Amazing! There was lots of communication on what was going to happen, from the estimate to the scheduling to the payment, Everyone was on time. The work was very well done. The guys were all terrific!

Fuller Electric was very professional and promptly responded to any correspondence. We received a written bid within hours of meeting. I did feel like there was a bit of up selling during the bid, and the situation was made out to be worse than it was, with how horribly unsafe our wiring was. Subsequent bids were less dramatic and came in at exactly half the price (even with a few additional add ons).

Fuller was great to work with, if I ever need electrical work I know who to call. Ryan put in a long day and got the job done in one day. Thanks for the great job!

Fuller Electric did a tremendous job of changing my electrical panel. They have been one of the most responsive and responsible companies I have ever dealt with for any kind of service. When I expressed interest in the project, I was contacted immediately. After that, all my contacts with them were incredibly quick and helpful. There are so many companies that are slow to respond that we as a society are numbed to their bad business practices; Fuller Electric restored my faith. Every time I called them, I got an immediate response (from Patti who we mainly dealt with). The work itself, by Joey Devore, was beyond excellent. The panel is in our garage, and on a cold, rainy day like it was when he did his work, the conditions were about as bad as they could be. It did not bother him; he did his work in the timeframe expected, and his work was thorough, neat, professional and effective. Our electrical system works perfectly now. Even the State electrical inspector complimented Joey on the tremendous job he did. A few days after the job, I noticed that there was no obvious generator hookup that was supposed to be part of the job. I contacted Patti at Fuller, and she called back immediately to say that Joey would be at my house within an hour to connect the generator hookup (Fuller Electric is 40 miles away from my house). There had been a communication breakdown that did not enable Joey to know the generator hookup was part of the job. But what a quick and effective response!! I cannot praise Fuller Electric enough for the work they did at my house. I will always use them in the future even though they are located some 40 miles from my house. I would give them the highest recommendation to anyone.

I got bids from 3 electricians on Angie's List and chose Fuller because of their reviews, what I thought was a fair price, and because I liked Patty. After receiving Patty's original bid I emailed her for clarification to verify what needed to be done. My email apparently got lost in space somewhere the first time I sent it and after waiting a few days for her response I called her. Then after resending it she acknowledged receiving it. She rewrote the bid and I called to schedule the work to be done.The electrician (Joey) arrived almost 2 hours late. I thought maybe traffic was really bad but as it turns out my 9 AM appointment was his second job of the day. Joey replaced the outdoor outlet in just a few minutes and then began to look at installing the cabinet lighting strip which he said was what he'd just done in the morning for someone else. We had some trouble shooting to do and after learning that some soldering was necessary he called Patty. When he came back into the house he said that Patty told him if we paid 3 times the price of Patty's original bid he could finish. Then he talked to her again and she said she was pulling him from the job altogether. He had no other work scheduled after me so I know he wasn't in a hurry. My kitchen is all torn up. I have tiling scheduled to be done next week - which I had scheduled to be done after the electrical was done. I can't postpone the tiling because my tile layer is scheduled out till October. Joey walking off the job was going to leave me to try to find someone else before next week (which would be impossible). Patty never called me to communicate with me directly. Apparently Patty was unable to bid the job correctly. Joey was only able to do half the job at $20 under full bid price before he had to leave. My ratings reflect my experience with Fuller Electric not Joey.

Punctual, professional, very reasonable rate. They do have a minimum but that was all clearly spelled out during my first phone call and again, rate seems pretty reasonable for an electrician. They were (luckily) able to make it out that same day which was super convenient.

Came out and removed covers on hot water heater. Discovered the top wire had come out of the nut and that the previous owner had used the wrong wire for the application. He re-attached the wire, new pass through holder on the heater and new nuts. Voila, finished in 45 minutes flat. Gave me great peace of mind. Only downside was on the phone I was told $110/hour and I was billed for 1.5 hours for 45 minutes worth of work. When I asked about this, I was told this was a discount since there is a two hour minimum. This was never expressed to me by Patty Fuller whom I spoke with on the phone. Their shop is only 5 minutes away and he was only there 45 minutes from 12:30-1:15, I was home by 1:30 and liver further away than his shop. So I don't know why I should pay extra. Will use again, however I will get pricing up front, it shouldn't be a surprise in the end! Thanks, Trent

The electrician was so helpful and respectful, not intimidating, and offered many suggestions on how I can take care of these issues on my own.

They did a good job with responding urgently, and it was a somewhat complicated problem. They did the troubleshooting and fixed it quickly, and charged a reasonable fee.

They are a good company and again you want to make sure you have someone to oversee their job to make sure they are putting things where they belong. The owner provided the services and she was real professional.

We payed the extra amount as we did add to the work but thought it was very good customer service for him to offer! FYI- Fuller was the ONLY electrical company, out of 5, to respond to our calls. This alone puts them in high standing with us and the whole experience sealed their reputation for us!

I was very pleased with them. I chose them from Angie's List and at that time I wasn't even a member of Angie's List. Overall experience was very good. They were very professional, on time and everything was handled well. The clean up was very good.

It went better than expected. The electrician was very experienced and agreed to use existing conduit for use of my hot tub on the to place the outlet on the backyard deck in order to provide increased security for the generator. The management agreed to authorize him to do this for an extra $250. I was happy with them goi g the extra mile for me to get what I really wanted.

Ideally, the mark of good customer service is that things go right the first time...but the real test is when something goes wrong. My old little guest house through an unexpected complication into the work, for which I don't blame anyone but the original owner of the property (who made a lot of really unintelligent choices that I am learning about as I go....). Fuller Electric was 100% responsive and professional in resolving the issue and the finished product looks great. Highly recommended.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great.

I have used them multiple times. They have very good service and will go out of their way to get the job done.

When we bought this house we were told that the electrical panel needed replacement due to problems with this manufacturer's circuit breakers. I saw the Angie's List big deal to do this work for $1,000 plus sales tax and bought the big deal. John was the electrician on the job, he showed up about 8:00 AM and checked what materials he needed. John was short a couple items so he called Patty Fuller and she delivered the needed parts while John got started. The job went very smoothly with John answering any questions I had about the work he was doing. Due to the electrical codes we ended up with two large copper cables that are for grounding the electrical system. One cable is inside our garage running to the house main water line, and the other cable is attached to a ground rod that John drilled a hole in our concrete apron and drove the rod into. Both cables are required by code and due to the construction of our house are visible. The entire job took 6 to 7 hours and the power was turned off for approximately half that time. Fuller Electric arranged for the state inspector to check the work the next day. When the inspector looked at who had done the work he said Fuller Electric is a good company. He removed the panel cover and tugged on the load wires then replaced the cover and signed the permit. Overall it was an excellent job at a very good price.

I purchased the deal on 1/25 (a Friday) and within a few hours, they reached out to me to set up an appointment for the installation. They showed up promptly on Tuesday 1/29 at the agreed upon time and completed the install within a couple hours.

Great service and willingness to install to my specifications (brand name and type of materials). The electrician that arrived was courteous and powered through a difficult swap with no help. The end result was a very tidy, well organized panel, and very clean cable runs. We'll certainly trust Fuller for future work.

After the work was completed the City of Federal Way inspector had a couple of details he wanted changed. Fuller came back and took care of the details quickly. Fuller did an excellent job and I am very satisfied.

Brian arrived on time and worked all day. He had some difficulty with the ground rod since our soil is like concrete but returned on another day to complete that. We felt that everything went well from our first contact with Patty Fuller through the final inspection. We would not hesitate to call them again.

Installer was punctual, well presented. Took off his shoes to keep carpet clean. Very friendly and answered all my questions.

Patty was great...she came out to conduct the estimate, asked enough questions to understand my needs, and was prompt in returning the estimate for the job. Appreciate that she offered to write the bid either as an hourly rate, or a project price. Brian (the electrician) was on time and treated my house with respect. His precision work was appreciated in the placement of the new canned light fixtures. Was very pleased with both Patty and Brians responsiveness.

It was a bit of a challenging job, but the Fuller electrician used his skills and his creativity which resulted in a thorough, professional and clean installation, inluding all the grounds now required by City Code. I am very pleased and I certainly feel that I got my money's worth, plus!
