Description of Work: I purchased a deal from a website and called their message says to schedule online. I schedule the appointment and received a confirmation email and a day of reminder. The tech never showed up. I made several attempts to contact them to find out what was going on and my phone calls and emails were never returned. I was able to get a refund from the deal website. The main source of frustration was that I just purchased a home and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before we moved in. The previous owners had a cat and I have allergies. We scheduled our moving around the carpet cleaning and had even moved stuff just into the garage so we could keep the carpets clear. Them not showing up and not telling me that they did not want to do business with us for whatever reason, caused a lot of stress in an already stressful time. I am amazed that they are so unprofessional as to not even return my messages and explain why the service was never performed.
