The provider, Matt, seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Also talked about some other problems we were having and gave us a reasonable estimate for quarterly service. I would use them again.

Steve from Insight Pest Solutions canvassed our neighborhood on Friday evening, looking for potential customers for the weekend while his team was in the area. He was offering a discount if we signed up for a 1 year agreement for quarterly service - over one year, we'll pay $436 plus tax. His timing couldn't have been better. My West Seattle neighborhood has seen a recent influx of rats in addition to the usual house-ant parade that comes in the summer. West Seattle is one giant ant hill. And my husband and I have seen more rats in the nearby park than ever before, which is probably where the rats go for water. Our dog has been digging and barking at our shed and raised beds for the last two weeks, so we know we've got something living back there. Anyway, while my husband chatted Steve up, I checked Angie's list to see if the company was legit. We signed up for quarterly service for the next year. Brady showed up on time the next day. He sprayed insecticide around the perimeter of our house, shed, and raised garden boxes, put rat poison baits near the shed and house, and swept the eaves for spider webs, wasps, etc. He checked the crawl space for signs of rats and pests (thankfully finding no sign that rats made it in there). A job well done, and quite convenient, timely, and fairly inexpensive considering I barely lifted a finger. Thanks guys, we'll see you in a few months.

I first contacted Insight because of their listing on Angie's List. After having Matt & Bradley at my home, I can see why "Angie" has recommended this company. Although they are new to this area, they are very educated on what our needs are here in the Pacific Northwest. I really appreciated the 2 hour window for service instead of waiting around all day for someone to show up. I did sign up for the 3 month return service for this next year. The price seemed reasonable - especially considering the peace of mind I will have knowing that if there is any evidence of the pests, that they will come and take care of it, instead of me mounting a continued battle! My main issue has been with ants. However, it's comforting to know that those occasional mice/rat, yellow jackets, etc. will be taken care of as well. I'm looking forward to an incredible pest free year!!

Haven't seen the ants or the wasps, however weather has been cooler. After almost two weeks after treatment, still see the a spiders in the house, the treatment seemed to stir up the spiders and bring them out the first few days, it has tapered off however I have still seen several in the bedrooms the last few days.

Matt arrived on time, explained his procedures, then set to work. When finished outside, he walked me around the yard to explain what he'd observed and what he'd done. He then came inside and sprayed under all sinks and in the laundry room.

Scott Folk is the representative that applied the treatment. He was fantastic ... he took care of all of the nests and also gave me some other good advice about additional issues that he saw while applying the treatment. I'll be signing up for regular quarterly maintenance with Insight Pest Solutions because of the great work that Scott did today.

I had my first visit from Insight Pest Solutions last week. Matt was right on time, very professional and thorough. The spiders this year are unusually bad with webs all around my house. Matt did a great job of de-webbing all around the house including the eves. There wasn't one web in sight when he was done! He also filled my rat bait stations which is a task I dread. He explained their yearly program without any sales pressure. I signed up for the service as it's one of the most reasonable around. Not only that, my yard will be much more enjoyable now without having to run around with a can of Raid while dodging spider webs! Thanks Matt!

The technician, Scott, did a great job. He was very professional and friendly. He treated the exterior by spraying and dusting for carpenter ants, spiders, etc. The lateness was no big deal. He called ahead of time and said he had an unexpected meeting. Since he was coming from Federal Way there was a lot of traffic at 9:00 am. Scott also advised me that my dryer vent needed cleaning which I appreciated!.

Scott was very punctual, explained what he was doing before he did it, and was very professional all along the way. He had a great attitude the entire time which was great. He was also not pushy to sign up for the routine maintenance which I appreciated. Will definitely have to consider these guys for future work. Thanks Scott.

Scott did a great job! He performed a thorough inspection around the perimeter and not only performed the spraying and web removal, but he also located and removed a wasp's nest I wasn't aware we had. I am very pleased, and will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

When I called with my concern, the receptionist was very efficient and courteous. A time to come out was scheduled immediately Scot was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and did extra spray at no additional charge. Very reliable and effulgence service!

These guys were fantastic. On time, friendly, professional. I had an ant problem which I'd tried to tread myself with little luck (small black sugar ants). It has been over a week since the performed the treatment.....and....there is not an ant to be seen. Bravo, I'm very impressed and would highly recommend them!

I've engaged this company for the past year for quarterly treatments. What impresses me is after a service if I notice something like a new pest or a place I want more coverage they come right out and re-treat for no charge...they treat for rodents bugs spiders ant and almost everything that creeps and crawls. The technician was nice and very concerned about my health when I reacted to the strong smell of the product he used in the basement. He told me that he would refund the price of the treatment because he did not treat the outside or inside, except for the basement, which I reacted to the product being used. I told him that if I was still having trouble breathing, that I would call him in a day or so. He left me his cell phone number. The company Insight Pest Solution received the message that I was sensitive to any chemicals. The technician showed me the eco friendly products, but I did not realize it was causing breathing difficulties for me after he applied it in the basement. When I smelled the product in the basement which the technician showed how it would be applied, I told him the smell was too strong and it was affecting my breathing. He stopped and did not apply any granules or treated the outside or inside from that point on. He was really concerned about my welfare and said he would look into refunding my money back. Since I did not receive the full treatment of what service was, I would like a refund of part of all of my money. Sincerely, Karen Nordeng

They showed up very close to the start of the estimated time window. Scott was very pleasant and efficient.

Scott Folk was fantastic! He was very communicative about the process to get rid of the sugar ants. The detail was very helpful to understand the problem and the solution. We walked all through the house and discussed all the places they were present. The entire time he was here, Scott went above and beyond with the treatment and the explanations of what he was doing. I have two cats, and Scott explained that the treatments would not be of concern. I learned that he also has a tuxedo cat, Scratchy!! Scott signed me up for quarterly treatments to prevent future problems, which I am pleased to have done. I will be sure to request Scott for each future treatment!!

Matthew was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything he would be doing and answered my questions when asked. I was stuck with a wasp nest on my deck near our favorite sitting area and wasn't sure what to do. Matthew from Insight Pest Solutions took care of it without any problems. I was very relieved and will call on them again for services.
