second, his price was almost 20% less. I don't always take the lowest estimate, I base my decision on price and gut response on the person selling it. We did the initial estimate over the phone by providing Dennis the measurements & window details. I appreciated that so I didn't have to wait at home for an estimate as I did with the other companies! Once I decided to give him the job, he sent one of his guys out to do a hard measure. The glass was ready when he said it would be. The installer was extremely nice and professional, cleaned up after himself (even fetched a bee out of my house for me). And because this was a replacement to a wood framed window, they took extreme care not to damage the frame itself which was a possibility, nor do I really even have to touch up the paint on the frame. Pretty impressive. I'd use again and wouldn't hesitate to refer! Thanks Dennis & Team!
