Amazingly quick. Had an estimate in a few days and then the service within a week due to the emergency situation where my tree was falling over. I will hire them again.

Green Nature Tree Service was right on top of everything from the time of my initial call to them through the completion of the job. Rafael is honest, personable, and pleasant. He and his crew are very hard workers, and provide excellent service. Their cost to value is reasonable and good. I would not hesitate for one moment to have them do work for me again, which may be soon.

I really enjoyed all my experiences from the the very first quote, through the whole process with Green Nature. Gaven came out and not only listened to my needs and give me several options on my two trees I was looking to get removed, but also took a look around and gave me a lot good tips and things to think about taking care of. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in his job and his team. It took awhile to get my service scheduled due to Seattle City Light having to drop my powerline, but Green Nature worked with me through the whole process and let me set up multiple bookings to ensure I had a date booked for when SCL finally set a date that they could come out. Rafael and his team were outstanding. Very friendly, professional and efficient. It was great to watch them work and I was very impressed. They had to come back the next day to finish the job, but did a great job of communicating with me and showing up when they said they would, on both days. They did a great job of protecting my house and other shrubbery. They left my property very clean, cleaning up all the sawdust and debris, and left the remaining wood cut to size as promised. While onsite, Gaven also took the time to address another tree that had some dead limbs, removing about 500 lbs of debris from the tree at no extra charge. I will definitely be using them for future projects and highly recommend them. Thanks Green Nature Team!

One of the best hired services I've ever had for any kind of service. Very professional. Reasonable quote. Came 15 minutes early. Setup all street warning barriers around vehicles alerting of tree service. Guy with chainsaw was just amazing to watch. Highly skilled. Made sure neighbors were well aware of any debris, that they immediately cleaned and removed. Some of the work involved a neighbor's tree that had overhanging limbs. They repeatedly asked if I wanted to confirm the work with the neighbor ( which I did). Proper cleanup, nice shaping (Not just lopping or topping like other tree services). Did the COMPLETE job in under 2 hours! (even with a 40ft sweet gum). HIGHLY recommend this service for its professionalism and abilities.

This company was very responsive and prompt from first contact to quote and to scheduling. On the day of the service, they arrive right on time. Rafael and his teammates worked hard and quickly. They finished the job and cleaned the site. They are professional and honest, very pleasant to work with. I have referred them to my neighbor for her tree trimming. I will definitely go to them if I ever have tree work to be done.

Honestly, the MOST AMAZING SERVICE I've ever received! - Maggie and Rafael are terrific. Maggie showed up within four hours of my request for the estimate, provided (3) three excellent and thorough estimates, we scheduled the job in three days and Rafael and his tree climbing magician had the job done in less than two hours and it was perfect and immaculate. Maggie's understanding of the project and estimating is superb and Rafael is an absolute pleasure to work with, his total understanding of his craft and pleasant and professional demeanor was such a pleasure. I will use Green Nature again and again, I could not be more satisfied. TOTAL PROFESSIONALS!

It went quick and smoothly. They not only took the trees down without incident but also put the soil and beauty bark back and it looked like the trees had never been there. They were nice and prompt and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Could not have asked for a nicer job or crew.
