I called six times on different dates and times. I also left two phone numbers with a description of what I needed help with. Never got a single return phone call.

Excellent responsiveness. William called me back within an hour of me leaving them a message. He spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me going through the issues and helping me troubleshoot the problems. He had excellent and very thorough advice. What I appreciate most is that he realized I was someone who could replace the board electronics myself (I had done it once before many years ago) and so he suggested that I order the part from an online supply outfit and handle the install myself . Of course he was willing to come help with the install if I needed it. He gave me some cold weather tips for proper maintenance as well as some ideas to help prevent a future burnout on the board. I like honest people like William and he gave me some of his time without expecting anything in return. This will save me money for sure. The part alone is about $250. I will definitely give Spa Guys a call if I ever need any work done on my hot tub. HIGHLY Recommended.

They considered the expensive what things were going to be and it would be cheaper for me to purchase certain parts and I purchased those parts and just called him when they came in he came in and replaced. He was right and those were the right parts to fix and everything has been working fine since then. The price was good. I would use them again.

I called Spa guys on 6/11/2014 and left a message and did not receive a call back so I called again on 6/16/2014. At that time their voice mail box was full. I am not even sure they are in business any more.

I left a message for William but as of 5 days later, he has not returned my phone call. He may be too busy but a courtesy call to let me know would have been appreciated.

Bill came out and looked the tub over recommended a great Cover Company (also local) SpaCo for us to order the new cover and a couple of jets that had worn out. He took out the light ordered the part, came back in a few days and installed the light. Once we get the cover, he will come out again while we fill the tub and ensure it is working properly. This has been the best service we have received with our hot tub in the last 7 years of ownership! Will call Bill back again when we need service.

We had to wait a bit for William to return our call, but the wait was well worth it! (Maybe July 4th got in the way.) This is by far the best experience we have ever had with repair, remodel, fencing and more. This man knows what he is doing and he doesn't linger when he does the work. He almost runs. There is no standing around, and when the invoice was presented I had to ask him if he was sure that he had the correct dollar amount. William had to travel at least 80 miles round trip to get to us. HIs arrival time - 10 minutes later than scheduled - was reasonable, considering the time of day and the typical traffic conditions at that time. His professionalism is incredible. He got right to work (no small talk) and explained the fundamentals of hot tubs and pointed out the various components of a hot tub. Next, he began to empty the tub and began a series of questions as he went through the diagnosis process and quickly homed in on the problem - an original glue joint that had failed in a hot tub that might be 15 years old. Then William broke away the foam insulation around the problem area and came up with a plan to repair the original joint. He had all of the required parts in his well-stocked truck and set about making the repair. After waiting a brief time to gather his tools while the glue cured sufficiently and the tub refilled, William ran the tub's circulation system to make sure that everything worked well. William is full of information to help with the care of the tubs. Be sure you have paper and pen because you will want to keep notes. He will tell you about the chemistry and provide suggestions that will save you money. His last words were, call if you have any questions. And, I don't believe his intention was to charge anything. A few people like what they do and their first worry isn't the money. This guy must be one. We were amazed by his work ethic.

I would recommend this company. They were prompt to schedule, showed up fixed hot tub easily. Cost was reasonable.

William (can we call him Bill) was terrific. He removed the old wet end, tested the motor, reinstalled the new wet end and offered advice on re-installation. He gave me new O-rings to replace the aging rings in my unions, applied a silicone dressing to the O-rings and gave me hints on how to remove and replace the O-rings. I was delighted that the reinstallation went without a hitch and the system worked perfectly. I highly recommend Spa Guys and am certain that you will be satisfied with their service!!!

I have used this company in the past & always found them responsive, professional, and their costs are reasonable. In every case they are able to get the house with one or two days of the request and take care of the issue for far less than most other companies I have also worked with in the past. Highly recommend this company for hot tub support and maintenance.

Fantastic! The repairman was honest and knowledgeable. He had the tub fixed in less than an hour. We had a different company come out the week before and they charged us almost as much just to tell us we needed a whole new motor and LOTS of work. This turned out not to be true, and the Spa Guy just fixed the barrings. It has worked great ever since. I will definitely use him again, and refer him to my friends!

Outstanding service. I called on the 12th of September, explained what I needed. William Foote stated he would be in the area on the 13th and would be happy to inspect my hot tub. I was not on site, but my wife was. She stated he explained everything that he inspected and discovered on the hot tub. I thought I had to replace 2 expensive filters and he told my wife they were fine and explained how to clean them. I would recommend Spa Guys to anyone who wanted a reasonable price and professional treatment of their spa. William has been in the business for over 30 years and knows his stuff. I saw Spa Guys on Angie's List and thought I'd give the business a try. I am more than pleased on the price and work done on the hot tub.

Called Bill to repair our hot tub and first he tried to help us over phone which couple of ideas for a solution. Came out to check out the problem ,was the motor. Bill was able to order part and replace in a very short time :)

After being overcharged by a local company and left with a hot tub that still didn't work, I decided to turn to Angie's List. Fortunately, I found Bill and decided to hire the Spa Guys to hopefully get it right. From the get go... Bill was very knowledgeable, confident and cut right to the chase. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it for a fair and reasonable price. It was a simple fix... basically disconnecting the Ozonater. I was very relieved nonetheless. Especially since Bill honestly and professionally "addressed" the problem right away. Overall... a very positive experience. I would definitely hire him again.

Overall a very good experience with the Spa Guys.

We had a leak and the hot tub temp was not working and kept shutting off our tub. The first initial visit he thought he fixed the temp with a simple fix, so he only charged us $20 for a trip/service charge. Unfortunately, this did not fix our problem so he came out a few days later to look again and said he needed to order a part that would be in soon. The following week he came out and fixed the temp gage for $100. The part was $70ish and the rest was labor and travel. We were so excited to have our hot tub working again but then we noticed it was still leaking. It took several trips for him to come out to try to find the leak (he did not charge for the trips) but he finally found the leak on the bottom of the hot tub on the light. He had to order the part which took about a week to get here and it has been working great since that last repair! :) that bill was $250, but he must have made 4 trips out here to Arlington w/o charging so I was happy to pay. William was a great guy to work with, always informed my husband what he was doing. I learned that finding a problem with your hot tub is not like finding the problem with your car, you can't just plug it into some machine at a repair shop to tell you the problem. Instead, you need to inspect every inch of the hot tub, for that I'm happy we found Spa Guys to take care of us! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Our spa keep turning off at random. THE Spa Guy assessed the problem over the phone along with a cost estimate. He was friendly, prompt and fixed our spa with no additional parts needed. He provided cost cutting tips and was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend The Spy Guys. p.s. Our bill was $21.00 less than the estimate!

A service person was able to come out within a few days, arrived on time (actually a bit early), got right to work, was very professional, and even gave advice on maintaining the cover and the spa in general. We definitely will use them again if the need arises.

We have used this company twice overall and each time they have been prompt, responsive, and very helpful. The repairs have been done quickly and effectively, and have not been expensive. The last time they were here, to fix a leak, they even filled up the tub and turned it back on- so it was ready to use when we got home from work!
