History Seattle Custom Blinds was started by professionals in the blinds industry to provide the BEST customer service and installation. After years of dealing with companies in the blinds industry, we grew tired of the incompetence and poor customer service. We decided to open a company to actually help the people of our community make the best informed decision about their window coverings. Our Mission Statement To perform for our customers the highest level of quality installation services at fair and market competitive prices and to ensure the longevity of our company through repeat and referral business achieved by customer satisfaction in all areas including timeliness, attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Description of Work: Daniel was great to work with and focuses on high quality work, and was very accommodating to our schedule - after-hours measurements due to busy work schedule? He didn't even blink at the idea. |Very friendly to work with, I just hope his business continues and sticks around. No issues with the blinds (cellular and synthetic slat - all very, very nice looking) and it's now been just shy of a year since installation. The cats do bend some of the cellular shade material, but it pops back without issue. No tears or failure in the cordage and such yet. | |Installation was performed personally by Daniel and his colleague, and they were incredibly fast (just over an hour install time, if I recall) given the number of windows treated (16). | |Thanks Daniel!
