We recently had need for a bathroom remodel due to water damage to the subfloor, and replacement of our wooden front steps and planter boxes which had been rotting and in disrepair for several years. We contacted contractors through Angie’s, and ended up meeting with six prospective candidates. The estimates varied widely, some nearly twice as expensive as others. Of all the contractors we met with, Ismael Pozos of H&S Multiservices was the only one to provide a detailed, written estimate outlining exactly what work was included in his bid. The other candidates merely took some measurements and discussed the scope of work, then provided a verbal cost estimate. Additionally, as we were aware of the damage to our subfloor and discussed this with each contractor, Ismael was the only one who went into the crawlspace to get a firsthand look at the scope of the problem. The pricing, written estimate, and extra attention to what was required to fix our issues influenced our decision to move forward with H&S. Ismael was reliable, open to changes as the projects progressed, and a pleasure to work with. Friends and family who have seen our new bathroom and front steps are all very impressed with the quality of work H&S provided. We too are pleased with the finished projects, and will not hesitate to contact Ismael for any anything else requiring a contractor at our residence.

The job went great! They were very professional, kept me well informed on the status and asked questions to make sure they were completing the project as I requested but also in accords to the city's ordinances (no cutting corners). I will definitely hire them again for future projects.

Ismael and his team members went above and beyond to complete my bathroom project. They created a safe and accessible bathroom for my disabled daughter. I highly recommend their services to anyone especially those with special needs to complete any modification in the home.

They are professional, timely mannered and excellent. Owner Ismael had go above and beyond also care for people around onsite for the comfort zone of my child that has sensory loud noises, adjusted his time. That tells you the person representing his company not only for his business interests but balancing it with humanity. Other companies would just focus on $$$ and their time spent specially owners. Overall, work has done way satisfied more than I expect. Strongly Recommended!

Great drywall restoration, texture and painted large areas in conjunction with a plumbing replacement project. Great result, patches appeared seemless.
