+ -1 moreWonderful! From appointment set up to job completion, I couldnt be happier with this company. He even offered advice and ideas to clean some concrete floors in the bonus room. Very helpful and courteous. Scott was a great provider of customer service and did the whole job by himself.
Description of Work: Greg sent a speedy response to my initial email inquiry, and appointment was set up in a flash. Scott (technician) was prompt, called to let me know he was on his way, and was a great communicator. We had our full house cleaned, and they were great. Four bedrooms, staircases, family rooms, and even repaired some carpet that needed stretching. He kept me informed of the progress, and even sent text pictures of the job- showing me how great their product was working! I would use them again in a heartbeat - great pricing too

Description of Work: Two very courteous young men arrived at the scheduled time. They inquired about the specific carpet cleaning to be done, explained what and how they would do it and what the cost would be. After the OK to go ahead on the job they placed protective pads under all furniture legs and proceded to do a very good cleaning job and protective spraying of heavy traffic areas.

Description of Work: I used a coupon I received in the mail for $30 per room special, so I thought I would take advantage of the deal. They called me when they were scheduled to be at my house and said it would be about 15 minutes before they would arrive . Once they arrived we did a walk thru, I decided to clean about every room in my house and also get the teflon protection. It had been about 3 years since my carpets had been cleaned. I have light grey carpet throughout most of my house and with a dog they were dirty. I went over my concerned areas with the technicians and they were honest with me and told me that some of my dog stains from him vomiting might not come clean and it depended on his diet. After the carpet was dry about 24 hours later I was so happy with the results. My 20 year old carpets looked brand new. I have only one spot in the dining room that looks a bit yellow, but nothing like the brown spots the vomit had left before. So after cleaning 6 rooms, stairs and the added teflon protection it wasn't a bad deal even though my initial thought was about $150. But because I decided to clean my whole house it was pricier than I first anticipated. They told me I wouldn't be disappointed when I called to schedule the cleaning and they were right. I will be calling them again.

The first time, they removed a wide, dark stain from my dining room carpet that no one else has gotten out before, which has not returned. Their price was higher than other companies, but they provided better cleaning. They did a good job.

+ 0 moreThe work was done awhile ago, but it was a good experience overall. The technician actually did a little bit of spot cleaning on my carpets in the room that the sofa was in, which was very nice! If I needed my sofa or carpets cleaned again, this would be the first company I'd call.
Description of Work: They cleaned an off-white sofa, which was pretty dirty. I never had it cleaned before and I’ve had it for about 10 years. He did a remarkable job cleaning it.

+ -1 moreThe experience was pretty good overall. The employee who came out to do the estimates was a bit flaky. He wanted to show us how well his method works, so he cleaned a 2’x3’ area in the middle of the living room. The spot looked really fabulous, but it was right in the middle of our living room, so I kind of had to get it taken care of. We had to reschedule several times, and it was hard to get a hold of him. Once we finally did set up an appointment, the two technicians that came out seemed very young and inexperienced. I called the employee who came out to do the estimate, and he assured me that they would do a good job. They really did do a good job! I ended up going with the more expensive package, since our carpets were very dirty. I thought their price was very fair for the quality of the work that they did. My carpets looked like brand new. A few spots did come back, and they came back to re-do the spots. They also lightly touched up everything else in the same room. Ultimately, I will use them again, because I’ve never had anybody do such a good job on the carpets before!
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in one bedroom, a master bedroom, another room, and stairs. They also cleaned our living room carpets.

+ -1 moreThey were about 30 minutes late. If I hadn't had the day off, I would have been pretty annoyed at not getting a phone call. Once they arrived though, they followed my directions and left the carpets significantly better than they had been. The pet/smoke smell was still slightly noticeable in the living room, but that is more the previous slob tenant's fault than bad cleaning. I vacuumed a couple times with baking soda-based powder and kept the windows open to remove the bulk of the lingering smell. I will use them again in the future because they respond quickly and are fairly priced. I think they deserve an overall A because they left the carpets much cleaner/brighter than I expected.

+ -1 moreGreg came out promplty, and gave us an estimate. Based on comparisons, we decided to hire his company. The workers showed up promptly. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. When they finished, there were bubbles throughout the linoleum, and two seams were not properly sealed. When I complained, Greg sent someone out to re-roll the floor to try to "iron out" the wrinkles, and to reseal the seams. Eventually, he gave me a price adjustment of $450, but I would never hire this company again. The floor looks terrible, and I will have to have it re-done before we try to sell again. For now, I just live with it because I cannot justify spending so much money again so soon.

I had a carpet cleaner here before that told me that the similar spots that I had were just too bad and they could get it out, so I did not expect this company to get the spots out. They literally made my old carpet look new and I was so impressed and that first time was just awesome. I had a similar experience the second time they came and I thought that the guys were really pleasant. I noticed that they had not the best rating for some reason, but I have nothing but high marks for them.
Description of Work: I used Advanced Carpet Care for carpet cleaning. The last time I used them was last August for a Labour Day party for basic carpet cleaning.

I decided to give them a try, but had low expectations due to last visit from COIT. Results were amazing! They left they carpet looking new! They were prompt and professional, careful and thorough.
Description of Work: Carpet cleaning in my home. The carpet is 10 years old and household includes 2 dogs and 6 cats! COIT cleaned twice previously, but the last time left stains they said wouldn't come out.

+ -1 moreI called on short notice requesting to have an appointment within 2 days & they were able to accommodate me. I was told that it would take a couple of hours to complete the job. The team arrived promptly. After looking at the carpet, they explained they would have to charge extra for scrubbing to get out some of the stains. I had to leave during the appointment to pick up my son from school, so I was unable to observe them the entire time. I came back to find that they were done within an hour, not the couple of hours I was told it would take. When they were finished, the carpets looked cleaner than they were, but not as clean as I had hoped. There were areas that still looked dingy to me and the workers left some of the surrounding areas (hardwood & linoleum) wet and tracked with dirty footprints. The workers also wore no protection on their shoes, which surprised me because with dirty footprints on my linoleum I can only assume that dirt also got tracked back onto my carpet.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in the living room, family room, and the stairs. We have light colored Berber carpet that was quite soiled. The family room was completely empty of furniture. In the living room we requested that they work around the furniture and only move the sofa to clean the carpeting underneath.
