Description of Work: The technician showed up on time and efficiently cleaned our carpets. The carpets had several cat vomit stains and looked great after the cleaning. I was a little surprised that I did not get a reminder call for the appointment, but that was not a problem.

I was very happy with the work that was done. They were prompt, and very pleasant. He moved all of the small furniture himself. They were great.

He measured the house for the correct square footage; reviewed the pricing; explained the cleaning process he was using , and made sure he protected the larger pieces of furniture that could not be moved from the room(s). He was professional, courteous, and efficient. The carpet looks like new again!
