Description of Work: Picked up an outdated TV hutch and removed form premise. I made the initial call and was told I would be called back within 1/2 hour. Phoned before that and told me the time they would arrive. They were here 5 minutes earlier than what I was told and took just minutes to complete the call. This is the 2nd time I have used this company and will use again in the future.

+ -1 moreReview 2 I thought we had come to agreement in keeping with the contract, but they changed the fee structure and did not communicate that until asking for payment. I did expect to pay extra for some items, but felt they inflated the price because they significantly underbid the job. I was quite disappointed that they did not finish either part of the job and I had to hire another company to finish. As to quality - my handyman and others picked up the surface junk they ignored on the first day. I am changing my rating from 'B' to 'D'. Communication: 'F'. Review 1 They did the first half of trash removal and will be coming out to finish in the near future. They initially over charged me, however, we have resolved the issue and everthing is working out fine currently.
Description of Work: They came out to clean up outdoor trash from a junked house that I purchase. This a really big job that was split between two days, different weeks.
