I am a realtor and have used Dennis and his team at Realm Roofing on 3 occasions with clients: 1) torch roof replacement and elevation - insurance claim - Renton, WA Dennis submitted the plans of work to tackle the issue with leakage my client had, negotiated that the full work be paid and everything replaced, and managed everything around the insurance claim and left the client very happy with the work 2) tile roof replacement - Federal Way, WA I had a client that had cracked tiles on her roof that got called out during an appraisal and we were asked to do a complete replacement. The client opted for a shingle roof, so Dennis installed all the plywood (none was there) and a new 30 year shingles roof - clients very happy 3) roof replacement - Seattle, WA Another client with an old roof and damage from a very wooded area, had her roof completely replaced. There were issues with the gutters too, so he brought a partner specializing in gutters to replace those too, and left my client very happy. In summary, they were always very professional, did the work as discussed (no time delays) and no hidden costs, so I will absolutely continue referring them to my clients. Thank you!

The roof install and gutter install went well and the company completed the job quicky. There was a little sag left in the roof that wasn't preferred but it is mostly me who notices it. overall good work for the price.

They are a rare breed these days. They say they will show up, they do. They say they'll give an estimate. They do. What they recommended to do matched my view - they weren't trying to get extra for trumped up services. They showed up on time and did great work. I watched how carefully they checked that they weren't leaving things behind. Very happy. All other Angi recommendations were total failures.

Great people to work with. They are very polite, professional, and always clean after. It's a family-owned company so whoever they sent are close family members instead of total strangers.
