Description of Work: I can't really attest to effectiveness of the extermination, because I had them come out mostly as a precautionary measure because we had just bought a new house that had sat empty for a couple of months. There were very few buggies inside for the months afterwards, but I don't know what it was like before the service. What I want to comment on is their excellent customer service. In all the confusion with the new house and a new account on Angie's list, I had set up my account with my contact info as our old apartment, and I didn't realize that's what the company would use as the service address. So, the technician arrived at the apartment while I was waiting at the house. He called as soon as he was there, and once I explained it was the wrong address, he very kindly made sure it was alright with his management, and drove out to Snohomish from Kirkland to complete the service at the house. Another hiccup occurred when he found that the "inside" spray nozzle wasn't working, and he had to figure out how to make the "outside" nozzle work inside without spraying too much solution all over. He handled all of this with a smile and positive attitude, so it was really a pleasure to work with this company, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: The came out to remove wasp nests and to treat with a powder to inhibit nest building. The service was successful, the employees were prompt, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Fantastic job. I gave them a B on punctuality because though they were on time the first appointment, on a follow-up appointment it seemed that they were communicating that they would be there at 11:30, though there was a quickly muttered reference to 11-1. They showed up at 1pm on the dot. So...TECHNICALLY they were not late I suppose, but did not communicate the expected time appropriately. Otherwise, it has been great. Bugs are all gone (especially the spiders!) and because I signed up for the quarterly service going forward they came out and did a respray when I started noticing a few spiders showing up again. They are very knowledgeable and thorough and go above and beyond in customer service, even spraying our shed. Highly recommend.
