Roger called me within 20 minutes of me posting a job and this was an urgent job that needed to be done ASAP and he was able to come take a look at it within the hour!! It was a bedroom ceiling that needed drywall placed and mudded so itâ s ready for paint. He came back later that evening and finished the very next morning and we couldnâ t have been more happy. Will definitely be calling him again for more home projects!!

A very fair price among several other quotes and my own personal estimate. Very prompt, showed up when they said they would, stayed late to finish, took on additional work (finish painting) on a friday afternoon, cleaned up after the job was complete, and even hauled away trash that they did not generate. Very good job. I will hire them again.

We had an attic that needed converted to a proper bedroom in a 1938 home. We had gutted the room ourselves, re-framed areas and had spray foam insulation installed prior to R3's arrival. No matter what was done our house is NOT square in ANY room. We had trouble getting bids after contractors from several companies came out from HomeAdvisor and Angie's List. We seemed to have to chase companies for bids. We believe this may have been due to the rise in projects due to Covid. They came out to see/measure and then no bid. Once we got bids we chose our contractor- R3. R3 dealt with this job with quality and timely work. Roger and Maria were friendly and used Covid guidance practices (huge importance as I am immune compromised) Roger made suggestions for areas of particular concern (window and cubby areas) When the drywall was first hung I was nervous as you could really see how out of whack the room was. They REALLY had their work cut out for them. I honestly could not go up until it was complete with texture as I was so concerned. When all the taping/texture was on there it was like they had used a magic wand! Their expertise was just AMAZING! Everything was smooth and appeared level. When the job was complete the house was left tidy- not a small feat in our home with where they were working and our floor plan. We will be hiring them for more jobs in the future!!

R3 Construction completed the job quickly. I had to have a large fence post replaced. The finished post was true and square to the rest of the fence posts. It took them three days to get back to the site to trim the height of the post, which they forgot to do the day the job was completed. They did a very good job and I would recommend them.

R3 provided easy negotiations, an affordable price and high quality work. I have a list of pending projects and R3 will be first stop for them all!

The guy knows his stuff. He helped me save a lot of money, by coming up with some solutions that I had not thought about.
