+ -1 moreMauro was excellent! He was on time and even called ahead when he was on his way, this was great because I was at work and this gave me time to run home to meet him. After telling him what I was experiencing, he was able to use that information and found the problem SO FAST. After a quick repair using parts he already had with him, our fireplace was back up and running just in time for our family coming over to carve pumpkins. Thank you Mauro!

I called Sound Comfort and they came out next day, had parts with them to fix it and did a maintenance/ safety inspection at the same time. The technician was very friendly, explained all the work he was doing and It looks brand new now! I highly recommend them!!
