I was a former contractor myself and worked in construction for many years so I know a good painter when I see one. A good paint job is about knowing how to prepare each surface to receive the paint. Then also nowadays it's important to have experience with the different coatings currently available. Finally its important have the skills needed to apply the paint (spray, brush, etc) and proceed in a workmanlike manner doing what needs to be done efficiently but without cutting corners. From estimate to finish it is clear that Brush'n'Roll operates with a very high level of professionalism and competence so I recommend this company without reservation.

We hired Brush n Roll to paint the exterior trim of our house and were so impressed by the job they did that we decided to hire them to paint the rest of the house. Working with Jose on estimates, scope of work, and digitally signing the contracts was really easy. Roberto and his crew painted our house—we were so impressed by Roberto’s professionalism and workmanship. He and his crew did a thorough and detailed job of priming and painting the trim and body of the house, but also replacing rotted boards, caulking every seam to help keep water out of the wood, painting downspouts, stairs, and several other walls and railings around the property. They even fixed a loose railing with a simple solution we never thought about. Whenever we had a request or thought about something else we might want to add to the job, they were really flexible about adding it. We were so happy with the job they did. We have worked with so many contractors and companies over the years on our house and Brush and Roll ranks at the very top. It’s hard to find professionals who listen and execute exactly what you are looking for and this company does exactly that. We will certainly be working with them again in the future.

After a high bid from a competing company, the much more reasonable one from Brush N' Roll alone would have had us happy to hire them. Then we met Jose, Anibal and the rest of the crew and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied with the experience. Add in that they were flexible and understanding during Covid/quarantine, and we wish we could give them A+! Jose communicates quickly, clearly and frequently (May weather ended up being tricky), and Anibal and the rest of the crew were SO amazing. We have a 2+ story, 3,400 sq ft house with WONKY gradation for ladder placement, and the crew made it look easy. They also helped remove some things that they didn't have to and worked around the foliage. Our house looks like a new place!

They did a great job of keeping us updated about their schedule as they worked around the weather to get the job done before weather got too bad, and they did a great job with quality and attention to detail. We had a small issue where the paint store sent them the wrong color paint for our doors, and this was addressed immediately with no questions asked... I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them

They start by doing a pressure wash of the house. Then scheduled me about a week later to paint the house. They paid attention to detail. Fix anything that was a concern. Would stop work if it started to rain and come back when it was not likely to rain. And that to me makes a lot of sense. All looks really good.

I was originally only going to get 3 sides of our Rambler done (the front was always shaded and unweathered), but after the three sides were done it looked so good that I had to do the other side as well (at the last minute and they were still great). The company and crew are awesome!! They are friendly, informative, helpful, kind - just great people all the way around. I would absolutely use this company and crew again. Brush N’ Roll just wrapped up the second project we hired them for, and we couldn’t be happier. We hired them about a year and a half ago to paint the outside of our house, and had a great experience. The cost was very reasonable and they did fantastic work. We liked them so much that we didn’t consider anyone else when we needed interior painting… we knew they were the ones we wanted to do the work. They were responsive, and the crews for both projects were very professional and a pleasure to work with, and the finished results look fantastic. Throughout the project, they communicated with us to let us know what would happen each day, and showed up when they said they would. They were very accommodating, and worked with us to minimize the inconvenience of having work done in our home. We would hire them again without hesitation.

Brush n'Roll did a good job painting the outside of our house a few years ago. They used the the paints we recommended and took their time prep work to ensure a quality job. About 3 years in the exterior still looks good and we haven't seen any issues.

If possible we would rate them A+. All work was performed as promised, on time and according to the estimate, Workers were all friendly and courteous. We are having them come back to do some outbuildings on our property. I would recommend them to anyone for quality work.

Brush N Roll is a very professional and skilled company with a great work ethic. They always showed up at the time expected and the contact person, Jose, was approachable and communicated back quickly to answer any questions. Top quality paints were used and the time and skill involved in applying the paint carefully shows. They work long days and have to sometimes work around rain but do complete the job as quickly as possible. Although I found they were a bit more expensive than other estimates I received I felt they would do the most for the money and they definitely did! Two coats of exterior paint were applied and they power washed and stained 2 sheds as well. They cleaned up each day and when the job was finished there wasn't any trash or debris left behind at all - they hauled it away themselves. I would definitely recommend this company for painting needs and would use them again in the future. All the crew I had contact with were friendly, capable, and very eager to please and willing to answer questions and explain the process. A GREAT COMPANY!!

From first contact in mid-winter with estimator (Jose) to the project's conclusion in early May; every part of our project went so smoothly. We'd invited 5 contractors to bid on our exterior painting project. All had excellent reviews, but the best value was with Brush N' Roll. Jose was also very helpful in laying out choices we had in selecting the paints used and their pros and cons. We're highly satisfied with the cost as compared to the other bids we received and the quality of the workmanship by Roberto and Marcos. We were informed all along as to the progress of our project. I called on a Saturday, and they were out to my house the next Friday correcting the blemishes and correcting areas where there might be any chance that the bubbles would appear elsewhere around the door. They sanded the trim and did a beautiful job - but that isn't all! I had had new windows installed after the painting and the window installer had put white caulking around the windows that had gone into the black glossy trim - it looked terrible. Ramon and his crew pulled out their ladder and re-painted the trim on my front upstairs windows with no charge - just because they believe in excellent customer service and wanted to ensure my home looked as beautiful as when they had finished their work. This kind of caring about a quality job is so unusual, I just had to tell you about it.

Without question, this was the best experience I have had with anyone providing improvement services for our home, and we have been renovating nonstop for about 5 years. 1. Communication: From scheduling the estimate to making slight changes throughout the time leading up to painting to pushing back our schedule at least 3 times, Jose's extremely easygoing communication style made a stressful situation into a stress-free one. He was an impeccable point person throughout the whole project and I can't possibly articulate how easy he made the process. A+! 2. Process: We've worked with a lot of home service providers who run the spectrum on process. Brush N' Roll made everything extremely clear in terms of what was going to happen, the order in which it would happen, what to do in case of questions or changes, how to pay, etc. A+! 3. The work: Arguably the part that people care about most, I was a big fan even before this started. So imagine how awesome it was to have 2-3 skilled, friendly, warm guys at our house. They did a flawless job with every aspect of the work, making sure that every spot was done correctly and in the manner we preferred. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up each day and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. A+! In closing - this is a fabulous company to work with. I would recommend them without question to anyone.

From start to finish these guys were great! Jose did a wonderful job walking us through the process - letting us know what was going to happen and when. The crew that came out to paint the house went above and beyond. They did a beautiful job on the house and the work areas were always clean. The were respectful of the landscaping and the house looks great in the end. We plan on hiring them again on future painting projects for our home.

Excellant. Even though there was a misstep in the beginning(mine, I did not like the color I chose once on house!) they quickly worked with me to keep project going forward. It is a very busy time of year, and I might have had to "go to the end of the line". That did not happen, which i really appreciated. The workers were prompt, tidy and hard working.

Contacted them in June and got an estimate. They were pretty booked up and they said they wouldn't be able to get to us until September 4th. I was pretty impressed that they were able to set an exact date that far in advance, and even more impressed when they actually met that date. The two-man crew that showed up clearly knew what they were doing and were very professional and personable. I was concerned about overspray landing on our neighbor's driveway and they took pains to prevent that. The crew chief pointed out that unless some special measures were taken a window into our garage (which is mostly blocked by the fence's lattice) would have been sprayed over. I had forgotten the window was even under there. The crew chief had a very simple plan to mask it off and so: no problem. He also pointed out a couple spots were some wood rot had set in so now I know I've a chore to do, but I wouldn't have noticed on my own. I'm very pleased with the result and would definitely hire these guys again.

We got six bids for our job, and Brush N'Roll was the last bid - so we had an clear view of competitor bids. The professionalism of the representative; the quality paints, caulking, and primer that they use; and the fact that they could get the job done this summer were all factors in our decision making - in addition to price. The responsiveness of the rep to our many follow-up questions - especially around the carpentry work, was the deciding factor in the end. And what a great decision it was! The team arrived on time every day, they left our home clean each night, the carpentry work was excellent and overall, the attention to detail was outstanding. Just one example was the caulking - they used the highest quality caulking (40 year guarantee) and made extra sure to caulk all the seams and places where the old caulking had cracked - especially around the window trim. I know our home is water tight for the winter. There were so many other little things they did to care for our home, I can't list them here. But you can trust this team! Our home looks gorgeous and we feel we got a great deal, as well.
