Stone Pros was originally recommended to us by a very highly rated kitchen design & remodeling company that had successfully worked with them in the past. It is no coincidence that both companies have over 100 "A" rated reviews. Our experience with Stones Pros was consistent with all of the other "A" reviews. Competitive pricing, patient guidance, prompt replies to inquiries, attention to detail, and going the extra mile are hallmarks of this company. Our project would not have turned out nearly as well if it not been for the extra service that was provided by Glenn Schiff. To ensure that his clients select the best possible material for their project, Glenn goes shopping with you, even though he does not sell the material. It was during this process that Glenn pointed out certain, subtle aspects of some of our preliminary selections that were not readily apparent to us at that time. There is no doubt in our minds that Glenn's astute and careful guidance kept us from making a selection that would have ended with some disappointment. This process of guidance continued after the template process, when we visited his shop to select specific sections of our granite slabs for the different areas of our kitchen. Glenn and his staff are totally dedicated to providing customer satisfaction. It is one of the very first things Glenn will tell you, and it will be the last thing that you will acknowledge when you project is complete. His efforts will not stop until you convince him that you are happy. Glenn, Lalo and his other co-workers are true craftsmen, honest and fair business people with a genuine interest in making their customers comfortable, well informed and most importantly, satisfied beyond expectation with the results of their work. They were an essential component of making our kitchen renovation a truly enjoyable experience. Now we just sit back and admire the results.

Glen came to the house, let me know what issues he was anticipating in installing a new marble hearth in my 100 year old house and let me know his schedule for installation. He arrived when he said he would and installed the hearth a few weeks later. All went just as he had planned. This was a small job and I was very happy to find a professional like Glen to do the work. The hearth looks great!

Glenn and crew were very friendly. He made suggestions on the best way to approach the project which was great as I didn't entirely know what I was doing! Ended up being $100 less than the initial quote over the phone. Glenn is an honest business man and does a good job. We took the table and stone to his shop and he delivered back to my home for free because it took a day more than anticipated to complete the project which worked out well for us. Very satisfied.

After finding Stone Pros on Angies, I left a message for them to call back. Glenn returned my call the same day (a Saturday I might add), and was able to drop by that day to look over the job. He arrived on-time and provided a bid early the following week. The bid was in-line with expectation and we gave the OK to proceed. He went with us to the stone wholesalers to pick the granite, offering suggestions on quality and how various options might fit our décor. He was patient as we looked over hundreds of options at three different possible suppliers, along with new sink options. Installation went without a hitch, and they offered to use leftover stone to replace window sills in the kitchen and one bathroom at no additional charge. The work was fantastic. Measurements and fit were perfect. It's amazing. We are delighted. Two years later, I needed to replace the caulking at most sinks. (expected) The kitchen sink (large double) had settled a bit and needed some center support. (no fault of StonePros) I called Glenn for his advise, offering to pay for his time and any work it needed. Glenn came back onsite, looked it over, suggested a good option for improving the support, came back a week later and performed the work and re-calked the sink ... all at NO additional charge. Now that's customer service and integrity. I am incredibly impressed with Glenn and Stone Pros - they are a class act. HIGHLY recommended.

I wish I could give Stone Pros an A+. Glenn and his team installed beautiful 3cm Silestone countertops on our very large kitchen cabinets that required 2 jumbo slabs there is only 1 joint and to get people to see it i have to have them stand in just the right spot or they can't see it even when I point to it. The attention to detail is impressive these guys know what they are doing and like what they do. The customer service is fantastic, we had a date set for Glenn to come out and make a template but our original cabinet order turned into a complete fiasco Glenn had no problems changing the date a couple of times till the cabinets were sorted out then he showed up right on time and worked with impressive speed and accuracy. These guys are not the cheapest around but I will bet they are the best and you get what you pay for, in this case I think I got more than value for the money.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. He was the only one that was able and willing to do the repair and he did it impeccably. For months, others did it poorly or were unwilling to tackle it. His knowledge of stone materials and how to handle them properly is impressive. He is professional, helpful and extremely competent. We plan to hire him again to do some more extensive countertop work. He is definitely the man to hire to get a difficult job done right.

Glenn from Stone Pros arrived at the time we agreed upon and immediately got to work. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly sealed off the area where the work was going to take place to limit the amount of dust escaping. He is very considerate when it comes to not making a mess and takes appropriate measures to ensure that. After cutting the opening larger he placed the new cook top to make sure it fit properly. If you are looking for someone you can trust will do a good job Glenn from Stone Pros is the guy you want.

No hesitation recommending Glenn and his staff at StonePros. We had a difficult piece of marble picked out for our floating hearth. Everything went well, on-time, and responsive follow-up! The "skirt" was a challenge given our choice of marble but it turned out great! Glenn is a perfectionist and will see to it that you are satisfied from scheduling to completion and follow-up.

Stone Pros was excellent. Glenn can be hard to reach, but he always returned my calls. He and his team are very hard workers and they even came on Saturdays to accomodate my schedule for templating and final install. Glenn was very informative on the phone. He explained to me the different countertop materials and really tries to understand the homeowner so he can offer the best advice. Glenn fabricated a countertop to my exact specifications and installed everything perfectly. He even matched the caulk to the color of my material for that extra level of craftmanship. His team was polite and professional and cleaned up the site well.

My husband and I spoke with several fabricators. Glenn Schiff from Stone Pros was obviously the most concerned with quality and esthetics. Their pricing was competitive with other, less quality oriented, fabricators. They were punctual. In fact, our turn around time was much faster than we had expected. We were allowed input at every step; and they were responsive to our concerns. The final result was perfect. They made some last minute adjustments that my husband requested without complaint. I would not consider using anyone else in the future.

We contacted Glen at Stone Pros for an estimate and he immediately responded. He came out right away to give us the estimate and was very helpful in suggesting what would work best for us. He met us at the stone yard to look over our choices- again, on time and available to fit our schedule. Once they made a pattern we met at his location to do the lay out on the granite. He and his crew were always on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job on the cutting, layout, installation and finishing. Our new countertops are beautiful and the edge treatment Glen recommended is a perfect fit with our cabinets. We would definitely use Glen again-everyone was great and we had a great overall experience with Stone Pros.

When my plumber found that the kitchen sink we picked was slightly too big for the hole in the thick granite countertop, he told me to find someone who can grind it larger. I searched "Kitchen Counter" on Angie's list and start calling. Nobody was interested in helping me immediately. Until I called Kathy. She sincerely understood and felt for me ... and even relaxed me with humor which was really comforting. While Kathy was trying to fit me in, I drove at least 80 miles looking for the right size kitchen sink in right color. I still wasn't sure which one to buy and risk not fitting again, Kathy called me and gave me an early morning appointment the following day but I told her that I am going to try a different sink and asked her to wait. She was totally fine with it and asked me to let her know whether it fits or not. It fit ! Since it was late at night, I emailed her saying it fits and there is no need for Glen to come the following morning. She emailed me right back congratulating me. I would buy anything from them ... what a support I got ... thank you Kathy and Glen. This is called Customer Service....

I wouldn't hesitate to use Glenn at Stone Pros. He was polite, punctual and knowledgeable. Every time I called he answered the phone or called back quickly. Glenn made sure to explain every step of the process and even helped me get a fantastic deal on a sink when the one I purchased was too big for the space. I am extremely pleased with him and his company and will call him again when I am ready to do my kids' bathroom.

I needed to know if I could pop the granite top off the new vanity I purchased at Costco. I left a message and Glenn called me right back. He helped me problem solve and offered his help as a back up plan when I thought I should go with a professional moving company when he recommended me not to remove the glued down top. He was sounded like a great worker and I will call him first if I need help in this area.

Too bad there isn’t an A+ rating to more accurately reflect the great job that STONE PROS Marble & Granite did. Glenn and his crew were professional and the results were outstanding. Demolition created virtually no dust, heavy duty protective materials were used on the floor, and the cleanup after installation was thorough. While selecting our granite, Glenn spent a day with us visiting numerous supplies and showed a lot of patience as we slowly narrowed down our choices. From start to finish, he set clear expectations so there were no surprises. And finally, on the day of installation, Glenn’s wife had a baby, yet he kept his commitment and the counter tops were installed as scheduled.

From the moment my husband and I shook Glenn Schiff's hand we knew that his company , Stone Pros, was the company we wanted to retain. We hired Stone Pros to install granite countertops in our kitchen; we received a work of art. From the beginning, Glenn explained each phase of the job and what we should expect--there were no surprises. He spent quality time with us at four different granite importers to ensure that we chose the right pieces of granite/marble -- aesthetically as well as quality control. Most impressive was Glenn's knowledge about the various materials and appropriate applications. Glenn and his skilled crew were timely and always respectful. They demonstrated superior customer service, which is sorely lacking in today's society. Glenn's pricing was very reasonable, especially given the exceptional service and craftsmanship. He has also demonstrated the ability to effectively collaborate with other contractors, such as our general contractor and fireplace insert rep/installer. Glenn is very perceptive and observant and he masterfully applied these skills while working with us. In addition to the countertops, we have hired Stone Pros to install a master bathroom marble shower as well as stone work on a fireplace makeover. Glenn continues to provide us with excellent guidance as we enter into those projects. We have the utmost confidence in Glenn and his team and highly recommend them.

When our original granite installer failed to return our calls, we turned to Angie?s List and selected Stone Pros Marble & Granite based on the overwhelming number of positive reviews. Glenn was very straight forward and after explaining his approach and asking me a few questions, we set an appointment. During our initial appointment, we walked through our plan which included a bi-level island and two sinks. Glenn answered our questions directly and offered his suggestions based on his depth of experience working with stone. Glenn and his entire crew were a delight from start to finish. What a refreshing change from the usual game of cat and mouse that we?ve experienced trying to work with contractors! He held our hands when we needed it but also respected our vision. At each decision point, he explained what the alternatives were, and always said that the decision was up to us and that he and his crew could met whatever challenges our choices might present. As a customer service trainer with an advanced degree, I am impressed when service is above average; however Stone Pros f ar exceeded above average. Glenn operates his business using a unique model that virtually guarantees exceptional customer service; when that is coupled with his level of knowledge and expertise working with stone, it?s a winning combination. I was thrilled initially after just talking with Glenn on the phone and hoped that our project would be a good fit for Stone Pros and for us. Friday, June 28th, Glenn and his crew installed our granite and I still feel like I?m dreaming when I walk into my new kitchen! We took down a wall and converted our living room, dining room and kitchen into a great room. Glenn made a design suggestion that beautifully integrates my bi-level island into the overall space. He understood our vision and made design suggestions to compliment our choices. Glenn has an excellent eye for color and design but always made it clear that the ultimate choice was ours. We are thrilled to have had such a positive experience with our granite process. The granite is the crowning touch to the overall kitchen remodel. The granite extension into our garden window is perfection and the bi-level island makes for a beautiful and elegant transition between kitchen space and entertaining/living/dining and relaxation space. Other service businesses should take a lesson from Glenn and his business model. Glenn and his crew are all professionals in both their customer service and their craft; a rare combination. I recommend Glenn and his team to others without hesitation. Stone Pros exceeded my expectations on all levels, came in under budget, and made the whole experience a pleasure from start to finish. This is my third "A" review of Stone Pros and the third flawless install (see my two previous reviews). Glen, owner of Stone Pros, visited me a few weeks in advance to take measurements. He also called a two days in advance to confirm the arrival date and time of Gerardo and Jesse for the install. In addition, he called again after install to make sure I was happy. Their name says it all. These guys are PROS all the way; from making sure the floor and carpet is protected to the detail oriented install, including a back-splash that matches the granite base perfectly, calking, cleaning and sealing. Gerardo and Jesse consulted me on the location of the drilled hole for the faucet, making sure the hole was planned carefully to accommodate the uni-faucet I had ordered. They also made sure I was informed as to their progress during the job. Glen stopped by to make sure everything was going as planned. If you want to work with a company that combines a strong work ethic with intelligence, an eye for design, craftsmanship, perfectionism, and customer service look no further. We needed new countertops on a remodel I was working on for my elderly mother. We had received quotes from 2 other places and I wasn't happy with the lack of answers from the other firms. We had a fairly simple kitchen with an accessory island and wanted to make sure we could get it cut out of a single slab. We had originally looked at Ceasarstone but received conflicting reports about whether a single large sheet would work. During Glenns initial consultation, he got on the phone with the manufacturer and within a few minutes we determined that it would require two sheets. I've done several remodels before and was impressed with his willingness to go this extra step even though we hadn't even agreed to work with him. He gave us a price for the install and leads on where to go look at granite slabs. His price was in line with everyone else. Once we had picked out the slab, we met him at the warehouse and he purchased it for us and we reimbursed him directly. He came out at the agreed upon time and made templates for the counters. It may be the "old fashioned way" of using wood templates instead of a laser layout but it's the end product that really matters. After cutting the counters, they came out at the agreed upon time for the install. On time and finished in one day. The quality of the matching of the backsplash and counters was superb. We had a slightly linear grain in the granite and the backsplash was cut from an adjacent strip as well as the ends to provide a great look. Normally someone would just use whatever pieces fit. The look is subtle but you can tell they took pride in going the extra step. At the end, he even had his crew cut us out a small lazy susan from the leftovers at no charge. We're extremely pleased with the results and ended up spending less than we had been quoted by two other firms. I'd use Glenn again in a heartbeat. It's rare to have someone who is knowledgeable and tries so hard to please.

Excellent work and follow up. Results were exactly what I was expecting.

When we searched for an installer for our stone, we called Glenn at Stone Pros and then never searched for another contractor. He answered his phone every time we called and showed up for the appointment on time and with an IPad in hand to show us pictures of previous work. Glenn has an intensity that is unmatched. It was this intensity that gave us the comfort level that he was going to get the job done perfectly. And we were right! While discussing the kitchen countertops, he called his stone yard and got the slab prices and then handed them straight to me. This proved to me that he was not marking up the stone. Secondly, the counters are quite large and were going to be tricky to fabricate. Glenn was undaunted by the project. Beyond the difficulty factor, there were logistics issues since we live in a high rise condo in downtown Seattle. Again, Glenn was unfazed by the monumental task. Glenn is so confident in his work that he does not charge you any upfront deposits. You pay his invoice only when you are completely satisfied and happy. After signing the contract, Glenn showed up with four guys and they got to work templating the kitchen and the three areas in the bathrooms. The templating took about 2-3 hours just for the kitchen. Next, Glenn met me in Kent to look at the slabs and make sure they were what I had envisioned and that they were going to work. I paid the stone yard and he and his crew loaded up the slabs and got to work. As far as the quartz counters in the two bathrooms, I was looking for a neutral white countertop and Glenn mentioned he had some remnants that would work and he gave them to me for free. I ended up paying a nominal amount for the fabrication and installation but nothing for the stone. The installation date was a week later and again Glenn showed up with his crew of four guys and set to work. Now they had to load the stone in an elevator that was barely big enough to hold it upright. After jockeying it around they made it in and got the stone in one piece up to the condo. The kitchen required three pieces of stone and Glenn was careful in where he placed the seams. It took hours to get the stones matched up and the seams minimized. If you didn't know where the seams were you would be hard pressed to find them. Beautiful work! Finally...and the most crazy part of the story...Glenn saw a flaw in the stone (that I did not even notice) and he contacted a company about grinding it out. This is usually not done on quartz so he was prepared to replace the stone if it did not work. Due to the fact that it had not been done before, Glenn sent one his crew members to Eugene, OR to be trained. The crew member left at 2:00am and drove the 5 hours to Eugene, got trained and drove home. All over a weekend. The following Monday (unbeknownst to me about any of this going on) I showed up to the condo and his crew member was grinding out the flaw. It is no exaggeration to say it took him about 8 hours to complete the job and it turned out perfectly. Again, it is just how Glenn goes above and beyond for perfection and to do the right thing for clients. Overall, the experience was flawless. Glenn and his crew were great to work with and were dedicated to perfection. I believe I was charged a fair price and I even got free stone! What is to complain about? Awesome!

The team was simply outstanding. As an architect and an engineer, I tend to be somewhat of a perfectionist and unconventional in my requirements and expectations. My design called for a lot of complex miter joints together with waterfall ends. I allowed for no latitude in the dimensional tolerances, and no trim or other materials to hide any potential imperfections in the joints and seams. The design required each element to exactly align. Glenn and his team handled this and every other challenge with professionalism and ease. They built a full-scale counter mockup out of wood to ensure their measurements were spot-on before they made any cuts to the actual quartz. They looked out for me financially by minimizing waste in their use of materials. They were very receptive and responsive to my input. They were obvious experts in their craft, but they did not automatically assume I would be happy with the results other customers may be willing to accept. They also demonstrated understanding and flexibility when, after completing fabrication at their shop, I asked them to delay installation for a month. I look forward to working with Stone Pros again when I renovate my bathroom.

We were in the middle of a bathroom, laundry remodel when the granite remnants of our vanity project were accidentally thrown away. Searching for a matching piece of granite proved to be impossible as it seemed like it was the last remaining piece anywhere. This was very upsetting since we had some pieces installed and it was too late to change course since we already had so much invested in granite. I called multiple shops, fabricators and had almost given up when I reached Glen- this guy is amazing!! Due to his contacts in the industry, he moved heaven and earth and found the piece of granite which I, my contractor, and multiple shops (in multiple states) had been unable to locate!! Not only that, he then obtained the granite and fabricated the piece to perfect specifications. He was professional, prompt, pleasant and very understanding about our project. He solved a difficult situation for us and made it seem easy. I highly recommend him for any granite project and will definitely use him in the future. Thanks Glen!

I had been delaying replacing our kitchen counters for years because the part I dreaded most was finding a fabricator that I could trust. There's a good reason I waited because we found Glenn at Stone Pros! Once I met Glenn I was ready to look for granite, and I made our selection right away. Glenn met me at a few stone warehouses and helped narrow the decision to specific slabs. The Stone Pro crew is fantastic. Prompt, punctual, respectful, careful, quiet, hard working -- need I say more? I have had contractors who constantly chat on the phone while they work, take frequent smoke breaks, disappear to go get "supplies", left messes or something damaged, or have major language barriers. This crew did an excellent job from start to finish -- from the demo to cutting and installing my granite. They have amazing attention to detail, and would do anything I asked of them, all with a smile and can-do attitude. I was impressed at how well they cleaned up after themselves each day they worked in my kitchen. I looked forward to the crew arriving to my house and missed them when they were finished. No kidding. About Glenn: WOW! He was genuinely motivated to help me make good decisions from start to finish -- from selecting the granite, to selecting a new sink and fixtures, to helping make functional and aesthetic decisions. I never felt like I was bothering him or that he was too busy for me. And I believe Glenn knows his trade, so I trusted his advice throughout the process. He was willing to meet me at the plumbing showroom and encouraged me to come "visit" my granite at the stone cutting shop (which I did, twice!). Glenn was involved every step of the way, even with the installation of the countertops -- he doesn't just send his crew. Glenn is a perfectionist so I was never in a position where I had to point out mistakes that needed fixing. His crew is well trained and is experienced, so they pay attention to small details to avoid careless or sloppy mistakes. I have no regrets over any of my decisions about my granite, my sink, my appliances, and mostly my fabricator . . . Stone Pros. I would definitely rehire Stone Pros for future projects and I would recommend hiring them. You won't regret it
