Scott is a delight! What a welcomed smile and wit to start my day. Scott was here to check the bait box under my barn. It was empty and he refilled it and assured me that he would be back to check on it. He checked around for dead things and didn't find anything that might freak me out. Insight has been wonderful to work with. I have had several problems over the past year and they have been here as often as necessary to solve my issues. I could not ask for a better company. You would do yourself a disservice to hire anyone other than Insight.

Appointment made with ease, tech on time, very professional. Apparently, this service included seeding the entire yard with pellets to kill spiders and stuff - I did not do this as I need them to eat bad bugs. However I did have them spray the perimeter of the house for small black ants that have been impossible to get rid of by any other means. One treatment seemed to work for me :)

Matt Hawes showed up on time. He explained everything that he would do and why. He was very proficient and professional!

Matt Hawes and his Assistant were very instructive and informational about all concerns regarding pests and potential for certain pests and likelihood/trends. They performed their duties in a friendly manner and went out of their way to help including discussing the dryer vent and how best to vent it without problem. They also threw in a couple mouse traps for crawl space and another box trap for greenhouse. I was very impressed. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Technician arrived on time, thoroughly discussed what was going to be done, walked around the house to show points of pest entry. Tech was very knowledgeable, professional, yet personable. He was very effiecient and took care not to step on any plants. When complete, we discussed all he had done this visit and what would be done in the future.

Matt Hawes was my technician and he was very punctual and professional. He first asked for my concerns and then explained the process, afterwards he proceeded to spray and dust for insects. He did an outstanding job, and I would gladly recommend their service.

Joe was very polite, conscientious, and thorough, and kindly explained the process. Also very neat and tidy.

Excellent service. Came back to the house a second time when we found more ants (at no charge) and said to contact them again if we continue to see the ants. They will return at no charge until all bugs gone. Yeah! Were a little late the second time, but apologized (due to previous job taking extra time). No problem. Like to see a business that spends a little extra time with the customer.

Everything went smoothly. They explained what they were doing as they went along.

Tech Joe Barlow was very professional. the job was done quickly. he explained everything as he went. I will use Insight and tech Joe Barlow again.

Wasps were buzzing in walls but could not be found. Insight went into attic on the 21st of August, but still could not find them. I waited two days and the noise only got louder. I called Insight and they said they would send someone out to respray around 3PM. At around 5:45PM I left a voice message to the effect that I had been expecting one of their Reps to show between 3 and 5 PM so that they could hear the buzzing of the wasps, yellow jackets, or ??? that have taken up residence in our walls. No one showed. Nor did they telephone to alert us that they would be late. They were not honoring the contract and I verbally stated that I was exercising the cancellation part of the contract. Around 6:05 PM one of the Reps who had been here on Thursday, the 21st, showed. He gave an excuse that he was spraying two big houses and this took him more time than scheduled. This I would not have minded if he had called before hand to let us know he was coming but would be late. I told him I had called Insight and cancelled the contract. He still wanted to spray and he did so after he saw a wasp land on the roof. However he did not use a ladder to spray where the gutter meets the roof. If he would have made an effort to go up and physically check, I would have continued the contract. This followup was not handled in a very professional manner and I choose to exercise my option to cancel this contract within the 3 day business window. I got a call form Insight's receptionist trying to get me to continue. I stated my reasons and she got very offended and stated that I would have to pay a rather substantial cancellation fee. I told her not to even try that. Insight's contract states that there is a 3 day window to cancel. I was within that window and Insight had better not attempt to charge me a cancellation fee. I kept all paperwork, notes and correspondence to remind me should they try anything in the future.

I could not be more pleased with this company! I was hesitant at first (door to door sales) but that pause for concern was quickly eliminated the first time the men came out to spray and peruse my problems. They were excellent! After doing a bit of remodeling, an ant colony must have been unearthed because out they came again. One call to Insight and they sent Jorge right out to spray again. This time I allowed him to spray my interior. After two weeks, still had ants - called again- out comes Jorge. He went into my crawl space to check it out and to see if he could find where these critters were coming from. He thoroughly sprayed inside and out again. Jorge then tells me that to not hesitate calling if I am still having problems. Insight has sent someone out every two weeks for 6 weeks so far. This is all at not extra charge. WHO DOES THIS???? Please do not hesitate hiring this company. Every person, Holly, Brad, and Jorge are pleasant, courteous, helpful, professional, and responsive. I am happy they are on my team.

This was my third service with the company. They had been out twice previously providing their regular service which was always fantastic. This was a call back because of ants that showed up in one area and there was no charge. They were equally responsive, punctual and professional on this free visit as they were on their paid visits. I really can't say enough good things about these folks. Every contact with every person every time has been an A+. I am critical and nit picky and have no suggestions for improvement. Communication is the best. I get calls and emails regularly and even a handwritten card once. A follow-up email is sent before they make it to their next service. The service is great. Right on time, great products, respectful of my property, and listens to my concerns. The products they use all seem to be top quality professional products. I have purchased some online in the past. They are not available at the home hardware store and they are expensive. Again, can't think of ways to improve.

They provide service every three months and only come when we are home. They provide excellent service, but they’re not consistent in regards to their follow-up. I often have to call to make the appointments myself.

An Insight employee named Brad visited my house while canvasing the neighborhood. I had been battling odorous ants with some success after spending countless hours researching a trying different hardware store and professional products available only online. Brad was very knowledgeable, honest and the price seemed very good. I had spent much more trying to do it myself and my wife was upset that our toddler found spiders coming in as the weather became colder to make a nice snack. I signed a contract for four visits (with a satisfaction guarantee). Matt arrived to perform the service during the scheduled two hour window. He had a nice video introduction on an iPad. He then asked about concerns and addressed questions. Then told me his plan and what I could expect. There were no add-ons or upsells even when I mentioned the mole, an external structure or problems around a exterior pool. Everything was included. Matt gathered his equipment and I escorted him on the interior portion pointing our areas of concern. It was very clean and he used booties. Then I left him to work outside. I did not feel the need to watch as he seemed very thorough. Leaving him to perform the service everything was detailed on an invoice that was printed before he left. I also received an introductory email from Matt first thing in the morning of the fist business day after talking to Brad. Then an emailed copy of the invoice arrived shortly after the service. All contacts with Insight included phone numbers and names should I have any questions. The contact information was for Brad and Matt, not some stranger at on a 800 Customer No Service line. Very happy, Very professional, can't think of any improvements. We will see if the bugs are gone, but with the research I previously did in my battle with the ants, the expensive quality products they used and their professionalism, I am completely confident we will be pest free.

Two very nice men, Jorge and Jonathan came to my home to perform the services I ordered. They were punctual, courteous and thorough. These employees are an asset to their company and I would highly recommend.

Matt the technician arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and courteous. Worked around our schedule (Friday at 6 PM). He understood our need to protect our pets and plants. He gave us a detailed invoice.

He was on time and informative. Did everything quoted. Let us know what he did and what we needed to watch for.
