Description of Work: Installing new windows. I wasn't happy at all with the finish. Looking at the windows from outside, it really looks unprofessional. It was a really sloppy finishing job. No effort was put into the caulking job. I am just not happy to pay that type of money to have such a neglected and sloppy finish job.

Description of Work: Replaced glass in 4 windows. There was a problem getting one window but they installed it quickly once it was reordered. They were fast installing them and installers were friendly.

Description of Work: They replaced 5 windows during the process they kept me informed so I could keep tenants aware of the work. The work was great the crew was curious and professional. They needed to do so some follow up on the screens which they took care of promptly.

Description of Work: Jason replaced a double pane window that had failed, also fixed some dry rot. I liked that he could do it all. Some companies have someone else fix the dry rot, which requires additional coordination. He did an excellent job and really seems to be an expert in the field. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or refer this company to neighbors, which I have already done.

Description of Work: We had a total of 5 windows installed on two occasions. They arrived on time, finished more quickly than estimated, cleaned area well when done, were professional and courteous and very flexible with scheduling. We plan to replace 6 more windows over the next year and plan to use King County Windows every time!

Description of Work: Two men showed up on time on a Saturday and immediately went to work on 5 windows, plus a large sliding glass door, and a very large picture window. These were all original windows from 1969. They were very careful to not damage anything and they cleaned up the messes they made. We were so impressed that we asked for a quote for more work.

Description of Work: We contacted King County Window & Glass to have them come out and provide a quote for providing and installing new shower glass walls and doors. They were to come out on Friday to meet with us and take measurements for quote. The gentleman said that he should be able to be there after 3pm. He then called at 3pm and canceled, offering no other appointments. My husband mentioned to him that it wasn't very nice to call the time of appt and cancel. The gentleman learned that we were obtaining quotes from multiple companies and then rudely said "Well, if you have other companies lined up, you don't need us!" and hung up. Very unprofessional all the way around. Needless to say, we will not be using them nor will we recommend them to anyone.

Our new windows look great. We will continue to use King County Windows as we work on replacing the rest of the windows in our home.
