Glenn has a great business model. Charge a fair price, treat the customer right, and don't charge anything until the job is complete to the customer's satisfaction. Such a rarity in today's marketplace. Throughout the process Glenn cared more about customer satisfaction than he did about how much money he was making. I only wish Stone Pros did more than granite. Lalo and his son were excellent installers focusing on getting it all done to my specification rather than trying to rush the job. My experience was so good that I wouldn't even consider using anyone else in the future. Thank you Stone Pros, Earl

I never actually had them do any work after they came out to look at my project in my rental townhouse. It ended up being something that wasn't really up their alley but they were able to point me in the right direction and even help make a phone call to a vendor for pricing. I would trust Stone Pros and will definitely keep them at the top of my list for future projects.

Glenn is careful to make sure that he understands all the details of the job and meets customer's expectations. We talked through the measurements in great detail including the sink shape and dimensions, rounding of corners, etc. When they brought the countertop to our home, it was exactly as we had discussed. He and his crew do a great job controlling dust and odors (important due to allergies). We asked him to come back to add more adhesive in one section where the countertop flexed a bit and Glenn did so quickly and willingly. Great crew too.

This is the second time I have had Glenn Pros and his crew at Stone Pros do granite work for me. Honestly, I wouldn't turn to anyone else. Although this was a very small job, it was an important job for me and Stone Pros didn't disappoint! The granite top patio flame table turned out perfectly, beautiful and cut to perfection. The patio flame is 20" in circumference and the round hole Stone Pros cut is precisely 20 1/4", leaving the perfect opening for the rim of the flame. I am very grateful to Stone Pros for the beautiful work they have done for me. I will definitely call Glenn for my next project . . . . hopefully my master bathroom!

We hired Stone Pros to install granite counter tops in our kitchen based on the recommendations on Angie?s List. We were not disappointed. We ended up not only doing the kitchen but all three of our bathrooms as well. The service, personal attention and professionalism of Glen and his crew were top notch. They obviously take pride in their work and they did a superb job. I would definitely hire them again.

Better then I could have imagined. In the world of counter tops, this was a small job. Glen was great. I've been in the trades for over ten years and over the last five of those I have seen quality go down and the price go up. It's nice to see someone still doing true quality work. Glen is very knowledgeable in both product and design. He knew exactly what the job called for and was excited about the unique nature of the job. It made my life easy. I called him on a Wednesday, he came out on Saturday and by the following Saturday the job was complete. His install guys were great. Very professional and clean. just what you want. I couldn't be happier about the final result. This bathroom project has been a labor of love for me. I have done the entire project except for this stonework, and I'm sure glad I had Glen and his boys do it. I would use them again and suggest to anyone doing custom stone work to call Glen.

Even though my work order was a smaller job, I was given the personal attention from the owner. Stone Pros were accommodating with my schedule and were prompt, efficient and thorough. I will definitely use them when I have the pleasure of remodeling my kitchen. My utmost praise for this company.

Glenn, Lallo and David were excellent. I contacted Glenn on a Monday afternoon after the stone countertop I ordered online arrived at my house is 3 broken pieces. We were on a very short deadline trying to have the master bathroom done by the end of the week for renters to move in. I explained my situation to Glenn and he was very accommodating. He met us at his shop at 8am the following morning to help us pick out a piece of stone. They came out that afternoon to make the template, and completed the install 3 days later. They were prompt, professional and very kind. The bathroom looks great. They also repaired a bad seam in my kitchen granite (that was installed years prior by a different company). Everything looks great, and we were able to complete the project before the renters moved in.

I was very satisfied with the company and the professionalism with which Glen deals with customers. Everything was stated upfront and I knew what to expect. Although this was a smaller job for Stone Pros, they treated me as a top dollar customer.

Glenn did his usual great job with his crew. They were on time and removed our old counter tops without much mess. Only problem was that Glenn's focus on the first day was with his young daughter whom he brought. His attention at times was with her rather than the job at hand. While I commend his desire to be a good father, I felt that bringing his daughter to the job site was unprofessional. The crew did a great job in measuring, cutting, and installing the new granite. It looks great. No problems at all. They really paid attention to details.

We requested a bid from Glenn on a Friday and he came to our house the next day. He was prompt and gave us names of places to look for our quartz and also provided us with a lots of details about how he'd do the job. He gave a bid at the time which he stuck to even though there were a few hiccoughs with our project. His crew was great. They worked together to carefully remove our old countertop made with square granite tiles. It was not easy. When they left, they cleaned up. Not only were they professional, they were polite and respectful of our home. They didn't swear or get upset when the tiles were almost impossible to pry off. They didn't play loud music or smoke. They returned in a little over a week with our new quartz countertop and spent a very long day working on the installation. They had to carry extremely heavy pieces of quartz up two flights of stairs. They didn't gouge the walls and they didn't complain about the stairs. There was a problem with one of the pieces and they had to return the next day with a new piece. So, it took a little longer than we anticipated but it couldn't be helped. Glenn said ours was 7.5 out of 10 in terms of difficulty but they did an amazing job. We love our new countertops and will use them again to replace another area in our home with square granite tiles. I can't say enough about the level of customer satisfaction they strive for. Clearly these guys love what they do and their primary goal is doing an excellent job. One last thing. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly. If we called, our call was returned. They showed up when they said they would. All of this was greatly appreciated.

I read the reviews on Glenn Schiff and his company Stone Pros on Angies List and thought they might be too good to be true. They were not! Glenn met with my husband and me in our home two days after our initial telephone conversation. He explained the scope of the work (which included a rather difficult removal of old tile and granite), gave us a price and shook our hands. He was there to help us with the selection of granite and was more than happy throughout the process to answer any questions or concerns we might have. He and his staff were always punctual, professional and over-the-top concerned about completing their jobs with the least amount of inconvenience to us and mess to our home. Glenn was patient with changes and did everything possible to insure we would be happy with the installation. Our countertops are spectacular and the workmanship outstanding. All in all, I would have to say that our experience with Glenn Shiff and his staff at Stone Pros was easily the most enjoyable and positive we have had over the years with our many home remodel projects.

Glenn was very professional and was able to take on my small in scale but big on importance type job. He was always very prompt and gave me a great rate. His shop cut down the granite and polished it up perfectly. Thanks to Stone Pros, I am able to complete my bathroom remodel on time and on budget.

Glenn was very helpful. He had an extra piece of granite that was the right size at his shop which saved us money. He showed us around the shop, sent up an appt and was at the house when he said he would be.The granite was installed by three very professional and polite men. The job is beautiful. We are very happy and will use Glenn and his crew again when needed.

They did a fabulous job. Attention to detail, staying true to their commitment with time, they are right on-time when they said they would be here. The owner of the company, Glen, he did the bid. He was there for all of the most technical important parts of the job and then his other workers we had here were fabulous, they didn't leave anything undone, they cleaned up everyday, they protected the rest of our house, it was a meticulous work, it was perfect.

Glen and his crew did a fabulous job on our kitchen counter tops and mantel. I chose a very simple quartz without any veining or bling so I could be more creative w bright colors and accessories throughout our new open-concept remodel. However, a solid color quartz isn't easy to seam. Glen's workmanship is so impeccable, you cannot find the seam. Not even when you search for it. The mantel is a beautiful mitered edge granite on a white brick fireplace. His workmanship is absolutely stunning. The project went extremely well and we are very pleased with the result. The old sink was an undermount Americast that was chipping badly that had been installed as a drop in on plywood and then had the stone laid down on top of it. Stone Pros did a fantastic job of removing the old sink. They put up a floor to ceiling tent around the sink and had two shop vacs and a fan going to deal with the dust from cutting the stone. As a result, there was virtually no dust or mess in my house! They did an excellent job with the clean up as well. My kitchen looked fantastic when they were done.

The service technician was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very fast. He knew exactly what to do, how to do it and everything went perfect. We could not be happier, we will recommend Stone Pros and will use them again in a heartbeat. Great service via phone, very punctual in getting over when they said they would make it.

We were looking for a counter top installer for our kitchen remodel. We had called and received many different estimates. All estimates we received were over the phone or via e-mail, which I thought was strange because how could they truly know what our kitchen looked like or if our measurements were correct. All I could think about was, they are going to give me one price over the phone or on e-mail and then when they actually come to my home it will probably end up being more expensive. Glen was the only installer that insisted on coming to our house to bid our job and would not do it over the phone. That was important to me because that meant he was legit. He was very professional during our first meeting and very passionate about his work. He asked all the right questions as was able to answer all of ours. I think my husband and I got a good sense right away the he was the guy for the job. After taking measurements he gave us a bid right then after our meeting. He was not the lowest bid that we had received but he was very close. We decided to hire Glen and his team and we are so happy that we did. He was great at communicating and keeping us in the loop. He helped us choose edge details and countertop width. He was very knowledgeable and we felt very comfortable asking questions. He took us through his whole process step by step which I loved because there were no surprises or anxiety about what was happening. I think it?s pretty amazing that he would do that with his customers because most contractors will barely talk to you or seem to not want you to know everything that?s going on. Needless to say Glen and his team did an amazing job on the countertops. Everything was done on time and to perfection. We had some pretty tricky windows to work around and they fit the countertops in there beautifully. They were very clean and respectful of our home. I would re-hire Stone Pro?s in a heartbeat.

Stone Pros was recommended to us by a highly rated kitchen remodeling company. Glenn came to our home to see the scope of the project. He recommend 6 granite vendors all within the same area to visit to help with the selection process. Glenn then met us at our selected vendor and helped select the individual granite slabs. Glenn?s attention to detail, communication and customer satisfaction was obvious from our first contact and through the entire process. Glenn and his other co-workers are true craftsmen with a genuine interest in making their customers comfortable, well informed and most importantly, satisfied with the results of their work.

Glenn came to the house to see the scope of the project. He helped me choose the material to use. Gave me a price and install date. All went exactly as he promised. The installers were neat and efficient. Glenn also guided me on how to finish the stone. The hearth came out better than I expected.

Glenn helped me choose granite at the Seattle granite warehouse. He gave me all the information on how he would install it. Scheduled an install date and price for the project. I went on vacation and returned to a beautiful new granite countertop. He followed up to make sure it was to my liking.
