The technician who came out was super nice. He did the house. He was very personable. When I walked around with him, it was fine. I had questions and stuff and he explained that he wasn't doing it for very long and so he didn't really know a whole lot. That was disappointing. A week or two afterwards, the ants came back. The main reason we wanted the treatment was because we were having issues with ants inside our kitchen. So, the ants came back. I called the company and they said that that is the reason why they recommend monthly treatments or every three months or something to that effect. That was disappointing that we had the treatment but it didn't seem to help the issue that we were wanting it to address. I can totally understand that in order to totally eliminate it we need to have multiple treatments. But, I thought that maybe, one treatment, could at least address the issue. He just didn't seem knowledgeable.

It was okay. We didn't pay anything extra. We still have spiders and bugs in the house. I hardly spoke with them. When they said they were going to spray, I said it was fine and they carried on with their work.

Great job noticeable improvement in insects/spiders in house and property after treatment

Provider came out to remove paper wasp nests under our back deck awning. He was very polite and punctual. He removed the nests and sprayed around the perimeter of the house. Some of the white residue from the spray got on our deck but he sprayed most of it off, although some of it wouldn't come off the grains of the deck so we had some white dusty splotches on the deck. There was a mass of wasps still hanging around near the nest but I was told they would eventually disperse since they had no where to go as the nests were gone. The next day, the mass of wasps were still there. We called the company and were told if they were still there in a day or two to call them back and respray. The next day the mass was still there. We could see some new nest cones under the mass; they were building a new nest only a foot away from the old nests. I called the company but didn't get anyone and left a message. Unfortunately I did not get any response to my follow-up call. We had company coming over the next day and I had to get the wasps taken care of. I ended up spraying them myself that night with some spray I got from home depot. Overall company was professional and courteous but I wish they had been more responsive via phone. Also the initial treatment obviously did not work.

September, October, November, December.......Ant Free!!

This was a $75 big deal purchase. We did not notice any difference in our bugs. They were still all there, but we did not call them to come back. I don't believe they did the garage and that was supposed to be included. The price was fine.

The technician arrived promptly and worked efficiently. I was there in place of my daughter and did not have access to the garage and the technician provided all of the information my daughter needed to be able to schedule a return trip to spray the garage at no additional cost.

Matt arrived spot on time, and was warm, professional and very helpful. He explained all the critters that were addressed by the spraying they do (pretty much everything except a couple exceptions we don't have problems with), and what they could do in the future if we had a recurrence of sugar ants (like we did last summer). He graciously took care of everything we needed, including two suspended decks, then finished up around the exterior house perimeter. We didn't need interior services at this time, but they are available. Afterwards, he came to the door to let us know what he saw while spraying, and what he did -- and what we could do in the future-- to address the problem areas. Matt was the perfect professional, and represents Insight Pest Solutions well. We signed up for the annual program as a result of our experience with him and what the company offers.

WONDERFUL! These guys are professional, reasonable and they did a tremendous job. Technician was very professional and polite. Isaac is welcome to return and they will as we signed a year contract with them at this amazing rate. Really glad we called them out.

I was able to schedule the appointment quickly over the phone. Jakobe arrived on time and listened to our concerns and provided service both inside and outside our home. He was friendly and careful around our dogs and other pets and explained how we can help keep sugar ants at bay. We're looking forward to receiving service quarterly now.

Isaac was on time and got right to work spraying around the outside and inside location for spiders. He was professional. I'd use this company again.

The service technician, Jakobe Swenson, showed up at the scheduled time and immediately went to work. He was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. It has been over a month since the treatment, and I have had zero problems.

Most ants gone, still had some for the next couple of months.

He was prompt in returning my call, prompt in showing up and did the job professionally and quickly.

Mike came out and performed the quarterly service at my house. Mike is very friendly and helpful and also answers any questions we had. The actual service performed by the Tech is good, but I've had to work with the administrative staff to get better communication on dates and locations of services. They obliged and have promised to be better. Even though they've missed one appointment because they would have been too late in the evening to be at my house, they still get an ?A? for responsiveness for coming out within a couple days for an extra treatment when I found ants near my window. . Any time I find critters, I can call them and they'll come out for no additional fee. I give a "D" on pricing because the $99 quarterly fee is more than I would pay if I bought a $59 Angieslist deal every 3 months from whomever is offering the deal. I may end up going that route eventually, but for now this works. Overall I am satisfied with the service Insight Pest Solutions has provided me.

The appointment went well. The tech was on time, friendly and professional. He let us know what he was going to do and informed us of the products he would be using. Since we have a fish pond water feature, it was important that the products be non-toxic. The tech worked efficiently and when finished he let us know that he had treated all the areas as discussed. He was well prepared to answer our questions. We were very satisfied with the work and have signed up to have treatments every three months as maintenance to avoid any further issue with ants, etc. The service tech, Mike Hurst, represented his company well and let us know that we could feel free to contact the company if there were any concerns in between treatment calls.

Everything went fine. The only thing I remember was they came a bit late. Once they came it was fine. He was thorough about what he did and kind of explained what he was doing throughout the way. He kind of walked with me through the process. If I told him a couple of areas where I felt it needed more solution of chemicals he was willing to put in the extra solution. I would recommend them.

Everything went smoothly, He went around the house spraying and knocking down spiderwebs. Indoors he sprayed a few areas where we've had an abundance of spiders. He encountered a 4" spider in one of the rooms (one of the largest we've ever seen in our house) and promptly disposed of it. He was very thorough.

Jakob's was very polite and professional and told me exactly what he was doing. He has great customer service skills.

They asked questions regarding any needs or problems and did their work efficiently and timely.
