Susan Browne Landscape Design

She came up and put together a design for another company to do. Included in the money I paid, was a change in 1 area of the design, which she was aware of and after I contacted her to implement the change, I never heard back from her. After several phone calls, and emails, she has yet to get back with me, and I feel like I have been cheated out of $750. I think it would only be fair to get, at least, a partial refund of what I paid. Later, I found out that some of the measurements she laid out were very wrong and would have thrown off many different things in my yard regarding the front. The only reason I'm not giving her an "F" is because she had some very good ideas, and I don't want to diminish her reputation or credibility as far as her creativity.
