I'm on a regular schedule. I have a contract, it's for one year.They go around my house and clean out their stuff and they check entry levels for possible pests. They're good for coming back out when you're not satisfied.

It was a good experience. We ended up going with a different provider because they offered us a better deal in the end and they were treating all of our neighbors. It was fine. They did okay. We had a year long subscription with them, so they came out and did several times. I think, in the end, the cost is why we went with someone else. As far as the quality of their service, yeah I'd use them again. If the current option I have right now went away I'd probably go back to Insight.

I am able to call them back out free of charge of I happen to see any activity after fourteen days and they will come and retreat. Which I did and the sent me a man name MIKE HURST who was punctual polite and friendly. Did his job and made sure I didn't need anything else done before he left. Great guy. I will request him if I need service handled again

It went very well. They came out and sprayed every area on the exterior. Came in the house and looked at our concerns. Sprayed at the baseboard heaters, the base of the fireplace, the windows, any possible entry points. Very quick response. They were out here on time, did their work in less than an hour, and were very good.

So unreliable! They make appointments and then just don't show up. They seem to always have excuses (mostly about flat tires) for not showing up and not calling to notify me they'll be coming.

Good job by tech will company call back if I have spiders or ants after this spray.

They come quarterly. What they do works. We had a problem with wasp on our deck. They came and we don;t have the problem anymore. We had ants in the house, and they came. We don't have problems with the ants anymore. What they do works. Its kind of like snapping your fingers at the elephants.

Treatment was applied once every quarter. Overall, satisfied with the service. Their service person arrived on time and appeared friendly.

They showed up one morning without having received our confirmation call. A total surprise, so it was good we just happened to be home.

they were great! very nice - and I had purchased this on a coupon deal. they explained that these are the hardest ones to get rid of because of all the trails they make - Possibly they would need to come back. They guarantee their work and sadly, they needed to come back but the ants were less then they were the first time. They explained that these types of ants come in due to the weather.

It worked, Insight came back two weeks after they set the traps and caught four mice. They reset the traps and again came back in two weeks. They were empty and the mice were gone.

I purchased the deal and was contacted the same day to schedule service. They said they had an opening on the same day so went ahead and scheduled right away. Technician was very friendly and efficient in getting the work done and answered all my questions prior to beginning treatment. Although he arrived late, he was very apologetic so I can understand that things happen sometimes. House was a bit of a disaster since I didn't have a chance to pickup much due to same day service, but he was very nice about side stepping all the toys and made sure to not spray any of the kids things (even though they do state that the stuff is safe for humans). Too early to tell if it's been effective, but haven't noticed any spiders in the last few days.

They have you sign up for quarterly or monthly service and reservices are free.

The technician (Joe) checked for activity around the perimeter of the house, the upper and lower crawlspaces, the shed, and the yard. He sprayed and dewebbed, checked and refilled the bait stations and emptied the traps. He is always professional and thorough. We appreciate that he always brings a ladder and covers his shoes when he enters the house.

Very thorough inspection. Jakobe went under the house into the craw space and even crawled around in my attic. He was shocked that a house built in the 1950's showed absolutely no sign of any kind of rodent activity. I was concerned there might be due to the bird feeders I have in both my front and back yards, but apparently my house is a fortress.

I had them come out, and they sprayed. After 2 weeks there were ants. I paid $99. and cancelled the quarterly service. Almost 2 years later I get a call that I owed them $100. for early termination fee and it was going to be sent to collection. No call prior to this, no mail saying I owed them anything. Please be careful dealing with this company. I had no idea that I had to have quarterly service or pay additional $100.

It was great. They did a great job. I did not have to pay any extra than the Big Deal price.

If you tell them what you want exactly and make them do that, then they are fine. Otherwise, they just do a minimal amount. They charge my card $104 every 3 months. Then they come out whenever I need them to and then they come out quarterly and do things. When you tell them what to do, they do it and that takes care of the problem. Their pricing is about the same as everybody else. As long as you communicate with them and tell them what you want, they do good work. If you let them come out and do their regular quarterly maintenance, that?s pretty minimal. They are very responsive. They were usually here within an hour of the time they tell you they will be. Usually they call and usually they call if they are going to be late. I use them every quarterly. The aspect that was the best is getting rid of the sugar ants. They are there within a week. They are usually here for 10 to 15 minutes. It?s fine. They are pretty fast, all they have to do is come in and spray here and there. They have this powder, you know how you get spiders around your house, in the eaves of your house and stuff. That is one of the things they say they do quarterly, but unless you ask them to get up and powder around the eaves, ?that?s the first time they do it. I haven?t seen them get the ladder out and do that. They just do things here and there. You have to actually tell them. I would tell others to make sure and tell them exactly what you want done. Make sure you are home so they can get into your backyard and in your house if they need to. So far, they have done pretty good.
