West Coast Masonry

We paid Brandon $2K to recondition our chimney in November 2012 and two weeks ago (March 2014) I noticed the chimney cap had blown off and was on the roof. I called Brandon and asked if he could come out to put it back on. He told me it would cost me $50 which I was OK with, but since then I have tried to reach him at least 5 times to schedule the appointment and he will not respond to my calls. I finally stopped trying to reach him and called someone else who came out the next day. Apparently the $2K we paid him and his integrity to service his own work doesn't mean a thing to him. He now operates under the business name 'Skyline Masonry'. When we hired him he told us he was 2nd or 3rd generation masonry, that it was in his family and gave us a good speech about how much integrity he had. Very disappointing that he does not hold true to his word.
