Insight Pest Solutions

This is my first time in my lifetime leaving such a negative review to a customer service! I use Angie's list for all of my house works from the top roof to the down crawl space and this is the worst experience! I called the office as a new customer and they transferred me to a technician guy to identify my pest control needs. The communicated was good and he scheduled me for the next day. But he recommended me pay directly to the company by giving my credit card info to them over the phone. I recalled that there was customer review mentioned he was charged for a re-do service which supposed to be free until he dispute the invoice with the company. So I was careful and insisted to buy the coupon on Angie's list. I'm glad I did! They didn't show up on the next day. I called back to office and was told I was not on their calendar. When I requested to speak to the technician I talked to the day before, the office lady refused to get me connected and told me that the technician is from another company! What?! But I've always been very easy going and accepted their reschedule to the same Friday. They didn't show up again on Friday! I called back. They said my schedule would be on next Friday. I'm sure I was scheduled on this Friday not the next! Also, I told her that this is the second time I'm calling because of their no show up on my appointments. She just hung up the phone and never called back. Not a responsive company at all! I'm just glad I didn't pay directly to them! Folks, be careful with this company.

Excellent! The person was on time, explained everything that is going to happen and when he was finished, he described the work that was done and his observations.

The contractor was very professional, friendly, efficient, and completed the job to our satisfaction. We will certainly call him next time we need our house treated for wasps.

I saw the Angies List coupons for $99 (more recently posted) and $225 which are listed with the same details. I called the company and mentioned I wanted to purchase the $99 special but I was calling to check what the difference is in service since the service description was the same but price was different. The phone operator transferred me to a specialist. He mentioned that the $225 deal is the initial service fee, and the $99 deal is the quarterly ongoing service with a 12 month agreement. To the seller: Might be wise to include these critical details so your customers don't waste their time on bogus and inaccurate services and descriptions. To the buyer: Don't bother with this service as they are not clear with their description and you might feel duped by this so called deal.

Great. The crew showed up when promised and removed all nests. Very pleased with their service.

It went extremely well. The tech was punctual, polite, provided great customer service and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable price.

I called on an Angie's special for a preventative wasp and hornets spray. After talking with Tony, the tech, and knowing that we had a couple other minor issues I upgraded to their one year full service because the price was very reasonable. Tony was very considerate and friendly.

Shawn was prompt in arriving as scheduled. He is professional and personable. He did a thorough work and an excellent job. If needed, I'll contact them again with no hesitation.

They did a perfect job. I had a question about something they did and they sent out a guy the next day to go back under my crawlspace. They're very responsive and I'd absolutely use them again.

Purchased the $99 deal through Angie's list. They set up an appointment on a particular date without giving any consideration to the preferable dates that I had mentioned when I purchased the deal. The operator said that they did not receive my preferences from Angie's list. Anyways, the person came and sprayed the insecticide. Within two weeks time, I again started seeing lots of spiders on the outside perimeter of our house. Called them again and they said they will send someone to spray it again. The person couldn't make it for the appointment as he was stuck in traffic and wanted us to call office and reschedule. We rescheduled. On this Thursday a person came and sprayed it again and I hope he has done a better job. We were hoping that everything has been now taken care of but today we saw an invoice from Insight Pest in our mailbox and it said $108 is due. I called up their office and they said it might have been sent by mistake and so we just ignore it. I know they might not be so bad, but our experience has not been very good with them. If something needs so much followup why to go with them.

They arrived ahead of schedule and did the work, called to let me know what they had done, what they had used and what to expect as a result. The following week the ants went crazy and they came back twice in one day to treat specific areas, they are great!

Service was excellent! Tony Wells was the provider and he was on time, polite, and informative. He informed me what he would be doing inside and outside of the house before he began treating the area. I live in a wooded area with nature and a park directly behind my home. Because of that, Tony also suggested a quarterly rhythm which would also cover spraying the front and back yards, at the existing price of $99 and that he would add the additional coverage during our existing appointment for no additional charge. Works for me to keep the crawlers at bay. Tony was great! He even cleaned up a couple of dead bugs which had made their way in through the garage.

Scott Folk with "insight pest solutions" will be our go-to guy and go-to company for pest solutions. Scott immediately became a warm and welcome part of our family. He has a great sense of humor. He made friends with our cat and our neighbor's dog. He was professional and detailed and patient and offered us "insight" into the natural world of rodents and insects. Scott was thorough, beginning with the "nickel tour" of our home and property and then assessing our needs, laying out his plans and providing an explanation of everything he would be doing. Scott sprayed for spiders (our biggest issue) and earwigs and ants and other insects. He educated us about where insects like to live. He checked our a-frame cubbies for rodents and insects and set both sticky traps and bait stations. He educated us about which rodents are in the area and the tell tail signs that they may be around. He educated us about where to set bait stations for the best control. Also, and this is important, he explained to us how to humanely kill a live rodent stuck on a trap. He advised us when and where to check traps. He encouraged us to call him with ANY and ALL questions and issues and left a card with both the office number and his cell phone number. I contacted "insight pest solutions" yesterday through Angie's List. Insight responded within hours and was here today. Holly at the office was great about scheduling around an appointment I had. The office called to say Scott could come a bit earlier if we wanted him to and that worked great for us. Their vehicle is clearly marked "insight pest solutions." Scott knows his business. He alerted and informed us about pest issues we would not have known to look for or ask about. Based on the experience we had, we would both recommend not only the company but also Scott Folk. They always do a great job, and they're wonderful about coming back if I have any issues. I would recommend them to anyone.

Tony Wells was very friendly and nice to work with. He carefully applied interior and exterior pest control and also explained what he did. When I asked him about wasp nests he also went the extra mile to spray wasp control powders at various locations of my house. Overall very satisfied experience and highly recommended.

called prior to arrival so I knew Mike H. was coming, let me know the time frame- cleaned spider webs ect around the property. sprayed for ants- spiders- let me know when he was finished. very polite. this is the 4the time that this company has treated the property and they are always very good.

When I purchased a coupon, I was given the chance to state 3 preferred dates and times. I never heard from them. I called yesterday and left a message asking them to call me today. They didn't call.

We are very pleased with them. We got a one year package. They were here about two months ago and that was the third time they were here. We have not found any spiders or crickets in the house. They use a perennial spray.

Mike Hurst, the technician, came when expected. He has been here before and has always been prompt, courteous, responsive to my questions and professional. We switched to Insight Pest Solutions last spring, and I am satisfied. I would recommend them. In addition to the professional pest control service provided by the technician, I like that they telephone and e-mail a few days in advance of when service is scheduled so I can plan to be home or reschedule.

It didn't solve the problem. I just have my doubts whether they did a good job or not. The price was okay. I would probably not use them again in the future.

Received my initial treatment yesterday. Brady, the Insight Tech, showed up at the beginning of his arrival window and jumped right in. He asked about the reason(s) behind the call, what my observations were, if I had any questions, then he got down to work, letting me know what he was doing prior to doing it. I appreciated his demeanor calm, professional, & ready to work.

He was there for approx 15 min, and did the exterior of our home.
