garage doors
+ -1 moreThe first time he came out the color of the garage door was incorrect, he asked me to look at the color before he started to see if they would work, they were to stark white for me so I asked him to order the Almond, He did and we re scheduled for 2 weeks out. He also gave me $100.00 off the estimate for my trouble. Two weeks later in the pouring rain he came to install the doors. The double doors went great but when it came to the single garage door I HAD MEASURED WRONG, no trouble at all, he drove 45 minutes in one direction to pick up another door and came back to install it at no extra charge (i did keep him full of coffee though). There were windows in the doors and he called me out to discuss placement of them, we decided on the top row for the long door and two panels down on the other, that way they would look symmetrical. Ed went above and beyond. It was a great experience.
Description of Work: I talked with Ed over the phone and explained that I wanted to replace two garage doors, one was a double car span the other a single. He had me measure the width and choose the type of doors that would replace them off the Amana web site (I could choose any company, but he thought this would fit my needs). He estimated a price and we set the date.
