Description of Work: Full granite countertops in my kitchen, they were amazing to work with, far superior to most other sub contractors I have hired over the years.

Description of Work: We asked for a quote to replace a "Paperstone" countertop as well as an estimate for cleaning a large area of granite. Glenn Schiff came out to do the estimate and told us we didn't need to replace the Paperstone but instead told us what supplies to get to clean it ourselves. Worked great. As for the granite, his company doesn't do cleaning/refinishing but he told us whom to call for an estimate. He also warned us that although Premier Stone, whom we had also contacted for an estimate, would do a great job but we would have difficulty getting a response from them. This has proven to be very true. Thanks Glenn.

Description of Work: I wish I would have found Glenn at Stone Pros Tile and Granite sooner. I was adding glass to an existing granite countertop and he came to drill the holes for me. He came out for a small job and we not only got the job done perfectly, he consulted with me on a solution for our master bath. I highly recommend Glen and Stone Pros and hope to use him again in the near future.

Description of Work: We had a small but time sensitive job, and these guys were great. Glenn returned calls and emails promptly and squeezed us in to their schedule promptly - faster than I thought possible. The guys who came out to the house were prompt and polite, did the work with no issues, and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, we got a follow up call right away to be sure everything was right. It's hard to believe all of these +++ reviews, but these guys rock at customer service.

Description of Work: Stone Pros replaced our vanity countertop in the master bath with marble slabs as well as the tub deck and shower walls as part of a remodel.

Description of Work: Removal of recently installed countertops and backsplash and replacement with marble countertops and backsplash fabricated by the Stone Pros. In addition, the installation of a new cabinet in our third bathroom and fabrication and installation of the marble countertop and backsplash in this room as well. Also included was the installation of new faucets and sinks. Glenn also met with us at the marble/granite facility in Seattle and helped us select our marble. The total above included the price of the marble.

Description of Work: Glenn Schiff visisted our home to provide estimates of replacing recently installed granite countertops in our bathrooms. He provided excellent advice on the steps he would take in the replacement process. We told Glenn we were very upset over the granite installed as the contractor for an unknown reason switched from our preferred white granite to a light brown piece with "fossils" in it. We scould see no fossils, but only debris. The contractor told us it was beautiful and we would learn to love it. We didn't and decided to replace it. In explaining this to Glenn, he noted that the contractor did not appear to be licensed as this person's contract with us and business card did not indicate a license number. In subsequent calls to L&I and state offices, he learned that this company was only recently licensed and not licensed when we signed our contract and when most of the work was performed. Glen advised us to write a letter to this contractor and explain our dissatisfaction, making sure it contained the fact that we now knew the majority of the work was done by a contractor without a license, and explaining that we wanted this rectified. We were so impressed that Glenn spent the time to do this research even before he started preparing his estimate!

He provided an open line of communication throughout the process and met with us at a moment's notice.

Description of Work: We had 2 entry gates with 6 stone columns installed in front of our home. The finished product is not only unique, but stunning! Each piece of ledger stone was hand chosen/fitted - needless to say it was a very labor intensive job. IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER WHO DESIRES VALUE, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, & OUTSTANDING SERVICE - LOOK NO FURTHER THAN STONE PROS TILE AND GRANITE! Glenn (owner) had a distinct vision for the project with several ideas and suggestions. We were continually impressed by his willingness to steer us in the right direction and listen to our goals and concerns. He has an amazing ability to see the project as a big picture, incorporating design AND function. Unlike other contractors we had spoken with, Glenn took the sourcing of materials very seriously. My husband and I had chosen a $20 sq/ft stone for the columns. Glenn managed to find an equally beautiful stone that was $4 sq/ft. Needless to say, we were thrilled. STONE PROS PRACTICES VALUE ENGINEERING! Glenn was intent on finding us the best value in QUALITY materials. Although Stone Pros was not the cheapest bid - their quality of work as well as communication and service was worth far more than the job price. Glenn made very clear to us that it was our money and our home - but he insisted that it is HIS job - and HIS responsibility to DO THE JOB CORRECTLY WITH THE CORRECT MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION. - and boy did he deliver! Our columns and entry are a testament to having something done right the first time! They are a beautiful addition to our home's landscape. We will certainly be hiring them back for our interior stone work as well!

Description of Work: They installed Quartzite countertops and did the sides and top of an island. Job was fairly complicated because of the island. Edge work was good and so far after about a year of use all seems good. We would use them again.

Description of Work: This particular job entailed replacing fifty year old vinyl flooring in a bathroom that is smaller than most walk-in closets. The job was to remove the vinyl flooring, demo an existing vanity and backsplash and replace the floor with ceramic tile.
