Asked for a quote to install a tesla wall charger. They quoted me at nearly 1k. The going rate at the 5ime was 700 dollars however they were available sooner, so I went with them. Huge mistake. After using it for over a year I lost power to my main breaker. Called them up. Said it would be 250 if it was my fault free if it was there fault. Turns out the installed for a 50 amp charger installed of tesla's required 60 amp breaker. They are telling me its my fault because normal car chargers are 50 amp breakers. Now wont return my call. I would avoid these guys at all costs.

+ -1 moreWe hired First Choice to install our whole house generator about a month ago. They provided excellent service from quote to finish. During the installation phase they also explained how the generator works and answered all questions we had. A few weeks after purchasing our generator we lost power for just over 8 hours. This was our first power loss after buying a generator. Our generator kicked in within a few seconds and worked great the entire time. If you’re thinking of buying a new whole house generator, give First Choice a call. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI regret to pick this company to install my new electrical panel, EV charger and outdoor outlet. When the bid came it came with minimum information and I did not think much of it. My old electrical panel is twice as small but they cut the drywall to fix twice as large electric panel leaving me to fix it. Their employees stepped on my new peony and did not apologize for it even I pointed out. If I ask for information, they would point to the contract. Here are lessons to be learned: Ask for specific model#, if damage is done to your house, who will fix it? Is customer satisfaction absolutely guaranteed? Make sure they spell out details in the contract or good luck with asking later. The problem is the estimator showed up and talk smoothly to you to sign the contract. Then he is not around to supervise the work and hard to question or change anything. When I asked further questions, they were unhappy to answer. E.g. when I asked how to test if my EV charger works or not, he pointed to the blinking charger. Knowing what I know now I would pick someone who is more trustworthy to work with.

From first walkthrough (and a couple of bid rewrites because I changed my mind) to completion, Jeff, Zach, John, Brandon and Jeremy were courteous, efficient, professional and flexible around some atypical sleeping hours. Jeff had great suggestions and he and Zach answered all of my questions, coming up with a good plan that was affordable. John, Brandon and Jeremy did the remodel lighting and electrical for the whole house in two days. They verified everything as they went, asked questions about my preferences during the process, and cleaned up completely. I am delighted with the results!

Ask about residential solar services and installations. We are partnered with Generac and are certified Solar installers certified to install the PWRCell battery back-up system, and are #1 in the state leading with the most installations. We are also a Generac Generator service dealer and certified installer. We are also partnered with Tesla in regards to the Tesla car charger installations. We have many more Solar with battery back-up certifications such as Enphase and LG Chem. Hot tub circuits, Main Breaker panel replacements, entire 200 amp service upgrades, Kitchen and Bathroom remodels as well as any and all lighting remodels. Anything in regards to residential electrical projects we have done before and can take your project on with confidence. We follow all NEC Code requirements as well as and code requirements via the local AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction). All work we estimate that legally requires permitting we obtain the permit with no exceptions. Ours quotes are all inclusive so once quoted (unless you add additional items) quote does not change. We operate with Integrity, Professionalism and Craftsmanship. This is our mission statement and we never deter from these principles.
