Terrible work.. Not level, cracking, color didn't match and sloppy prep (concrete spray on house). Had to have patio removed and currently working to have it redone. On day of pour, Julian quit working at 6PM left work site without finishing job. Came back next morning and attempted to throw concrete mix with color over the top of patio. Months later patio was pulled out and attempts were repeatedly made to have it repoured. Now going with another contractor.

It was a horrible experiene.
Description of Work: Worst company ever. The woman who answered the phone (probably the owner) is an S.O.B. I have never seen such poor people relations then ever. Her customer service skills were ill mannered. They had an appointment set with me and never called to tell me they were late. They never showed up. She states her company has been around for 20 years and feels I am not worth their effort. Have they become arrogant as a company? I believe so. Quite frankly I recommend anyone reading this to not hire them. They obviously don't care about the customer. It was obvious she wanted me to kiss her a** in order for her to work for me. Wow! What a reverse attitude for a business.

JVM declined to do this woman's work because she was so nasty. Had us come out several times changing details to the job and being verbally abusive so I decided to pass on this job. She did tell my wife she was going to post wherever she could negative reviews about JVM. After reading her review it is quite clear that JVM made the right choice. After 30 years in business we have massive customers who refer JVM over and over again and we can supply many references. Thank you!
