Excellent from beginning to end. Discovered need to repair after new roof was installed. Worked very carefully in doing repair to protect new roof.

Beautiful job, they even added some color to the mortar which matches the old mortar very closely. Did a great job on our 1933 Magnolia home.

Have not been able to schedule with this provider.

Steve came and gave us an estimate to rebuild the piler the next day after I called him. He came out with his assistant the first of the following week and finnish the project (that looks better than the old one) and left the place clean and neat. My only wish is that all the professionals that we work with around the house were of the quality of Craftsman Masonry and Steve. This is our second time dealing with Steve (he worked on our chimney last time, doing a great job as well) and I would have no reservations about recommending him to all my friends and family.

I needed to get my chimney repaired before the roof was replaced in about 3 weeks. I was having difficulty finding a top-rated Angie's List mason willing to come out to Carnation. Craftsman was very responsive to my situation. I left a message on their machine on a Friday, they returned my call and came out to look at the job on the following Monday, and returned 4 days later to do the work. They arrived on time and promptly completed the work in a professional manner. Steve and Alexander were very easy to work with. My only concern was the cost. The job was bid at $420 which I thought was a bit high at the time, but having no one else to turn to, I accepted the seemingly high cost as a consequence of the situation I was in. I had been told over the phone by another mason who and quot;didn't service Carnationand quot; that I should expect the repair to cost around $150 (plus the cost of the sealing and sweeping). Two people were on-site for exactly 1 hour so the cost worked out to around $200 per man-hour plus materials. Aside from my perceived high cost for the project, I would definitely use Craftsman again.

I was amazed at how fast well the work went. It was a lot to remove and was done quickly and efficiently, I couldn't remove pleased.

I never met them; we did everything over the phone and then they came out and did what they needed to do. They were quick and the job looks good. I understand it's a messy job with getting the mortar out but some of it fell on roof and it changed the color a bit. Other than that, they did good work.

It went very well and I was very pleased. They were very easy to talk with and knowledgeable about their trade.
