Jeff did a very thorough job locating and fixing the problem, and even brought some other issues to my attention that I did not realize.

They did a nice job. They did not damage plaster walls which is not easy. They finished the job in a day although it took them much longer than they thought. They were patient and persistent.

Did an excellent job. Electrician was early and very efficient and helpful.

Great experience, shortly after emailing the company (on a weekend!) I got a return email. We were able to schedule the work to be done less than a week after I initially made contact. They were also very accomodating, working around my schedule to get the work done early in the morning. Randy - the installer - was punctual and professional. He surveyed the area and made recommendations about the best places to put the lights. He was able to install them into existing electrical switches. There was no mess. He saved the light fixture and hardware that he replaced and even remembered to leave me info on which light bulbs to buy as replacements. He showed me how the fixtures worked before he left. I really appreciated their willingness to do the work quickly. We will definitely consider using them again for lighting and other electrical needs.

It was originally hard to connect, but when Randy came, he was on time, polite, cheerful and very efficient. The first lights didn't work, and they came back one day after the replacement was sent. They are all very friendly and cleaned up so well I could hardly tell they were here.

The work was done promptly and completed in 2.5 days. The electricians were professional, friendly, adaptable, and punctual. I was given an estimate and work list. Everything was done as described and the charges were exactly as stated. Note: the light switch and outlet replacements along with installation of light fixtures were billed as "time and expenses" for areas outside of the kitchen. The electrician worked very quickly, as he had other jobs to go to. This was all done in less than 3 hours. If I weren't over-budget in other house projects, I would definitely have Fuller back to perform other work.

Randy diagnosed the problem and was able to rewire without any problems. I was happy to see that he was able to do it without having to install outside conduit.

They were in and out within about two hours. They told us when they were coming, and they were here on time. The technician explained what he was doing and was very nice. He even demonstrated how to use the switch. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Paul came over and estimated a kitchen electric upgrade. Their price was competitive, but not the lowest, but I chose Fuller over a few other groups, based on lots of good Angie's List rec's and because I got a good feel from Paul when he visited our home. They did an outstanding job and were very professional, friendly, and punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

I called to make an appt; the receptionist was very friendly. Paul came out to do an estimate, was very nice and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. We accepted the estimate and the work was scheduled for the following week. Paul was here right on time, wasted no time getting to work and completed the work in 6 hrs. We had to have Tacoma Lights come out to sign off on the work and they found several items that, according to them, did not meet the standards and would not sign off on the work. I contacted Fuller Electric, told them about the inspection and they immediately contacted Tacoma Lights. They assured us that they would correct any problems. A few days later, they called and said the items that Tacoma Lights was objecting to had nothing to do with what Paul did, but despite this he would come out and correct the problems. He did the following week and Tacoma Lights came back and approved everything. Fuller Electric went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to work with this company.

You don't always know how it will go when a company you haven't used before has several technicians. Even if an estimator sized up a job (didn't apply here) it all depends on who comes to do the work. And not all electricians like to do this sort of work or have the customer-service attitude. Paul exceeded all expectations. He was prompt, friendly, respectful and courteous. Plus he figured out quickly where the intermittent short was. My elderly mother was extremely pleased and grateful and wanted the company to know that. Paul wasn't even bothered with all of my questions while he worked. He represents Fuller well. I'll definitely call back for future work.

Paul arrived on time, was professional and to the point. He cleaned up after himself and removed used equipment and returned the room to it's previous state. He also explained why there was an issue with a previously installed thermostat.

He only charged the minimum wen most people try to charge more than what they are suppose to. I would definitely recommend him. He also helped me with other stuff and was very prompt. They were on time. I have no complaints.

I thought that they did great work and that they got the job done in a timely manner. What I liked the most about them was that they organized the inspector's visit for me and everything. I found them on Angie's List.

We got a prompt bid. It was 1,500 less than other bid. When we called to order work it took just 4 days to schedule the work. They did the work on time and it passed the inspection with no problems. Called us back to confirm the work passed inspection. Great to work with!

Technician arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do. He worked quickly assembling and installing two fixtures and moved another fixture to a new location.

Paul was obviously an experienced electrician. He quickly ran some appropriate tests on the power system; asked me a couple of questions. Then he removed a panel from the dishwasher; found a broken connection and Voil ! The appliances are restored to working order.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE TIMELY AND EVEN COMPLETED SOME EXTRA WORK THAT WE HADN'T EVEN THOUGHT OF, THAT WOULD MAKE THE WIRING SET UP BETTER AND EASIER TO USE.
