The Aqua Quip Federal Way store was established in 1988. With expertise in barbeques, fireplaces, swimming pools, and hot tubs, our staff can answer any of your questions. We have also been one of the leading retailers of Doughboy above ground pools for years; and that’s just the beginning. In our Federal Way location, we specialize in Jacuzzi hot tub and spa sales. Our employees are experts and we have the best pool and spa installers to help you out.

We sell above ground and in-ground swimming pools, hot tubs from Jacuzzi, Sundance, Nordic and Dream Maker, Big Green Egg, Weber, Saber BBQs and Smokers, and gas & wood fireplaces and inserts. We also provide complete back yard construction and renovation work, electrical services, and regular pool and hot tub cleaning programs.

Description of Work: Bought an insert. Gave the salesman all the correct measurements and pictures. Waited for about 3 weeks for delivery and installation. 5:00pm the night before the installation the installer called and wanted me to get one of the measurements again. Same measurement as I gave them the first time. Installer said it would not fit. I dumped them. About a week later the installer called for doing the electrical part. Really?

I apologize for your experience with our company. Our salesman did not properly follow up on one important measurement. Though the hearth unit would fit, the issue was protecting your TV and the depth of the mantle. The salesman admitted his error and we have now instituted a "Installation Check List" to ensure that this does not happen again. Fortunately we did find the error and did not install a hearth unit that would have worked but would have damaged your TV over time. We and your salesman sincerely apologies for not catching this sooner.

USED THEN FOR OVER 10 YEARS FOR JACUZZI MAINTENANCE AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS COME OUT TO CHECK OUT PROBLEMS IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THEY HAVE EVEN MADE SUGGESTIONS FOR BETTER MAINTENANCE
