Mike and his crew responded to a phone call from me and helped do some PM around my elderly mom's home. I am miles away and could not respond in a timely manner. Mike kept me informed finished quickly and kept the job site clean to my mom's delight. He explained what he was doing in a way she understood it and satisfied her questions and concerns.

We've used Mike and Joe for numerous projects over the years (interior painting, wallpaper removal, exterior painting, gutter cleaning, and even building of our deck). As in the past, Mike's work is outstanding. He's a professional and is anxious to do a outstanding job. I would recommend him to anyone. His prices are fair and his attention to excellence is what any homeowner would expect.

I am a landlord that acquired the property two months ago. Mike came out to see what was wrong and needed fixing. He is the Sherlock Holmes of being able to detect where the problems were that I couldn't see, being a layman. He is a great help to any landlord who wants to make sure the renters are taking care of the property. He noticed rat holes, nests, and dog scratches that I didn't notice at first. He probably has over 30 years experience and this is a great thing as he just knows what to do. He was able to refer me to some people who did outside work, electrical and plumbing. My parents had used his services for 9 years and so he came to me recommended. He handled many things that came up as he was close to the property and I was 90 minutes away. Mike is also very resourceful - able to take what little money I had and make it go farther - fixing lamps that I thought couldn't be fixed, cleaning and shining things up. Finding good deals as Home Depot - Bathroom/sink vanity for $49 and Kitchen counter top for $85. I have a lot of confidence, trust and appreciation for his work. The downside is that he has a hard time giving written bids or estimates when asked for. I do understand that it is hard to bid when the house has so many problems, but I felt like I was like driving in the dark and not knowing if you are going to run out of gas. Was his work incredible and cost effective? A HUGE YES. I think it was. I want to use him for further services, but am going to insist that I have more in writing.

He responded promptly to our inquiry about a free estimat. We scheduled the appointment and he arrived on time. My husband and I had recently perchased the house and the paint on the exterior was in bad shape (bubbling, cracking, and peeling). He felt that there was an underlying issue involving heat, venting, and weather that had contributed to the condition of the paint and siding. Due to the condition of the siding, and the likelyhood that it would bubble again, it was reccommended that we consider adding venting into the attic space to address what he thought was the bigger problem of heat/ venting, before attempting new paint. An estimate of cost for painting was not done.

It has gone excellent. I have used them for 12 years. They are very reliable. Their work is always excellent. They are affordable and honest. I have recommended them to my entire neighborhood.

Excellant!!!!!!!!!!!! He is concerned, cooperative, and tidy.... not to mention a professional in all that he does. We've never been disappointed!
