Description of Work: an affiliated company ( probably the master franchise) tried to hard sell me on a yearly contract right from the get go. Didn't seem to me to be a reputable way to do business since all I wanted to do was ' test the water ' to see what kind of job they did on their introductory visit.

Description of Work: They arrived within the specified time frame, checked in with me and then reviewed the outside of my home. They pointed out an area where a piece of wood has become soft and most likely filled with carpenter ants and recommended that wood be replaced. Then, they proceeded to spray all around the outside of the house as well as the light pole at the end of the driveway which had carpenter ants as well. We were so pleased with the service, we agreed to have them return on a quarterly basis until we are positive our pest problems are gone. The die-off of carpenter ants in the area of the rotting wood has been absolutely amazing. My husband had sprayed some stuff last year, but it must not have been very effective because the die-off then was nothing compared to now. So happy to have this pest problem controlled.

Description of Work: Insight Pest Solutions came out and did a preventative treatment on both the inside and outside of a house which I am rehabbing. Their technician, Scott, was one of the most pleasant, not to mention hysterically funny, people we've ever hired for a service. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Description of Work: Preventative treatment. A residue was left on floors that stained the bathroom, the carpet, baseboards. The day after treatment was performed, ants showed up, despite never having them in the first the place. I would no recommend them.
