Amazing service from a great provider!

Smart Electric is the best! Joeseph was recommended to me and he also had the best quote! He was patient to answer all my questions and I could text him directly! All the guys showed up on time every day and were polite and friendly, always asking first before cutting the power off. This was a huge job with 80% of our home being re wired, I was nervous that our walls would have holes everywhere but the only needed to make one hole!! They also finished one day earlier then expected! Also, Jenny in the office is very friendly and helpful. I am so glad to have worked with them and would recommend them 100%!!!

I think we've all had bad experiences with contractors: not being prepared, not being on time, not communicating effectively, etc. Smart Electric is none of this, they are fully professional and deliver even more of what they promise. This is my second project with them, and will continue going back with all of my home electrical needs!

At the beginning of the A/C install I noticed the water heater was leaking, and they were able to replace it the next day. I will definitely use them again.

They were efficient and hard working. They delivered everything promised and it was a complicated gas and electrical project due to nature of our properties. On the final required electrical inspection the inspector stated it was expertly done and he was impressed with the work. Smart Electric did what other bidders said couldn’t be done. Cory and the whole team answered all my questions during the estimate & installation, were responsive and professional throughout the process, and delivered the new heat pump system on schedule & on budget despite the supply chain uncertainties. I really appreciate that they presented me with options and helped me to make an informed decision, with no high pressure sales or unnecessary add-ons, as well. I couldn’t be happier with my new heat pump system.

They contacted me with the right unit to buy and a reasonably priced supplier. They hadn’t installed my particular model before but were confident. I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. I was happy with everything and look forward to contacting them again when I need wiring.

I had Joseph and his team install a standby Generac generator this year, and they did an outstanding job. This was a significant investment for me and I was extremely pleased to see that I was working with knowledgeable and reliable professionals. They gave me an accurate quote, showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and were generally awesome to work with. I could not be happier with the work they did and will continue working with them on future projects.

Joseph and his crew showed up on time and ready for the install. They worked diligently for about 5 hours, completing the installation. The details and the reasons for the configuration and the methods of installation were explained to me, as was the operating procedures for the new system. Everything was cleaned up before the crew left. I would highly recommend Smart Electric

Joseph immediately understood my message and helped me solve the problem over video chat. (I had to reset the outlet because of a GFI) It was extremely nice of him to help me resolve the issue without making an appointment. We will certainly be calling him for our future electrician needs!

No issues were found and Joseph explained what was most likely happening and instructed on what to do next time the breaker won't reset.

Joseph was very helpful and professional from the initial phone conversation. Starting with diagnosing the problem, arriving on time prepared and equipped with a new transformer and installing it and testing it out to see if there were any other issues with the Ring doorbell. I would definitely recommend Smart Electric to anyone looking for low voltage residential solutions and would also reach out to SE for future low voltage electrical issues.

Gosh, i just can't say enough good things. I needed to have some dedicated outlets installed in our garage and also to have our circuit box looked as since I was convinced they whole thing needed to be replaced due to the age of our house. I reached out to several different companies who were either months out, never responded or no-showed completely. Joseph called me back ASAP, admitted he was booked out but asked me to text him photos of the areas of concern. He quoted me based on the photos and then came out quickly since it was a job with a quick turnaround. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and funny. The work was done in short time and he even looked at a potential hazard and remedied that for me. Good professionals are hard to find and I am so glad to now add a fantastic electrician to our home improvement arsenal.

Great! Joe was very flexible with our timing, super friendly and helpful. He had the best diagnostic rate of all the places that got back to us, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Turns out our ceiling light just had a bad bulb but he didn't make us feel silly about it and patiently took the time to educate us and explain things to us. Also fixed our garage door which had been broken for years. Joe is awesome!

It was an amazing experience working with Joe from Smart Electric. Joe is a consummate pro who will give you straight talk for what you need as well as what is most important. I never felt pressure when working with Smart Electric, which means a great deal with projects as stressful and as expensive as electrical work. I was fully confident that Joe knew his stuff and knew what was best for my individual project. Beyond that, Joe was timely and courteous every day of the job. My project was not an easy project: a 1920s house with a mixture of modern wiring and knob and tube (with many lines being a mixture of both). Joe and his crew were able to tackle the full 3 story rewire (including installing a new state-of-the-art box with arc faults) in an impressive amount of time. I sleep better at night knowing I had an incredibly professional team updating our wiring. I doubt I will ever need electrical work done again after the amazing job they did, but if I do, I'll be sure to call up Smart Electric.

Joseph was very responsive in scheduling a time to come out troubleshoot the problems are were having. The day he and his team member arrived they were able to quickly identify and fix our electrical issues. In addition to installing armored conduit and getting dead power outlets up and running again, he replaced our 10+yr old smoke and carbon detectors at a very reasonable price. Joseph and his team are very professional and do great work.

We've been working with Joseph for a couple years, ever since he and his team re-wired our entire house from knob and tube. They did a great job then and he's followed up and always been available for questions whenever we've had them. Recently he stopped by on a short notice to troubleshoot a problem, which he diagnosed in 10 minutes. We've always been impressed by his prompt, intelligent, and quality service. We're really happy to have found a great electrician we can rely on for years.

Joseph was very accommodating in doing zoom call ahead of appointment to get perspective on what we need done. He sent estimate on the spot that was very reasonable. His work was excellent and timely. He was thoughtful about wearing mask whole time here. We have used him in the past before this project and use him again in the future!
