 + -1 moreWHAT A NIGHTMARE! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! THE ORIGINAL PRICE WAS OKAY, $113 FOR A 26FT TRUCK AND 26 MILES. BUT THE TRUCK WAS A DUMP! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!
Description of Work: I PICKED UP A ONE WAY TRUCK IN BOTHELL AND PAID $113 FOR THE TRUCK AND 26 MILES. I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO DROP IT OFF IN MONROE. THE TRUCK ITSELF WAS HORRIBLE! IT MADE AWFUL NOISES, THE SPEEDOMETER WAS BROKEN AND THE PASSENGER DOOR DIDN'T OPEN OR CLOSE. WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM MY DROP OFF, I WAS TOLD I COULDN'T TAKE IT TO MONROE, THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE IT TO EVERETT BECAUSE IT WAS SO LARGE. I CALLED THE EVERETT STORE AND THE GUY I TALKED TO 'JASON' SAID NO PROBLEM. I DROPPED IT OFF LATER IN THE EVENING AND THE NEXT DAY 'JASON' CHARGED ME $146. IM NOT SURE WHAT THIS WAS FOR AS I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE TRUCK, IT WASN'T LATE AND THERE WAS NO WAY THERE WAS MILEAGE AS THE SPEEDOMETER WAS BROKEN. SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY ACTUALLY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY. EVENTUALLY WHEN I GOT MY BANK INVOLVED THEY PAID IT BACK!
